My experience was that I didn't find them to be very honest with me about my pet

They were much better than VCA YV. They allowed me to be with my pet during the exam. They explained things to me clearly in plain English. I recommend trying them for your pet's needs. They will get 5 stars if they keep up this level of service. Great place.

Had to put one of our babies down. The staff was compassionate, and empathetic. The Dr. also examined her prior, to make sure that there wasn't anything else they could do, to give her some more time comfortably . I truly appreciated that.

Allowed me to bring in my terminally ill dog on a few minutes’ notice after VCA made some stupid mistakes, and were absolutely lovely people for the entirety of my visit. Can’t thank them enough.

This is the only vet I take my animals to since I discovered them a few years back. I used to go to VCA, but honestly i didn't like the way they treated my pets and it's not the most affordable care. Here the staff is friendly and patient with you as you explain your needs. If you have questions they try to answer them or find someone that can. The prices are very affordable and if you have financial trouble they try to work with you. Dr. Colburn is my favorite. She is very sweet, knowledgeable understanding and explains things to you well. Thank you all for taking care of my fur babies.

The most thorough & caring vet in my dog’s entire life. They meticulously go through blood tests and follow up with all recommendations/options. Very great communication - I get calls, voicemails & emails. After his dental procedure they called just to see how he was doing. I’ve never felt this taken care of by a doctor as a human! I’d 100% recommend Dr. Colburn and her staff - they’re so in top of it and truly care about the health of your pet. Really excited to have this care for Gunner ????

To be honest this was my first time here and still being under covid protocol makes any visit weird. But it was friendly, prompt and dog was treated as needed. Hopefully next visit can be inside and I can meet the doc

Okay here's the deal the employees there are very sweet and kind and very helpful I would have given it 5 stars but I'll tell you something the door going in is horrible it's very difficult for somebody who's on a walker or a wheelchair or anybody who has a handicap because of the door I give it a zero because of the door are we hurt my hip again trying to get in my dog is injured too so made it very difficult to get in and out of the place because of the door

They have gone above and beyond to assist us with our dogs. Both Drs see our dogs and they even call later. They are busy--- lack of vets here. Worth the wait.

There was a elder women with 2 dogs clearly she could only handle one her older son had the other , they said 1 person per dog they were ok , the receptionist made the son go out side the elderly women had to hold both dog that was not right. Also she wasn't offered any help by receptionist everyone else had there hands full , u guys were busy still everyone had one dog it would have been the same if her older son would have keep hold of one of them she had to have been in her late 70s early 80s I don't want to say it but I will maybe your people should have alittle compassion for the elders I will say u helped my friends dog made there life much better for that is appreciated, I very much aware of being safe covid-19 I was in hospital do to covid my daughter is a respiratory therapist
