Had our senior pug put down yesterday. It was very difficult but the staff made the process go smoothly. Our dog was handled so gently and with compassion. Excellent staff.

They do not have appointments available same week. There appointments are 30 to 40 days out. I was trying to get my pregnant female dog in for an X-ray which timing is critical. I explained that to them and they did not care Or try to squeeze me in anywhere . So this is not the place to go if you need something done in a certain time frame. I believe they are low on veterinarians.

Love this office so much. Anytime we have needed to get one of our dogs in we have had no issues. Used their Urgent Care a couple of times in the evening as well. Our girl gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot because she knows she is going to get all kinds of loves and snuggles from the staff. Everyone we have ever worked with from the Front Office, to the Vet Techs and the Veterinarian’s have always been amazing and wonderful to work with. When we had to let our other girl Daisy cross, I felt like they felt the same pain we did, a tech stayed with me when it was too much for my husband to bear. We will forever be grateful for the great care, love and attention we have received over the past 18 years. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Thank you VCA Yucca Valley for always being there for our family.

My animals suffered from their care. I paid more than other places. Price goughing at its finest. Most people around here go to Banning. Constant staff changes.

Worst experience. If you don't have money you aren't getting helped. Also, My dog had a hurt paw. We paid so much (800+)for them to do nothing besides take some x-rays and tell us information we already knew..

I found this company after calling about 12 other vet offices in the area to see if I could get an appointment for my kitty. I was bringing Shadow across the border for the first time and I wanted to update his shots and get a clean bill of health. Everyone at the location is polite, helpful and friendly and we got the cutest little go-bag when we left. We got flea meds, a laser pointer, wet food can cover, hand sanitizer, FOOD, etc. Very happy we found this place and would not hesitate to recommend them or to return.

We are on vacation in Yucca and one of my dogs got an eye infection. I was able to get an emergency appointment for the same day and we were very well taken care off . My dog got her medication and we could continue our vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier

Why are you so expensive, but so not good at what you do? How are you still in business. I hope I never need to come in, since I am not a cat, but you don't even treat cats well. Very shameful.

I came in because my Corgi puppy Chika was suffering so badly from parvo. She did not make it even with the hospitalization. However, I'd like to thank all the people who took care of her and tried to save her life. Your compassion is like no other. Certainly better than the VCA in Indio who treated us horribly. You were so professional and kept us updated on her. I appreciate that so much. <3 Our hearts are completely shattered but we will make it through this hard time. You guys dont charge an arm and a leg for care either. I love that. Thank you so much for everything. We are filled with tears but she wouldnt have had a chance without you guys. Thank you. RIP my Chika. :(

They are still currently using the pretext of COVID to not allow you to be present during the exam and treatment of your pet.

If you happen to get the right vet ur good, n it helps if the nurses are in a good mood, it seems like they put their needs ahead of the patients. Usually ok, I personally feel some of the vets should not be vets. If you're going to work w animals, then u should know how to interact w them. (Know the difference between "mouthing" and "nipping" or "biting" from a puppy..HUGE DIFFERENCE!!).

Very busy hard to get appointment lack of communication regarding my dogs ear condition almost 300 bucks some instructions would have been helpful!! Will know more in a week ?

Well I'm not crazy about not being in the exam room with my pet. More Questions I would of thought of and been able to ask. Not to mention the approvals that could have been done that moment rather then waiting. For another appointment . I realize that covid-19 is the reason. But not being able leads to mistrust. The staff was great the only problem is problem is they scheduled my appointment at the after hour clinic and charged me the after hour fee even though I called and scheduled it I see if I WAS A WALK IN BUT I SCHEDULED IT.

Staff was great, veterinarian... not so much. When I asked about treatment options I was cut off and told the receptionist would answer questions about the treatment plan. You are the veterinarian... do your job and talk to the owners about how to best care for their pet. She wanted to charge about 900 dollars to do X-rays instead of using her brain to diagnose the problem. They also seem to choose the medication that is the most expensive. My perception is they care more about making money than actually caring for your pets. Save your time, money and pets welfare and make the drive down to Banning.

My little cat had to be put down... The staff are caring, compassionate and professional. They were able to help me even though I had no appointment. I can’t thank them enough for helping make sure she was not in pain at the end..

Dr. Eddy, is the BEST of the BEST of the BEST. Staff is loving and very family oriented. I cannot recommend this hospital more, except by saying it need 10 Star's.

Even in these crazy COVID19 times, Yucca VCA kept calm, cool and organized. They have been pretty busy lately but still take the time with you and your pet so that you are both at ease. The staff is very understanding and helpful. It was my first time there in fact. They gave me a welcome gift bag containing Science dog food, flea & tick and a 101 tip guidebook which will be helpful for my newly converted dog lover boyfriend.
