Iv been takin my dog here since his first few shops they do good work but the receptionist don’t like answering the phone should talk to them about it

(just my last visit, noy overall) I called to bring my cat in who was having an asthma attack in which they are treating him for for this condition and he needed a 10 second shot of 20mg depo-medrol to quickly open his airways. I was told at 9:30 to bring him in so we rushed in and there we sat. Once checked in no one checked on him at all. I finally had to ask what my wait was and only then did they say, "oh I'm not sure, the vet's are in surgery currently" no one thought I needed to know this, he could have been sitting in the oxygen chamber at least while waiting so I called another vet and they took him right in as usual, I should have just taken him there to begin with because we were in and out in 15 minutes total. I've found it's hit or miss with Yucaipa Animal Hospital with who is working the desk and the 3 working that desk were too busy talking about fish tacos on taco Tuesday.... do your job you're paid for. I'm tired of no one appreciating or having pride in their jobs.

Went in for an emergency and there was no hesitation! Our animals were treated immediately! My thanks are still flowing for the rapid recovery all 4 of our animals are receiving from these professionals.

They got my furbaby right in thank u. ONLY issue I had was little to NO communication between me and the actual vet. So I was confused several times on her care or when I was supposed to come back.

The mandate for masks is FOR THE REST OF US. The person who complained about the imposition of the requirement for a mask is misinformed, uneducated, and biased politically. In short, this facility cares about humans and animals, which is as it should be.

This was my third visit and ai saw a great improvement in customer service since my last visit. There were two new ladies at the desk and they were so friendly....nice change from the last two visits. I felt much better bringing my dog there. Looks like the business is reviewing their reviews and making necessary changes. I'll keep coming back if customer service stays like this.

Waited for over an hour for them to grab antibiotics from the back. Confused my dog and another persons dogs diagnosis. They seem to be pretty disorganized. I highly recommend Adobe veterinary clinic over this place.

A lady call me and I was told I own them 40 dollars !! I told her I had paid and that I have my receipt. And she sounds confused!! They need to be more professionals thanks god I save my receipt!! To proof them I paid.

They want not take my dog that had blood coming from his but thank God he's ok

After a tumultuous month, we found YAH where they supported and made themselves available at the final moments of our pets life. All the staff and the doctor were kind, sympathetic and had a very orderly and sensitive approach to our situation. They accommodated us immediately and that was so helpful since I was at a loss. Thank you for being there when we needed help and support the most.

They were very caring and I will use their service again.

So far, they have been great. New puppy and I really like their care and follow ups. They really seem to have their heart in the right place and care about every animal walking in the door.

Very nice,clean n friendly hospital. Has a place out to the side where ur dog can do his bathroom needs. Took my dog right away. Didn't have to wait long like they said I would.

Want to thank the staff for helping us putting down our 22 year old cat. Clean and very helpful!

Overall we are very happy with Yucaipa Animal Hospital. They are very pleasant and great docs! However, the reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is the tremendous hold time when you call to make an appointment (either call back or take calls quicker) and the price. Our bill was ~$250 for a simple exam of an itchy paw pad. I realize veterinary training is expensive as well as business operating expenses, but I can see why someone on a fixed income may opt to not treat something simple like an allergy due to costs.

As soon as I walked in with my pet, I was asked if I was vaccinated and if not to put a mask on. This is an animal hospital, my pet is sick not me. I felt this was inappropriate and for them to mandate their own public health rules is wrong. The receptionist then told me to go outside and call in for assistance. I reluctantly called in because I care about my pet. Once I called, I believed they knew it was me calling. They were rude over the phone and said they did not have any appointments anytime soon. I feel as though I was singled out because I did not enter their facility with a mask. This kind of treatment is wrong and to judge someone based on whether they wear a mask or not wrong as well! I will never take my pet here and if you believe in freedom of choice then you shouldn’t either.

Yucaipa Animal Hospital is the best place for all your pet’s healthcare needs. The Doctors and the staff are very caring towards the animals they care for. The support and compassion that the staff provide the animals owners is outstanding. Which we experienced this year when we had to put our dog Lady to sleep. Thank you Yucaipa Animal Hospital for providing top care to the animals that you provide care to.

Great vet, and how they handle my dog passing on was very beautiful, I have a paw print and his ashes in a quality wooden box. If you're going to get shots do it on Saturday it's half off!

Everyone there is amazing. That's the only place I will take my fur babies.

Great place and they love ???? all the doggies and kittykats patty wack I take my little Corina there and it's been great the girls are pretty friendly and explain what's going on and what you're doggie has or needs so far it's been good to me and my dog ????????

Just moved to Yucaipa and had to look for a new veterinarian for my dog. Took him in for an exam and they were great. The doctor and I had a nice talk after the exam and I left there knowing we found out new vet.

After getting the runaround from every vet within a 45 mile radius Yucaipa Animal Hospital really came through for our family and saved our baby's life! Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

My miniature dachshund, Stella, was minding her own business going potty when the neighbors dog broke through into our back yard and practically bit her nose off and ripped her lip back. She had surgery at the emergency vet in Redlands. All of her after care and check ups were done at Yucaipa Animal Hospital, and it was just the greatest experience! Everyone, including the front desk ladies, are super nice and caring. I visited them around 8 times in 12-14 days and got no complaints from any of the staff. I was overly cautious while she was healing because the wound was so horrendous and serious.. The doctor and technicians were comforting and reassured me each time I went in. It looked dreadful to me, but it was in fact healing up nicely! They even let me stop by 3 minutes to closing one day because my other dog had accidentally hit Stella's nose. Over the course of 3 weeks, everyone here showed so much care for Stella, and requested to watch her closely, which was perfect for me. Though it was one of the worst things I've been through with my little dog, Yucaipa Animal Hospital was the only positive part about the whole experience.. and of course Stella's nose healing up well! Thanks again!
