Pet Scene Bath and Boutique Yucaipa, California

After being booted from a big store groomer, I didn't think I'd find anyone that could handle my stress ball Yorkie. I was wrong! A friend steered me to Petsene, and they are literally dog whisperers. I'm so grateful for their staff and the amazing work they do for my 4 legged family members!

I picked up my dog from getting groomed here earlier today and his ears wouldn't stop twitching so I checked them and see huge bruised bumps on both ears its so purple and swollen he wouldnt let me touch it to even get a picture of it to see if itll go down later (which it didnt.) Id really like to know what caused him to get bumps on both ears that are both bruised to hell. Never had that happen to any of my dogs before

They did a good job grooming my pet last minute. It was a bit uneven but Im sure if I told them what i see they would fix it at no cost. The staff was friendly and Accommodating. Lots of parking as well!

Love this place, have tried 4 other different groomers in Yucaipa, they don't compare to pet scene. My dog always comes home happy ???? love the staff.

Top notch service! I will always recommend them. We went through several other local groomers before we tried them and fell in love with the treatment they gave our pup.

I took my dog here because I saw the lovely reviews. Told them my dog had never been groomed and they made an early appointment so they could ease him in, get him trimmed nice and quick. They had him in there for 6 hours. When he came back to me, he was bruised in his genitalia. Various red marks (I’m guessing from the cutters) I will not be taking my dog back.

I took my French bulldog today and he looks amazing. They really do a wonderful job and are friendly. I will be taking him to get groomed here from now on.

Great people friendly environment I had brought my pitbull in and he's nervous when it comes to being bathed so I said to put a muzzle on him they listend told them he had sensitive skin they LISTEN which is great I've had bad experience at others due to not listening and he ended up getting hurt! The service is great loves pitbulls already placed a second appointment!

Took my 6 month old 50lb mastiff mix puppy there for his first time ever being groomed. I thought he would be terrified but the staff was so good with him he didn't care if I was even in the room or not! I 100% reccomend this place and will continue to take my boy to them from here on out!

We took our German Shepard and Husky for de-shedding and grooming. The staff was so friendly and they did a wonderful job! I have never been able to pet either of them without a ton of hair going everywhere, but now I can. I highly recommend using them for your pet’s grooming needs.

They always treat me and my dog with kindness. My pup is well taken care of.

Took our golden retriever to get trimmed a couple of months ago and of course we were worried about them cutting off too much, but they did an excellent job and were excited to get him back in real soon!

I personally didn't need any pets groomed but I was impressed with what I saw. Animals were relaxed and seemed at ease with the place. Always a good sign.

This was the first time here am not happy with The haircut he got it looks like he got a bath and nails clipped for 85.00 does not look like his hair was touch.

OUR PUPS HATE GROOMERS,,BUT WHEN WE PICK EM UP THEY RUN BACK TO THE GIRLS TO HAVE A LIL GOODBYE. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AT ANY OTHER GROOMER, THEY ARE USUALLY HOWLING, BARKING AND SHAKING WHEN WE PICK EM UP. SO HAPPY TO SEE THEM WANT LOVIN FROM THE GROOMERS BEFORE WE TAKE EM HOME!!!EVEN HAPPIER TO SEE THE GROOMERS LOVE TO HAVE THE LOVIN!!! GREAT HAIRCUTS AS WELL!! THEY HELPED US PROBLEM SOLVE OUR PUPS SKIN ISSUES AS WELL AS GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO EASE THEIR FEARS OF THE DRYERS. THEY EVEN SET US UP WITH FOOD SAMPLES THAT COULD ALSO HELP THEIR SKIN ALLERGIES.THANK YOU LADIES, OUR DOGS LOVE YA! SO DO WE!

They do exactly what I asked for and my dogs are always happy beautiful and smell great when I get them back.

My very old dog (11) needed his nails trimmed we took him to Pet Scene. His reaction was unstressed and bordered on puppy like once it was over. They give good advice for the care and feeding of "Big" boys.

My first time ever coming here was a delight. They took care of my golden retriever puppy and helped get him used to the groomer. I also bought them my German shepherd husky mix, she came back beautiful and happy as ever. I had such a great experience talking with the women up front who gave me some advice on my Catahoula who has anxiety. They seemed very willing to try and groom my anxiety filled pup, so the next time I came I brought all three dogs. They were all done in a couple hours and they all did great. They really took their time with my dogs and for that reason, I will come back here any chance I get. They really care about each dog and the differences between them. Such professionals and true dog people. Thank you a million times over.

They're always so friendly and great with my dogs. They do an amazing job and my dog comes back smelling so nice and her haircut is even and beautiful. They even put cute lil bows in her ears.
