Am I the only one who finds it odd that you can never enter this business without someone having to come unlock the door, and you can't see what they are doing with the pets. I prefer to be able to see how the groomers are treating the animals. Just because your pet looks good does not necessarily mean they are being treated with kindness and patience. I give them a couple of stars for good prices, but I don't know if I trust them.

Been coming to this Groomer even before they opened Plush Pups. They're friendly & do a great job. Highly recommend.

AHHHH!!!???????????????? I love it love it love it???? I've taken my baby to a few groomers before and told them my baby has a double coat. they always shaved her down when I never wanted it but when I called and told them she has it. they did exactly what was ment for her. Told me the price for her and was able to get their best opinion brought her in with no problems. When she was done they called and was very happy with the out come. I loved that they put the little bows on her which made everything better my baby will be coming here from now on. Thank you plush pups for making my baby happy she's loving her new fresh self.????????????????????????

Our dogs love it here.

They know just how to make my little boy look and feel clean. He has terrible anxiety and seems to like it here, which is great for the both of us. Reasonable pricing and always a pleasant experience.

I can start off that I love this place. When I first walked in Natalie at the front desk was super nice! She told me prices and explained everything they will be doing on my Dogs. Also Corey did a great job on grooming my Pomeranian. We asked for a hair cut. And left him looking super cute and smelling good! Also my husky wasn’t shedding after they Bathed her and they left her with beautiful shiny coat of hair ! She was so soft.! I appreciate that the workers made a good impression on the way they love animals. Thank you girls for everything! I will be coming back for sure!

When we first got our puppy three years ago, we took him here on advice of a friend. We were very happy with the results and with the picture they got of him. This was going to be our spot since we wanted a picture of him growing up but we did not know we had to pay extra so we just stopped thinking about a picture and took him there for grooming's. In the past year while trying to book his appointment, the girl answering the phone would always say they had no appointments and it felt like they were screening the phone calls but we did not know that for a fact so we began taking him somewhere else. We called again and a different girl answered and said they had appointments available. We wanted his picture and requested it this time. 2 hours later, they call us to say he is ready but when we arrived, they had not taken his picture. The girl who helped on the phone (new girl) was very nice and helpful but a different girl, the one who always seems to say there are no appointments, went to the back with the new girl to try and get a picture of my dog. We could hear her screaming NO NO NO and aggressively telling our dog to sit and saying that she was not doing it because that she did not want to deal with him she proceeded to take out her anger yelling at and about my dog while we could hear her up at the front desk. She then gave me his toothbrush and quickly hid by going to the back like a coward before I could confront her. I will not be taking my dog back to this place. To each their own, but if that is how she acted for a picture I can only imagine how they treat dogs that they "don't want to deal with." Not to mention I was actually told how good of a dog he was and how well behaved he was.

I recently went to drop off my mother in law dog here and the haircut was not the haircut we wanted instead they cut his hair short. She requested a bear haircut. Will not go back to this spa.

I was satisfied, I brought in 2 of my Adult English Bulldogs, they came in smelly & came out smelling like a brand new puppy ???? the price I think is decent. On both of them I took them separate days & they were ready in 1hr. So it does look like they go by scheduled appointment which I Loved.

My pug is the most picky pet in the world. He only allows Roxy ( the owner) to touch his nails. He is also a senior wheelie pug blind and deaf and she is always careful with him ❤️❤️❤️

I take my girls to have their nails trimmed and sanded, and compared to othe places I used before, my girls love them. They are not scared and shaking, which means that thenpeople working ther are caring. I really appreciate it. And the price is much better. I stopped going to otherocations that were over charging. Thank you Plush Pups.

I would give a 0 star rating if possible, but I’ll let them have their little 1 star rating! I don’t know what goes on in the back with the groomer and these animals, but my dog has been limping ever since I picked him up from this location. I assumed maybe his nail was just clipped a little too short, but when I called the store to ask if there was an issue with my pet there was no concern voiced on their behalf AT ALL! Instead they blamed me and the dogs temperament. Calling him hyper and deflecting. My dog didn’t have any issue before he went in for his appointment! I have video proof showing how happy and normal he was able to move around while going inside the store. But after I picked him up, his energy level has been extremely low and he tries to walk with his paw up in the air. I know my dog! I’m with him everyday! I know his normal behavior and this is not it! Rather than deflect take accountability and show some concern for the people that patron your location. I didn’t say anything about the rushed service in the first place. I paid $55 for a service, that didn’t even appear fully completed in the first place. But when you show that your don’t even care for the well being of these animals.... I would just caution anyone that chooses this location. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s pet. It’s unfortunate they showed no concern for mine! Document everything and make sure you protect your animals!!!

Best groomer in the Inland Empire. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

They did a fine job on my dog, but the girls there seem rushed. When I checked in I see this large wall explaining how they customize what you want for your dog (from type of shampoo, extras services, which bandana or bows the dog will get) but when the girls come to get my dog they just say "does she need any special shampoo? Ok good." It felt very rushed and not very friendly. Also there's a sign that says you have the take your leash and collar with you and they take the dogs to the back with the simple choke collar/leash combo. I don't love the choke collar but the main reason this bugs me is because I'm leaving my dog in this strange place without a collar and without ID. What if they switch the dogs up and the don't know who is who, or my dogs gets out and now she doesn't even have her name on her. I didn't say anything when they took her collar off but I felt uneasy the whole time.

I feel so comfortable having my baby groomed here. I wouldn't think of taking him elsewhere. Thank you for treating my dog with love. ❤️

New groomer for my Yorkie Spartacus. Liked the attentive staff and the service. Will definitely come back.

Website shows $50 for shihtzu breed. I called and got quoted $45 if I pay cash. They ended up charging me $60 because of his size. They took that price down to $55 since I was paying cash. My dog is considered a small breed and is no where near being overweight or anything. They charged another lady ahead of me $70 for her large dog because she picked him up late. The lady said she didn't get any voicemail to pick him up and neither did I. They do a good job on the actual haircut but it seems they swindle money from people using excuses for the higher fee. I called to complain and only heard "I'm sorry". I will not be going back here because I don't know what mood they will be in when pricing my small dog.

Great prices and very accommodating

We take both dogs here and they always come out clean and happy. The ladies are very polite and the front office is organized.

An amazing place with a great staff. Reasonable prices and has a great location right next to the mall.

My Luna came out so pretty. They did everything. She even smelled pretty and with the cute bows. A little expensive.
