Dr. Carl was exceptional, as well as the staff. Unfortunately, he is only there a few days a week.

I've been to 8 or 10 different vets over the years some I've really liked and some not so much. Green Valley was start to finish head and shoulders above any vet I've been to in 40+ years. I liked the parking lot. I liked the women in reception. I liked how comfortable the waiting room was. I liked the medical assistants. The vet himself was extremely compassionate, friendly, seemingly honest, and communicated very clearly. The treatment plan and options for different treatments were explained thoroughly and in an easy to understand way by the doctor and his assistant as well. The costs of the services were very reasonable. Lastly when I was waiting for the results of Wigglie's blood work in the waiting room there was a husband and wife who had received some very sad news. The man and his wife, the receptionist, the medical assistant, and even myself all had tears in our eyes. Not only were they being treated with an abundance of empathy and compassion but the waiting room we were in felt comfortable and safe to such an extent that all five of us strangers were able to share our sadness, grief, and a few minutes of support for each other in what was for at least two of us I'm sure one of the hardest days of their lives. I am truly grateful to have found the Green Valley Veterinary Clinic. In the future I will not hesitate to take any of my pets there nor will I hesitate to recommend their services to anyone I come in contact with.

The hospital is very clean and up dated. The Doctor and staff are clean well dressed and know what they are doing. My dog enjoyed being there to get a rabies vaccine. I'm glad I picked Green Valley.

Took our little kitten to get her shots here. I was a little reluctant from the reviews but they seemed to be competent. Staff was friendly and i think everything went well. I will bring my little one back for the rest of her shots and spading. Edit: i made an appt to get her spayed. It was a month wait. I made the appt. A week before the appt i get a call that they cant do it until february of next year!!! So 3 month wait. I am taking my kitten somewhere else. It's ridiculous!!!!

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone as they are not professional at all. They say your pet will be fine then when they find out they’re wrong they do surgery on the pet? Like make it make sense.

We've been taking our dogs and cats here for years with only great experiences to speak of! From emergent rattlesnake bites to scheduled vaccinations, we've had many visits to Green Valley and have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the treatment of our animals. We'll certainly be returning to Green Valley for years to come!

These folks are basically angels and this is the best vet in Yucaipa. In the area, maybe. I'm biased, but seriously - come here. It's worth the trip if you're not close; I'm lucky and it's literally within a block of my home. I can put my cat on a leash and walk her to her doctor's appointment!

I was able to get in right away. The staff was emphatic and consoling in my time of grief.

Everyone is extremely kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have an older dog who is doing so well. It was nice to talk with people that truly cared.

BEWARE!! This place will extort you!!! I have never in my life been to such a shady business. 2 of our dogs needed surgery to remove masses. We took them in and we were quoted pricing. Come the day of surgery after we had dropped the dogs off they call us and more than double the price they had quoted. They even tagged on another charge to bandage the leg up that had the surgery on. I would never recommend anybody coming to this place. Extremely rude and did nothing but argue with us through the whole process. If you love your fur babies at all you will stay far away from this disgusting place!!!

I took my dog Autumn there. She was very I'll. I called the next day after she was seen, they never called me back. I took her to another vet. She has now passed. 4 days later and still no call back. I will never use their service again.

They care about your animals. I had to drive across the country because they loved my dog. If I hadn't listened to them I may not be holding my dog right now

Everything was fine until it wasn't. My dog became ill and it was very hard to contact a doc since there isn't one at the hospital. I couldn't get an appt when it mattered the most and had to go to another hospital where they got him in right away. Now that they are corporate, they are more concerned with the a la carte services that add up into the hundreds. Fine for Thursday clinics (still waited for 3 hours with an appt).

This is not to say that the Vets are not great, because they probably are. This is about the disorganization. Our dog had been seen by this vet for almost her entire life and she is now 12. We adopted her from her previous owner over two years ago and went through a painful process of getting her account switched over to be under my name. They would not see her, and rightly so, until they received confirmation from the previous owner that I now owned her. We went through the process and she was seen. The second time I brought her in, we had to do the same process because they had no record of all of this, even though they could see that we had brought her in, which we couldn't have if they hadn't gotten confirmation by the previous owner. We got a second confirmation by the previous owner and got her seen again. I just called again to have her seen and they informed me that we must go through this process all again, because the previous person did not record the confirmation from the owner a second time. When I asked why the fact that they had seen her twice by me wasn't confirmation enough that they had received confirmation from the previous owner, they just apologized. Not a big deal, we will just bring her to another vet who will of course see her. Just unfortunate that they couldn't figure this out. Organization and record keeping is a major part of medical care, so I will feel better taking her to another vet anyway.

Been taking my dogs here for years. Personal, professional staff meets, greets, explains. I'd trust this one. Thumb's way up!

They took great care of my BF thru routine visits and accidents that happened (deep cut on back from running under my truck bumper),(removing fatty tumors that scared us about being cancerous) for 12 years until he passed at home. They were very empathetic and consoling as they took of his cremation and ashes wooden box. A sympathy card arrived in the mail. An excellent Vet Clinic I will return with my next fur friend.

All staff was so polite and professional...

If you love your animals, take them. Expensive, but worth it.

So, we had quite the scare with our darling Sasha. Beginning Tuesday she was refusing food and became severely lethargic. She spent 8.5 hours in a kennel at Redlands Emergency Pet Hospital without ever being seen by a vet. At 3:30 am Thursday we were at the Grand Terrace Emergency Hospital and the doctor there diagnosed a spine problem, gave us Carprofen and sent us on our way. By 11:00 am I was calling around to get her seen as she was going downhill in a hurry. Green Valley Veterinary Clinic got us in at 1:00 pm (they are my new best friends) by 3:30 Dr. Zielinski had taken X-rays and found her spleen was very enlarged. He gave her a shot of prednisone and a wide spectrum antibiotic. She’s slowly coming around and eating a little here and there. We’re going to follow up with the vet Monday and decide if her spleen needs to come out or not. Green Valley Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Zielinski are phenomenal and even though they were completely booked they made room for my girl.

I have nothing but good to say about Green Valley Veterinarian Clinic. Over the years they have been fantastic. Recently, our dog Penny became ill with severe vomiting. My husband and I were only able to drop her off due to Covid restrictions. We knew she would be in good hands. The staff was professional and seemed to really care about Penny. Soon after dropping her off, the veterinarian called and let us know how sick Penny was. My husband and I had to make the hard decision to have her euthanized. The staff was so compassionate and gentle. They offered us to come and be with Penny during the process but because we were unable to, they reassured us that Penny would not be alone. Although we were heartbroken, that comforted us. Today we received a card in the mail from Green Valley. It was signed with heartfelt condolences from the staff. It really touched us. Thank you to the staff for all you have done. We will always remember your kindness.

They were very helpful to me to allow me to bring my dog in as a walk in even though they were understaffed.

Dr Zielinski diagnosed my Cody with a disease he has probably had his whole life- was seen by several clinics as I moved around and never had prior doctors see it. They also took him on emergency when another that had been his was too busy to be bothered.

Loved this vet office. I have tried several in the ca ok area with my new rescue dog. He is large guy who was never really treated well. He therefore doesn’t like very many people or new situations. Other vets have drugged him and charged me a fortune to basically not do much This office was very understanding and loving. They right away made friends with him and seemed calm. The vet called me and explained everything very well. Gave me choices but medicinally and holistically. I was very impressed. When I picked my boy up he was calm and happy. Didn’t even have his muzzle on !!! They then called back the next day to see how he was doing ! I’m very impressed. Will be going back for sure !
