Paws 'n' Claws Veterinary Hospital Yorba Linda, California

Was intending on leaving town so filled out paperwork and set a date BUT Covid happened. In the process of setting everything up, Paws and Claws was so helpful. We took care of everything through email. It was easy breezy. This was after visiting 3 other facilities for boarding, PNC won our heart.

A Vet that's honest and won't do unnecessary tests or procedures just to rack up your bill. Friendly is an understatement. Flawless facility with flawless people.

Paws n Claws is the only place I will ever take my fur babies! I take my cats there for care & boarding and I know they are in the best hands. The staff is always so friendly and the veterinarians are very attentive. Its a good feeling to not have to worry about your pets and with Paws n Claws I know my pets are being taken care of in the best way! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT TAKE FOR DENTAL CLEANING!! This review is purely for the non aesthetic dental cleaning they offer. I am so heartbroken and really contemplated on writing this review. I took my pet to Paws n Claws for a non aesthetic dental cleaning multiple times in the last year. Every time the doc would say “your dogs teeth are fine and great” after each cleaning. I noticed that my dog had a lot of pain around his gums and wanted to get a second opinion and took him to another dental professional. Turns out my dog needed surgery from inflamed gums, infection, and also needed multiple extractions. They said that this has been building up, which means the previous dentist should have caught it. I went almost a year not knowing that my dog was in any type of dental pain or discomfort because the vet at Paws n Claws couldn’t catch it. I am so heartbroken and will not be returning.

They've been very caring with all of my little dogs throughout the years. From puppyhood to when eventually they had to be put to sleep.

DR. Glen and his staff are great! My dog needed surgery and I was referred to one of those large Veterinary groups that treat you like a number and overcharge you at the same time. I got a second opinion from Dr. Glen at Paws N Claws and the experience was exceptional - and the dog is doing great!

We have been bring our fur babies to Dr. Payne since he began as a vet. He was successful in saving my brother's dog who had been misdiagnosed by our former vets. Since that time, we have followed him and his wife wherever they have practiced. Since opening Paws and Claws we have been faithful clients and have always recommended them to all our friends and family. The doctors have seen us at our high points and our lowest points and have always been honest, insightful and compassionate. I only wish they were "human" physicians because we trust them to give the best care possible. We tell our fur babies that they are going to see their "petiatricians". I can't say that they are real excited about it, but we know that they are getting the very best care from the staff and doctors.

Very friendly staff, and Dr. Windt is very helpful and nice. Also, blood tests are much cheaper than any of the other vets I've been to, and they do some testing in-house, so you get results quicker... I usually just wait around until it's ready. Place is always kept pretty clean, it's never too busy, and there is a patch of fake grass out front, for the dogs.

We have been bringing our babies here for years. We love that there is a very personal connection between the entire staff and our very important family members. I would recommend Paws N Claws to everyone, and I have. My mom brings her yorkies here and so does my mother-in -law.
