Pawradise Grooming Yorba Linda, California

Booked an appointment online that said it was going to be $40 based on my dog’s weight and coat (short/medium length hair). Then when we got there they said actually it’s $55 for his size so we started filling out the paperwork. Then when we finished they said they actually needed to do a deshedding in addition to the bath which was another $15. We told them we literally only wanted a bath because it’s difficult to do with our setup at home and would do the rest of the grooming ourselves, and they said they had to because it would be “too much hair” to deal with? That makes no sense. Just really annoyed that they changed the story once we got there - if their prices had been accurate online we wouldn’t have bothered driving over. Also, there was an extremely strong chemical cleaner smell that lingered even after we left. I can’t imagine it’s healthy to be breathing it in for any length of time, both for the dogs and for the people who work there.

Super confused. Called to get my German shepherd groomed, and was told they don't have room for that breed? Like...I'm VERY confused, and the dude couldn't really provide any other information aside from that. Like if they're booked, he could've told me a future time to schedule an appointment. I was choosing this placed based on the very positive reviews, but am now confused on how they have any recently posted positive reviews if they're out of space for one of the most popular owned dog breeds in California.

This lady cares for your dog. The costs are reasonable and her work is great. Will definitely be a return customer. Also, there is a cool little space for the dogs to socialize in between going to the back at drop off and getting picked up. Gidget met Timber when we went.

False advertising on their prices. They completely overcharge what is quoted. I was a loyal client for 6 months and come every 4-6 weeks for different services for two Goldendoodles. Most of the services I paid $280 total ($140 each). When I started questioning the pricing, ($75 each for bath only) they wouldn’t make it right with me. They just blamed it on their bad English skills for quoting wrong prices. Shame on me for wasting money and not questioning them sooner.

Best place to take your dog for grooming! They do such a great job! We bring our two dogs there and they love it. They are very gentle with the dogs and the price is right. $30 for wash, clipped nails, ear cleaning and anal gland clean. They also give the dogs free bandannas, how cute is that.

I first visited Pawradise Grooming in 2020, while I was staying in the area due to the pandemic. Since then, I've moved full-time to San Diego but made the trek back up to Yorba Linda just to bring my dog to this groomer. Every time we go our expectations are exceeded and my dog's hair is cut perfectly. To boot, the prices are reasonable and everyone who works there is super friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a by appointment groomer who is cage free and has daycare available. Check out their website and go for a consultation with one of their award winning groomers. They know all their fur-clients by name and take good care about their name.

My dog went there and came back very traumatized. He was very sick and when i went to go pet him he finched. Same thing happened to my cousins poodle. She was very traumatized when she got back and was throwing up. They defiantly do something wierd to them or don't take care of them as in hitting for yelling, etc.

Took our pup there once and I’ll be a dedicated continuous costumer. My dog looked great but the part that stood out for me was the evident care she received. The owner seems to truly care and like the animals he services. I’d definitely recommend this place for your fur baby

Love how they treat my Westie! The grooming is fabulous and my dog looks super white! After the dogs are groomed, they are placed in an open area instead of kennels. I appreciate that I'm notified when my dog is ready. Excellent customer service!!!

It’s a spa salon for dogs !!!! Awesome place. Super clean, no smell at all and our four legged babies ran free inside, no cages. Peter did fantastic job on the haircut, Michael did awesome nails for my baby. I’ll be definitely coming back even though it’s 30 miles away from my house

Called and asked for a quote to bathe and trim 35lb Whoodle and was quoted 65.00. Arrived and the price is now 100.00. " I thought the dog was smaller" was the response.Typical bait and switch.

I am so impressed with Peter's talent as he cut my two shitzus. I emailed him pictures of cuts I wanted my dogs to have, and he groomed them impeccably! Customer service is top notch! Peter emailed me pictures of my dogs to see if I was satisfied. I wish I knew about him when I had my toy poodle. ????????????

Love this groomer for my Sheltie puppy Gracie. She is still shy but getting used to being groomed.
