Dr. Marquez is a very capable Vetenarian. She correctly diagnosed the causes of the many mobility and urinary issues that my senior dog had been experiencing as being Neurological. And she had referred me to a very competent Veterinarian Neurologist who confirmed this. I highly recommend Dr. Marquez for any of your pet’s issues as she specializes and is very knowledgeable in many pet health areas.

I have an elderly dog with kidney disease (and heart disease, and IBD) and I had a ton of questions for Dr. Marquez. She was super patient and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She also went into greater detail than some other internists, which I also appreciated. Canyon Hills is letting owners come in with their pets, while many clinics in Los Angeles are still making people wait in the parking lot. My dog is anxious and old, and I wanted somewhere I could actually be present at the appointment. For this reason, and because of Dr. Marquez's credentials and expertise, I drove over an hour for the appointment. Totally worth it. Also, the receptionists and vet techs are super nice too. Highly recommend.

All of the staff at Canyon Hills have demonstrated themselves to be caring, compassionate and professional. They have helped us through some difficult situations and have always recommended the appropriate treatment for our dogs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

We have used this facility for 20 years. All of our dogs get so excited when we pull up they are pulling at the leashes to get inside. It’s so crazy. They do not do this at the vet. We don’t really understand but it’s a love fest every time! We did try other facilities even the kind with the dog parks and the cushy looking pens. My dogs hated it and pouted. I also love that there’s a vet on call or there if a problem ever arose.

Dr. Marquez and her team are amazing! I live in Norco, and these guys are so good-I am willing to drive that 91 fwy traffic to Yorba Linda to get my dog treated! They are knowledgeable and professional and explained everything really well when answering all my questions. Thank you Dr. Marques, Lori and your entire team-you guys are the best!❤

I went to see Dr. Marquez at Canyon Hills Animal Hospital at the suggestion of my general veterinarian. My dogs had a bad cough that would not get better, and needed a higher level of expertise that only an internal medicine specialist could provide. Dr. Marquez diagnosed her and provided a treatment plan that made sense. I am glad I went as my dog LaLa is doing so much better so quickly. Thank you Canyon Hills Animal Hospital.

Absolutely the best veterinarian my wife and I have ever used for our dog. They recently performed pretty big surgery for our dog very successfully, the surgery follow up service is great and all the staff is very friendly towards you and your pet. Highly Recommend!

When I unexpectedly found out my best buddy Tally Dog had a gigantic tumor, my vet recommended Dr. Marquez and staff. Dr. Marquez fit me in for a visit the same day I found out, and was able to schedule a next-day CT scan. Within the very next week, she had determined the source of the tumor (her spleen) and that it was operable, and had Tally scheduled for surgery with Dr. Hofacre. He seamlessly removed the 5lb tumor from my 35lb dog (!!!), and talked me through her recovery process. Tally just had her staples removed today, and is back to her old bouncy, energetic self. The doctors and vet techs here are excellent, they have real caring and compassion for the animals, and the front office staff was friendly, responsive and efficient during all my visits. I highly recommend this practice, especially if your fur baby needs surgery.

Dr. Marquez and staff are kind, compassionate, and genuinely care about precious pets and their families. Instantly helped us feel at ease and confident in the treatment plans. Clear, concise, transparent, couldn't ask for more. The best of the best! So glad our precious girl is in such good hands????

The doctors and the people that work there are great

This location is less than desirable and I was a little concerned when I arrived. However, Vet prices have skyrocketed so I thought maybe they would be a little less expensive. Their staff was very friendly and Dr. Oh was really nice. They spent a lot of time with us. Their office visit prices were really good. Their medication prices were higher than what I normally pay. One particular injection was almost $20 more per dog. I really liked this Vet but not sure I will return, only because of the medication prices. I had confidence in what the vet said about treatment.

This place is my favorite. Dr. T is wonderful, and gave me 8 more months with my beloved cat when the yorba linda vet just told me to put her down after a 2 min look at her. He felt her ears, and said I think it's her blood pressure. I'm soooooo grateful for that, and I will forever bring my babies there. The staff there is amazing as well. Always so friendly and helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first visit and I will be bringing all my fur babies here. The quick check-in was compliant with all the latest pandemic guidelines and performed by a very friendly front desk person. The veterinary technician was prompt and professional: he just needed to be cued to introduce himself. The veterinarian was thorough, competent, and reassuring.

There will never be a better doctor than Dr Turano ever! Strong work ethic, always available to me, extremely thorough, organized, personable, common sense extremely sharp, honest, doesn’t up charge like some vets. Dr Turano has corrected many vets mistakes and figured out what’s wrong when many vets can’t figure it out. I will never find a better doctor than Dr Turano ever. I’ve taken many dogs to other vets. Vets with specialty degrees, state of the art hospitals, all that does not matter if the doctor isn’t good. Dr Turano was everything to me. So many doctors over look and can’t find the problem, I have so many stories and examples, because i’ve taken clients dogs all over and seen many vets. He can treat aggressive dogs without sedatives when other doctors can’t. He corrects meds that were not the best choice for the symptoms . I’ve taken one dog to two vets over Christmas , both misdiagnosed Fugi and only Dr Turano fixed him., I have many stories. Sorry Dr Turano i didn’t write this review sooner, You are on a well deserved sabbatical. I tried doing a review before but I think the link got timed out. I Miss you so bad. The dogs In Florida are blessed to be in your care. It’s impossible for you to be replaced. I trusted you like I trust God. You did more for animals then any other doctor. Trevor Turano who is ethical like his dad does non- anesthesia dentistry though out the week. I’ve called on a Sunday for a Monday appointment. The groomer Carrie does great work and her prices are very good. I love you too Amber, you are great for Dr Turano’s business. You are very thorough taking notes when i would drop off a dog, you always squeezed me in , so personable and kind. You are a huge asset for his business. To have a front office assistant as cool as you is golden.

They are very good with my pet, clean and they have boarding with an app to view my dog from my phone.

Dr Turano and staff have been treating all our dogs and cats for 30 years. Professional and straight foward care.

This place put dogs in the back yard with no shade or water. Dogs keep barking and no one cares. I came in one time and they knew they where doing wrong. Be careful when you bring fido here. I hope someone can do something this situation. HELP PLEASE

I had a bad experience at the animal hospital nearby and called up this place to see when I could get my cat Rambo an appointment after his claws punctured his feet and his condition worsened. Unfortunately my work hours conflicted with the vet's availability, but the receptionist I spoke to went out of her way to make sure Rambo could be dropped off for the night at no extra charge so he could make the appointment while I was at work. Dr. Turano called me immediately after his exam and walked me through everything needed and quoted me at a remarkably low price for surgery. Unfortunately my Rambo couldn't pull out of anesthesia, but Dr. Turano and his staff were amazing to me throughout it all. Around Christmas I received my cat's paw print as an ornament too, which meant a lot to me as I couldn't be there to see Rambo before he died. Their care for both pet and family is outstanding and I won't be going anywhere else for my other fur baby.

I wish I could give Canyon Hills Animal Clinic and Dr. Turano higher than a five start review! Dr. Turano basically saved my Yorkie Vegas's life. He was diagnosed with pancratitis and kidney failure and was almost put to sleep at the ER hospital. Dr. Turano was able to put him on a treament regiment that brought back his quality of life! He and his staff including Alex, Amber and Ashley were the most caring people around. They made the entire experience bareable and were always available for any questions or concerns. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

I have always taken my dogs here. The doctor is very considerate of each person's budget and his fees are moderate and fair. The staff is very nice too. I have always been able to get in when I needed help and it feels very much like family at this place.
