We've been clients of this practice for more than 50 years, and Dr Seggermann picked up right where Dr Cali left off.

I have two dogs Daisy and Gertie. Both go to North Tustin Veterinary Clinic for their health care needs. All the staff is very responsive and it is obvious that they love animals and care about them. Neither of my dogs are fearful or afraid when they need to go there for a clinic visit. Dr. Seggermann in particular is wonderful and always explains things thoroughly and asks if I have questions. I recommend them for excellent care.

Having to put a pet down is always hard, the staff made it much easier and was very caring throughout the whole process.

We love this vet. Especially Dr. Seggerman. Everyone is kind and caring.

She was extremely pleasant, patient, thorough, timely and most importantly had exceptional bedside manner. The best vet experience I've ever had, bar none. North Tustin Vet Clinic is one of the best I've used. They are very knowledgeble, professional, personable, timely, caring, conveniently located and reasonably priced. We have been bringing our 'kids' here for almost 20 years and have always felt that our kids health and well being was just as important to everyone at NTVC as they are to us. From diet to nail clipping, mysteries to end of life. We can't imagine going anywhere else.

Byron, my terrier mut seems to be at peace with this place even though they stick him, poke him, and take him away from his mother! Really though, I like North Tustin Veterinary Clinic: they take my concerns seriously and diagnosed my dog's thyroid problem. Great staff; they take time to explain tests and all the "next steps."

I'm in LOVE ... My beautiful Roady was having an issue with a black goopy and itchy ear. I assumed ear mites, but where and how did he get ear mites? He's an indoor cat, right? Well, Dr. Cortney Seggermann gently and lovingly discovered a bacterial infection covering up a polyp in his ear. Now we are scheduling surgery. BUT Dr. Seggermann was AMAZING !!! I'm an educated kitty momma and I need a vet that will talk to me. I've gone to vets before that sat up on their pedestal and looked down their nose at me when I asked blah blah blah ... well that doesn't work for me. When I was looking for a new vet because my wonderful vet retired because of COVID, my heart was heavy. Dr. Seggermann is the BEST EVER. We talked about natural and holistic ways to heal Roady. She spoke my language, was extremely knowledgeable, and a soft and gentle soul. My dear precious Roady has a new doctor !!! And we are both soooo happy. Dr Kali sold this practice about a year ago and the service has deteriorated to the extent I will NEVER go there again. They refused to see my sick cat because they were ‘booked with appointments’ for the day. I’d called at 7:30 am when they opened but they had no time for what turned out to be serious. We’d been using this clinic for about thirty years, but no more. If you’re searching for a clinic that will care for your pet in health and in sickness I suggest you keep looking By the way they’re closed on Wednesday so don’t let your animal get sick or injured on that day.

We had such a great experience at North Tustin Vet Clinic! We just moved to Tustin and needed a new vet. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, our experience was great! Our dog is nervous around new people and she's VERY nervous at the Vet. Every single person in the office helped to make her feel comfortable. By the end of our visit, my pup's tail was wagging and she was loving all the attention and pets. Such a fantastic experience and very reasonability priced. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy. I have been bringing my cats to North Tustin Vet for 20+ years and have always had a good experience. This week my 6 month old kitten Atticus was neutered and chipped. The staff took very good care of him and explained his aftercare thoroughly. They even made a follow up call the next day to find out how he was doing. I highly recommend North Tustin Vet.

Brought in my yorkie, Torey, for ear problems and irritated skin and she has thankfully been recovering well from the medication that was prescribed for her skin, however, was redirected to a dermatologist to look more into her ears. Thank you to the kind vet techs and veterinarian Dr. Tetnowski for taking good care of her. So happy to see her in relief again without itchy skin.

The little feral kitten that we had taken in was listless all of a sudden. I called this clinic, and they were so kind, managed to get us in that same day, followed up later that day and again the next day with phone calls and emails to be sure our little guy was feeling better.

I was referred North Tustin Veternary Clinic by a clinic that could fulfill a same day appointment with me and my buddy Merlin. So I called North Tustin Clinic and not only where more than happy to finally help me and my buddy in our situation after the appointment that I didn't think was going to happen they gave me a 50 % discount on the total balance!!! Man this clinic and all its staff are really amazing! They even let me use the restroom! Lol wow saved my hide twice!!! I am excited to continue take Merlin to visit. The total call lasted 4 minutes...An assertively toned woman answered the phone and told me to hold. When she returned, I heard another phone ringing, and the same woman scoffed (was annoyed) and asked that I be put on hold again. She profusely apologized for putting me on hold the second time. I inquired about services and price points. She told me that new clients get 50% off consultation. In gist, I explained my dog's condition and she said she cannot predict anything and could not tell me about any prices other than the consultation. I am aware that a diagnosis cannot be given over the phone or by someone who is not certified. I explained that is understandable and I'm just looking for price points and I didn't think it was an issue as I've called other places who were able to provide honest, transparent ball park prices for a variety of services. She responded with a harsh and abrupt tone, “Im not going to do that.” I told her she was abrupt and before I could finish she interrupted me and said, “We are not the right clinic for you, good bye.” and hung up...This woman was clearly authoritative, comfortable, and confident in making such a swift call for the company--It's truly unfortunate.

I love Dr.Seggermann and her expertise with my cat. She gave of her time and was just so nice and helpful. I recommend her to anyone seeking help with their pet.

I adopted my first pup on 5/7. Luckily, I was able to get her in for an appointment within the same week. The staff is very friendly and has continued to answer and provide answers for the many questions that I have had. The doctor was very informative during our first wellness exam. She introduced new/alternative training methods, as needed, and extended an offering for me to reach out to her for any additional training tips I may need in the future.

Brought my pitbull, Gracie, in for a second opinion on her limping and not being able to put much weight on her front right leg. I had X-rays from another vet, pet point, that they looked at. Dr. Seggermann at North Tustin veterinary recommended some new radiographs and determined that Gracie was suffering from one of two things. The medical director, Dr. Seggermann, referred me to another specialist but in the meantime took a comprehensive blood panel and ruled out one of the two things it could be. Dr. Seggermann and staff are very kind, caring, polite, engaging, and professional as I had to make the very difficult decision to put Gracie down due to the diagnosis. Dr. Seggermann and the staff there go above and beyond their duty.

My cat Tippy was acting sick, lethargic, stopped eating. He began coughing, and snorting his food... right away he was examined and diagnosed with pancreatic inflammation, was in the clinic for two whole days... he is now home recovering and so much better. The Vet and her team were VERY caring, communicative and kind to Tippy. He seemed content and I feel confident in their expertise. Thanks to all at North Tustin Vet Clinic!

Dr. Seggermann is terrific--she's a real problem-solver, actually cares what happens to the "kids," and works to find a way to make care work for them, and for you. She has been a tremendous asset since joining this team, and my pup thanks her.

The doctors are very competent. The staff is friendly and professional. Their hours are good and a same day appointment is usually not a problem. In addition, I feel their fees are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them! Ron

Have always felt like this is an excellent place to take my dogs. They handled covid-19 like champions. Not the cheapest but I'm not someone who pinches pennies when it comes to my dogs. All costs are upfront.

They are so nice to me and my kittyl I've brought both my cats in and Dr. Phelps has taken the time to give them the care that they need and gave me resources so that I can continue their care at home.

This place seemed nice. Friendly staff. Seemed a bit rushed and didn't look at everything they were supposed to. I blame it on not being able to go in with your animal during the visit. I'd go again overall.

I have bought all my dogs to Dr Kali since they were puppies until their passing in old age. Everyone is committed to the animals' health and wellbeing. Everyone is personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I would rate these people as more than 5 stars if I could.
