If you have an emergency for your pet. This place won’t care for your pets health. They told me that a doctor couldn’t attend us becuase he was on his lunch break. My dog was having an asma attack while I was on the phone with them. The lady on the phone didn’t seem to care on what was happening to my dog. Even though this happened months ago. Everytime I pass this place I will always remember they couldn’t take her in. Till this day I regret keeping my cool with this lady on the phone. I’ve seen multiple reviews on the same situation I was in. To whoever is thinking on bringing your pets here. Please re think that choice. To that doctor who couldn’t take a look at her. That lunch better have been delicious.

Hi this is actually a question, my baby cockatiel hasnt been eating his food when we try to feed him and im wondering if you guys do wellness checks in birds

So saddened by the treatment we received during my pets last few days. We have been clients for over 10 years and not sure I will be returning. First I would like to say that Dr Rodriguez is amazing and took the time to really listen and try to figure out what was wrong and when he couldn’t he referred us to a neurologist. That being said we received the unfortunate news that our 6 yr old vizsla had a brain tumor that was not treatable. Dealing with our sadness and pain we decided that the best thing for her was to put her down. We called to have them assist and they were too busy to get her in and couldn’t see her for 2 days. So wrong in so many ways!! When a dog is suffering that should be a priority. We ended up taking her to Yorba Regional Hospital and they were beyond amazing. So supportive and loving for us not even being clients. They notified both the neurologist as well as Tri City that she is no longer with us. She has been gone for 1 1/2 weeks now and we have received amazing hand written notes from both Yorba Regional as well as VCA West Coast Neurology but absolutely nothing from Tri City. I am not looking for a hand written note but acknowledgement that a customer lost someone should be standard. Dealing with a loss is hard and that should be standard customer service. Feel as though the personal touch is missing from TrICity and it’s about making money. I am not sure I will be taking my 14 yr old back as I know she won’t be with us forever and I want to know that her well being and comfort is the top priority and I am not sure it is. So unfortunate is so many ways!!!

Not sure if this place is still open. Two weeks ago on a Tuesday we called in at 4:30 pm to see if we could come in because our cat was throwing up. We received no answer so started driving over to see if we could get in. No one in the parking lot, we called again at 5:00 pm and tried the door but it was locked. We read the info about COVID restrictions and that if we called the front desk someone would be out to help us. We called again and no answer. We got in the car at 5:20 pm and drove to the VCA in Yorba Linda instead. EDIT: What are your new hours? We read the days that you were closed but Tuesday, December 15th wasn't one of them. Your regular hours were listed from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on that day. On Google, the hours were also listed as such. Hours of Operation can also be updated to reflect any changes or the community can make suggestions if they are different. I'd be happy to suggest an edit if needed.

The vet was amazing, very polite, and very knowledgeable but the lady that answered the phone was rude and liked to yell at people. She needs a vacation and a chill pill.

Staff is always professional, warm and friendly & Dr. Rodriguez is so great with our dog, Max. We've also had to have two cats put down, and the staff was very sensitive and empathetic to the situation.

Just left VCA after my Pitbull Axle’s first visit. They were awesome. Everyone there was happy and helpful. I was in and out in good time and they treated my dog with lots of love. Dr. Dan is great and was very informative!

They are the absolute best there! This is where I take my ambilobe panther chameleon, Newman Picasso. A nice employee from Petco recommended them, as that's where she takes her bearded dragons. I love taking Newman to Dr. Rodriguez! He is exactly the vet I wanted for Newman. So nice, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable (and so are the rest of the staff). My family and I are grateful for him and everyone there. Everyone is great, very welcoming and they love Newman! Literally, they all adore him and tell us how handsome he is (they say they more often get veilds). In fact, the last checkup he had, the staff wanted to borrow him for a picture! They took him in another room and were taking pictures of him, hehe, he's popular. His checkups always go well, and as usual, Newman's in exceptional health! They are always thorough and so gentle with him. Newman is actually very nice to them, he doesn't hiss or try to bite. Could not have asked for a better vet place. :D

VCA was a great place for our dog Gypsy. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our vet was patient with our little puppy and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend to others I will be bringing my cat here also.

My pets have been patients here for about 10 years now and I wish I had more stars to give! Everyone is always so sweet and friendly! From the reception team to the Drs., they give you the best service and always try to make each visit memorable. Every Dr. who has come and gone have been great, but Dr. Rodrigues has and will always be my pets' vet. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a way of making you feel part of the solution and empowered when it comes to finding the issue with your pet vs making you feel helpless or confused with your options. I always appreciate the estimates they give with their Plan A's and their willingness to work with our budgets if we need to hold off on certain services. I also love the fact that they accept Care Credit which has been a life saver many times. I board and groom my pets here and have never had a bad experience. I can't recommend this place enough and now that I have moved out of the area, I still make the 45+ minute drive for my babies to get the best care! I hate traffic, but if I'm willing to sit in it to get to this place, then you know they're that good! Thank you for all you do!

My husband and I have been bringing our dear cat, Taffy, in the last 3 days due to not eating. The diligence with which Dr. Rodriguez and the whole staff have tried to solve the mystery has been heartwarming.

Our dog had 3 vets in 8 years, and this was the one that stuck. The pricing is reasonable/competitive and they provide written estimates for each procedure and each time it was less then the estimate - who wants a surprise? Unfortunately, we lost our dog 6 months ago to cancer, but the compassion we received from the staff during the hardest 2 weeks of my life was overwhelming and surprising. I don't have a lot of experience in this regard but the entire staff, even those I had met only on the phone, knew about us and were there to support us during it. Our primary vet even called me from his international vacation to provide us some critical advice - they went above and do care for the animals greatly. We look forward to bringing our next family member for a check-up.

Friendly staff and very responsive with appointments

We LOVE this facility. Don is the most AMAZING attended! Our little fur babies LOVE him! We drive from Chino to leave our babies there. They are very comforting and treat our babies with the most gentle kidness. Grooming is THE BEST we have ever had. Always a wondeful job. We really love this facility and consider them a part of our family.

Look somewhere else!!! We pay $1,600. for his outer ear surgery... brought him back a week later to take bandage out now they want to charge $200. to replace bandage!! I would assume that the $1,600. would have cover all of this

I was able to make an appointment for my tortoise. All options were spelled out and hopefully a remedy that will work. They spent all the time necessary to fully evaluate him. Nice people.

My dog came in with very bad hotspots to the point I thought we were going to have to put him down. Tried everything. Then TriCity completely patched him up and he is back to 100% after 3 weeks.

The people here are amazing. My dog has needed multiple surgeries and the procedure went perfectly each time. They are pricey but they will work with you and give you options on what you want to pay for. I move to Long Beach and I still drive out here to see them. They are great for the more serious medical stuff and helping your dog in any way possible, but the vaccines are a little expensive so don't feel bad if you want to go to a clinic for those.
