This is the second time I've been here to get vaccines for my puppy. Although I had appointment, I still have to wait over an hour for my turn.

Straight to the point and kind while doing it.

Was a walk-in. They squeezed me in and got my dog a shot he needed and medication etc. The doctor was very nice. The staff was very helpful. Price was very reasonable.

Great vet, kind to pets, their prices are cheapest. We’ll go there again for any needs

I have been with this clinic for years. The Vet very nice. Unfortunately she has a very unproffessional staffs and very bad attitude instead treating us with respect as a loyal patient. They reschedule my dog's appt to today @9.50 and we got there on time. But front office said that we dont have any appt which is their mistake did not put in their system and they let us wait for so long and when we ask our turn, with the rude attitude the front lady told us to find another doctor instead accomodate us for their mistake. Ya off course definitely we will look somewhere else without they need to tell us. Doctor should train their staff with a good manner.

These people are so misleading and there's alot of miscommunication. People say that they dont know what their doing when it comes down to spay and neuter surgeries. DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.

It was fast and easy they took good care or my dog....

Specialist who works with all animals. Our rabbit rescue takes all our spay/neuter buns to her. We love her. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been taking my 2 dogs to this place since 2009 and my experience has been great & consistent for the most part. The prices are very good, the service at check-in has been decent, and the wait times have been kind of long but severely so. The reason I'm knocking off 1 star is because Dr. Tamura, although she seems competent and very experienced, doesn't spend enough time talking to you about your pet & seems rushed for time. If you ask her questions, then she'll answer them, which is good, but she doesn't go into much detail after she has just finished examining my dog. So, you might want to do some reading in your own first and come with specific questions.

this place was the best! staff were super kind and helpful and they neutered our rat for around $150 while the place near me wanted $800. they did a great job too.

Very friendly. They care about your pets. It's not just a job to them.

This hospital was great for taking our bunny to so we could get him neutered they did a super job, and fantastic service and very friendly.

I bring my doggies here for their care and update their vaccines. I have brought all my dogs here for spaying and neutering and have been very satisfied! The cost are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and competent. The veterinarian is very professional???????? The building they're in is older but that's ok because it keeps costs down. Due to Covid-19 there is no waiting inside but there are park benches right outside to wait. Social distancing and masks are required????

I could not recommend this vet to anyone who loves their fur babies. I took my dog here to be spayed and the first thought I had was this place looks dirty. They took her back and told us we would have to buy a cone ourselves (what vet doesn’t provide cones...?), but that wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was the fact that my dog came back absolutely terrified, trembling (again, she just had major surgery so I expect some degree of this), and covered in POOP! I couldn’t believe they let her get so filthy and not have the decency to clean her off. And I could be wrong, but I feel like my dog was in much more pain than normal. The stitch work also looked very sloppy. I’m definitely looking elsewhere for a vet that at least tries to show some degree of compassion for the animals and actually keeps their office and patients clean.

My wife and I are crazy for this place. Kristy at the desk bends over backwards to make it as painless as possible. Her two boyswork here as well(chris & mark) and love animals, easy to see. We love the doc too. This is our place

This place is cut rate. And the service is not great. I took my dog here after I got him and they acted like I didn’t take care of him. Totally missed that he had a urinary tract infection and fleas were eating him up. The next pet hospital I took him to gave me a flea pill and treated his uti and we were good to go

Great place! Affordable! Appointments are booked way out because they are so good! You can call each morning at 9 AM to see if they have a cancellation, if they have one they will take you the same day you just need to be there by 10 AM! We have taken our rabbits there but they also do cats and dogs and maybe other animals as well.

Low cost vaccines. Very nice staff. I've taken 2 kittens there for vaccines. And, guess what? You can go in with them.

Very gentle with pets, knowledgeable veterinarian, takes time to explain care of your pet.

Their pricing is truly incredible my pitpul had a bloody broken claw, the vet looked at him for 2 seconds and new what to do he was right out and fully bandaged everything only costed $35. The wait time wasn't too bad either and the staff their was wonderful. I will be bringing my dogs here from now on.

I have brought my cats and dogs to Brookhaven for quite some time. I have always received wonderful care and consideration. From the office manager Christine to the two brothers Mark and Mike, the veterinary staff, they are all very friendly and competent. Often feels more like family than a business. Thank you Brookhaven for all your competence with such warmth!

Kind, well educated and reasonably priced

Best vet and you cannot beat their prices. They got me a same day appointment for kitten vaccines and were so kind throughout the appointment. I felt very comfortable and that they truly cared for my pets best interest. I didn't have to pay an exam fee and got my kittens 1st shots and dewormed for $32.00.

I didn't have to wait long. They were straight to the point with the check up. The Dr was a bit rough handling my rabbit. They quickly saw my rabbit had ear mites and immediately gave her a shot. I only paid $52 for the exam and shot so it is really affordable. They also were quick to schedule me for the next shot and the spaying. Definitely recommending and coming back for my rabbits needs.

Terrible customer service. Waited 3 hours to be seen for my dogs' allergies... Finally left. This is the second time this has happened, never coming back.

Not the same without Sandy.
