The vets at this veterinarian hospital are in the business of honestly and conservatively caring for your pet companions and not ripping you off. Dr. Pincus is absolutely wonderful and my dog loves him! When my dog became ill this week, it was their new vet Dr. Kayleigh Marlin who examined him. I’m am so grateful for Dr. Marlin. She took GREAT care of my dog who was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Needless to say, it’s been a difficult last couple of days, however Dr. Marlin was with me every step of the way. I was extremely worried about my dog’s diagnosis as he’s now 14 years old. Dr. Marlin is not only an exceptional veterinarian, but you can tell she genuinely cares for your furry baby. She made a difficult time easier to get through. I think she’s a perfect addition to this veterinarian hospital. Dr. Pincus has done the same for me when my dog needed a tooth extracted. He called me as soon as he was out of surgery to assure me that my boy was okay. Dr. Pannier has in the past given me her number to call her with any concerns after my dog appeared to possibly be passing a stone. Everyone here is terrific; From the entire front office staff to the back office help, especially the young man who is attentive and explains everything so well. We have had nothing but positive flow from the Dr's and staff in all the many years we have used their services. They take the time to explain the treatments as well as options available whenever we take our pets. Happy for the last 16 yrs or so we have gone to them.

I have been going to this vet office for 15 years. I will NOT be returning ever again. I received word that Dr. Pannier sent a letter terminating being their vet just like that simply because the front desk girl Sara got mouthy with her. My friend simply wanted an appointment to care for her dog. Shame on you for treating loyal patients of tires like this and not giving them an opportunity to even explain themselves. It's unprofessional and unethical. I will be letting everyone I know know about this. She emailed me a copy of the letter you sent her because I couldn't believe it. Absolutely unacceptable! I do not trust a veterinarian who will dump my dog simply as a result from a smart mouth front office receptionist. I will miss Dr. Pincus. He’s been a class act all along and has provided my dog with the best care possible. Thank you Dr. Pincus for your professionalism and for actually caring for the animals and their pet parents.

Dr. Pannier is the sweetest vet I've taken our pets to. She is knowledgeable, patient and kind. The nurses and front desk staff are also pleasant and easy to work with. My dog has anxiety and they're all very good with her. I also think you get a pretty decent value here compared to some animal hospitals and I never feel like the team is trying to sell me more medications or services than I need. Would recommend to any pet owners in the North OC area.

This is the only vet we use because of the people (very friendly and helpful) and the access to the doctors. The prices are really reasonable and the are very accommodating.

Great veterinary team. Staff is knowledgable and gets to know their patients. Very relaxed atmosphere for the pets to help reduce their stress. Most services available, but be sure to get an appointment.

SUPER NICE! I recently took my 5 yo rottweiler grandoggie to get neutered and dewclaw removed. They were GREAT. If you need a vet for your large dog, this is the place. I have taken my Akita and doberman to be spayed by them.. ... they keep males and females over night to reduce the risk of complications post surgery. They even let me text a photo of my Rotty's incision to make sure it was healing OK to save me the trip from Downey.... YES...I drove that far just to use them.

So I am posting this because I am completely disappointed in orange olive. Received a letter saying it would be in my best interest to find another vet. I guess that’s what happens when partners don’t agree & when you call an office & they admit it was their error, but seem to be too prideful. The bad part buddy & I like(d) everyone at this office. My family & I have been seeing them for vet services for nearly 20 years for the family cats & dogs. I have been taking my new pup Buddy since I got him. His last visit he got his final shots & Pannier wrote him a script for heartgard. A lot cheaper online not judging for that. That’s the way it works. E-commerce for the win there. Back to my point. I was a huge fan of both pannier & pincus until recently. Pincus would not fill the script pannier wrote. My dog is under the weight of the script but when we (pannier & I) spoke they gave me specific instructions that are on the script (written on the script for all to see). Obviously growing pup why by heartgard that he would soon outweigh. Well when I ordered the meds the supplier sends or calls the vet to verify. Pannier was on vacation not her fault. I called to ask what was going on & was told pincus would not honor. Made no sense but left me very annoyed & uncomfortable. I was back & forth with the vet & supplier. I was told pannier or pincus would call me back by Kathy office manager, but that never happened. Pincus would not honor the script that pannier, his office partner filled out & signed. Long story short we have a child. If we went to a shared office for her where one wrote a script & the other wouldn't honor it we would feel there is something up. Either they don't support one another or disagree with one anothers expertise. I would have continued to see Pannier, but apparently my call last week to Sara where they admitted they didn't look at the physical script was just bs for them to find a reason to sever ties. If either pannier or pincus would have called it would have been a very quick fix. I live by the golden rule for treating people & apparently that is not the case here. I know Pannier gets this as a pet owner. I was & am a huge fan of hers. If she were to call me I'm sure there is an easy fix. I even told them that I wanted Buddy to just see her rather than a different one each time. We will see if they even look at this. Regardless this is simply to share my story & hope customer service comes back to being important & egos & errors can be admitted without fault. All I was really trying to do is figure out why one vet wrote my pups prescription and why the other would not honor it. I called a bunch because it left me very uncomfortable. This is why I say had a vet called me could have been resolved very easily.

Front office people are great. Sue always knows who I am and knows my pet. Always accommodating. Back office staff are true professionals.

My mom took her cats here for probably 30 years and ive had all my cats go here. The staff is wonderful. The doctors are honest and make you feel very comfortable with your pets in their care.
