I visited this clinic on Wednesday Oct 6th, I took in a feral cat that needed help, I wasn't sure if they would be able to help him - thankfully they did. They prescribed him medication, he is now on the mend thanks to them. I will be back in a couple weeks for a follow up visit. The whole staff was very patient and cares. Thank you again!

Update 9/10/21: got here at 640am and the person in front of me in line got the last vet visit. I'm here on Saturday at 600am sharp and am 3rd in line. Make sure you get here early if you want to see the vet. See my review for vaccinations below. Cheap and efficient. Get in line for an hour or 2, get your appointment, get the puppy vaccinations, pay your bill, done. I brought a chair, arrived at 650am and was 13th in line, got a 915am vaccination appointment 15 minutes after they opened at 8am, was called in at 915am, they took my puppy in to get shots at 925am, they came back out at 930, I waited in line to pay $50 for first set of shots and a flea treatment, was out by 945am. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and patient. Note that you can get vaccinations also if you see the vet. I thought you had to choose one or the other but you can do both. Also note that you don't have to bring your puppy while you wait in line. If you are there for vaccinations, it means your puppy is not protected. If you have no one to take care of your puppy, keep your puppy in a carrier and off the ground. Also, please clean up after your dog! When I left, I noticed at least 3 new poop piles and had to alert the nurse of pee on the floor.

We haven't been seen yet, we got there just before 8 and the line was around a bend and down the street we waited an 1hr 15 minutes to put our name down to be told they will call us at 3pm, we need to be here with 15 minutes or we wont be seen and that they are only doing vaccinations, no Dr. Visits. But we come here because they are affordable and reliable.

Staff was extremely efficient, but also took the time with every pet patient to where you could tell that they sincerely cared .Thank you very much for your patience as well up at the front desk !

Affordable and friendly. Come early if you want an early enough appointment. Line gets pretty long by 7am. At least on the days that I take my two chihuahuas

This place has really fair prices but their COVID-19 practices make it impossible to get your pet seen. I work full time m-f so I don't have time during the week to bring in my animals. So I have tried the last 2 weekends in a row. People legitimately set up camping chairs at like 5 am and by 630 the line is around the block.

Always friendly staff! They do help you quickly, once it is your turn. They are following practices to minimize contact so only a certain amount of people are allowed inside, which is understandable, but there needs to be some shade out front for the people and pets to wait in

They are sooo friendly, professional and caring! I've taken dogs that I rescued there and gotten great service and great pricing!! Love them!!!

I being comming to this office for 13 yrs. It's also how long I had my dog. My neighbor recommend this place and I'm hooked. I come every yr for my dog's yearly check up and vaccinations. I like keeping his vaccinations up to date. I like the staff, they are very friendly and carrying. I always have a wonderful experience. Their prices are fair and affordable.FYI be prepared to wait for a long time it gets really packed. But it's worth the wait. I really recommend it.

Saturday is busy need to be there at 6 or 630.i got there at 730 and line was around building. Doesn't open til 8 then person goes around asking if u are there for vaccine or dr appt. The number u get depends on approx wait time.friendly ppl

Great place for low cost vaccinations and spay and neuter

My fur babies get their vaccines and spay/neuter here too. I have several animals.... Staff are awesome and it is clean...at least in the lobby and the outside area.

Ive been here on 2 different occasions and I always get good service and never get turned away. Their services are limited. My lSt visit I had planned to get my friend his shots updated but here got sick that morning ans I explained that to the staff and they gave me a complimentary free check up for a hospital up the street. The staff and doctors are great

Don't bring your animal unless your the first few people in. Otherwise you will have to wait hours for service with your animal

You need to get there early. As a reference, I got to the clinic at 6:20am on a Monday, and there was already 4 people in front of me. They distribute numbers at 8am and they have you fill out and sign a few forms. I brought in my two 10-week old kittens for a check-up and one of them was sick with diarrhea. Receptionist mentioned the wait time would be around 10:30am. We waited in our car to be called (they called us at around 9:30, then we waited in the waiting room until 9:50, and a staff member asked us questions about their health and then took them in). They were out in about 30 mins. My kitten has gotten better with the treatment they provided. For the treatment/meds and fees, they will walk you through explaining what you're paying for and will give you the option to choose what to do and what's the best option and they are not pushy about it. (I believe the staff member/tech's name who helped us was Justine. She was very sweet and provided a thorough explanation of everything. Thank you Justine!) Note: You do have to be patient but it's worth it for the friendliness of the staff, pricing, and quality of service. I'm glad i found this clinic for my baby when she needed it the most.

What I like about this place is the fact that you can either get there early (around 6:45am) so once they open at 8am you are out of there by 8:45am. Or the other option is to get there around 9:30, 10am get signed in and they give you an approximate time frame when you will be seen and once is your turn they call you and you have 15 minutes to arrive. This is very convenient if you live close by. The staff is very friendly.

I’ve been coming here for over 6 years.. Great Dr.’s, and Staff. Service is always great. This place has affordable prices and is cheaper than those other Vet clinics out there with the same care. Highly recommend.
