Great big solid selection store. Friendly stuff. Not exactly "nice" inside but has everything you need.

I love coming here to get my pet supplies and to bathe my pup. The self serve bathing stations are great, I appreciate doing it myself and not having to break my back doing so. Thank you.

Limited selections and not many employees to help.

Great pet store! They have a huge selection of foods, toys and treats to keep our cats happy and content. They are a bit more expensive than Walmart, but the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff makes up for the difference.

Store was so empty,made me suspect that they might be going out of business. Maybe it was this darn supply shortage problem Staff was helpful though.

Good customer service, clean store, and environment is rather friendly. Only issue is that a large amount of customers aren't required to wear a mask over a year in a pandemic. A specific groomer did a very good job with our young lab, she is usually hyperactive but the groomer managed to keep her calm for a proper cleaning.

Almost a five, I've just only gone once. They did have the brand (diamomd) dog food I get. not usually in stock everywhere. Lot of choices on food lots of fish and fish supply. Get doggie a bath here too. Clean location and friendly staff.

Wish they had more amphibians

Terrible customer service with the groomers. I took my dog there to get washed brushes nails trimmed basically the whole package. And the lady said my dog needed to be shaved become a comb wouldn’t go through. Even tho many other places were able to brush him out. She clearly did not want to take care of our dog just because he has curly hair. A professional should know a shower with a detangle spay will work will curly hair. His hair was not matted at all. She clearly had no knowledge of what she was doing and was very rude. With this type of hair a comb isn’t best to brush out. But the brushes with metal bristles are best. They are also know to be shaving dogs hair when it’s clearly not needed. Not sure what her name was but she has frizzy hair with purple tips and she gave attitude and didn’t give any solution.

They always have what I need and I love that they are open late. Fair prices and a great selection.

This review is for grooming services. We’ve brought our puppy here for grooming 3 times. The first time was an okay cut, but not great. Half of his face was shaved and the other half was still pretty long. But we laughed it off and decided to go back and give it another try. The second time his cut was perfect! We got him a breed cut and it looked so good! We realized then, each groomer does things differently and decided to always use that groomer. The third time we went back for his summer cut with the groomer we trusted and, again, it worked out great! I’m giving this 4 stars because we really like the groomer, the scheduling online is very convenient and the pricing is comparable to other groomers, but the schedule changes are not as convenient and if you don’t have a groomer you trust, it may be a different experience, which makes me wonder how thorough their training or vetting process is for groomers.

I’ve always had such a pleasant experience here. During my most recent visit, I adopted a green cheek conure. This was a huge decision for me, and the staff was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed. I purchased a large cage that couldn’t fit into my car, so they delivered it to my house! I will be doing all of my future shopping here for my new feathered friend. Thank you Michelle!

Interesting combination of pet supplies

Reliable with everything we need for our cats, it's been our stop for pet supplies since we moved to Woodland.

Used to come here twice a month for dog and cat food, treats, toys, etc. Today was not a good experience. No customer service, had to hunt someone down to find my pet's food, which they stopped carrying with no notice. Update 6/12 tried for senior dog food and they're almost completely out of Hill's Science Diet and there's 1 can of Royal Canin senior

Staff is always pleasant and happy to help when I have questions, or the item I want is on the top shelf. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus Woodland. My most recent visit, June 11th, was great!. I completely forgot my mask, and was reminded in a very simple, positive tone about it. I am so very sorry. I simply forgot. Thank you for reminding me before I was past the register. Then later, I had a question about the benefits of continuing with grain free for my Boxer, or switching to a salmon and brown rice product. The staff was knowledgeable about recent research findings which helped me make my decision. I truly appreciate the great work our staff at the Woodland Pet Supplies Plus. They are all helpful, and care about us, and our pets needs.

Without a dought the best pet store I've even seen. It puts the Petsmart by my house to absolute shame, and my Petsmart is considered to be one of the better ones.

Whatever you need they have it

Most pet shop employees are friendly, especially if you come in with your pet. These guys are no exception, and they are well stocked.

Our Lil Girl came out looking better than ever after her bath and brush out. She was smiling at me, looking refreshed as ever. If dogs could talk, she would surely say she enjoyed her time at Pet Supplies Plus. Superior service once again.
