Rude, unprofessional, and condescending behavior from the owner. Poor service! If you love your pet and care about good service, consider going somewhere else.

I took my dog Holly there today and Jessica did a wonderful job grooming her. She looks like a new dog. I am impressed and will definitely be coming back.

I won't take my little dog anywhere else. The staff is wonderful. My dog has severe anxiety if I take him to any other groomer. But he's happy when he comes home from this place.

Took our little Bill there for the first time . He is a rescue and is a bit nervous with groomers, They were patient with him, we already made our next appointment.

They are the VERY best!!! Show quality grooming for sure! I have a fluffy corgi and they make her absolutely beautiful EVERY time. I drive from Marin all the way to Woodland because they do such a terrific job!

I love taking my dog to Grooming by Elaine. All the staff are really nice. My dog is always bathed really well and stays super soft for weeks after she gets a bath.

Trimmed exactly as I instructed and done early. Fair price, but definitely not the cheapest place in town. Dogs all seem happy, especially the ones I saw being let out for a break in their fenced yard.

Didn't like this place. They did the total opposite of what I wanted for my two pups. The chick at the desk seemed to be be listening very well. Maybe the groomer just didn't get it. One of my pups hair was left long and uneven. Way Too overpriced for not getting what you want.

I just called in. 2Mins ago and asked if they could take my pet as a walkin and the lady who answerd was rude and unkind all she said was no and hung up
