Been shopping here for over 25 years. Wouldnt shop anywhere else. New owners are the best...Great advice, when I go in its like the good old days of mom and pops local establishments....

Always friendly . Knowledgeable. They make you feel important. Cost on most pet supplies lower than bigger stores.

I have been shopping at Pet Factory for over three years and love going here. They have competitive prices and nice selection. I really enjoy the family business aspect of it, first with Scott and Dotty and now with the new owners. They also will special order items if you request them.

Modest prices, and cheerful owners. I also appreciate the organization of the store merchandise. It makes shopping easier to find specific products.

I have know Dolly and Scott 20 plus years, they are great business owners. They run a clean, well cared for pet selection of beautiful birds, friendly rabbits, rats and mice. A great selection of chew toys, food and more.

You can get cheaper food at Pet Extreme next to Costco but this place offers amazing customer service and a great atmosphere. It's worth spending extra if it means you get to support a local business and a kind family.

I've been shopping here since they were located in the old location. Great people, prices and availability. I've found items not available in other stores. When you visit you're treated like family.

So family who owns and runs it are SO FRIENDLY ! They don't always have the cheapest prices but they make great home-made dog treats and have a big selection for being in Woodland!
