I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff and to Dr. Debra Jackson for their help with a near emergency c-section for a sweet, little stray dog we rescued out of traffic who turned out to be in a difficult pregnancy and in need of urgent care. Our regular vet advised the puppy was large and breech and “Penny” would need a c-section. With the deepest sincerity, thank you for your professional, prompt and over the top service in such a very tight time frame. Dr. Jackson and her team delivered this beautiful little puppy, no doubt saving her life and her mothers life too.

I have been taking my little German spitz dog to this clinic for the last 4 years. All the staff are attentive, polite and very caring. Yesterday I had to take my little 14.5 years old spitz there again this time to say goodbye to her. The young beautiful girl who took her away was very compassionate. She talked to me with assurance and soothing words and cried with me which eased my pain. I am very grateful to this young girl and the management of this clinic on whole. I strongly recommend warner pet clinic to all pet owners

Been coming here for years, I just hate the long drive, and since everything closer was booked I’m glad I called and brought my puppy in who got eye surgery on the same day he was seen. Everything ran smooth and they quickly got me in and out .

WC pet clinic saved my 7 year old chihuahua mix, Pepe, who ate rat poison. They took him right away and kept him for 3 days for a very affordable price. I am so so grateful to the whole team! Our family thanks you!

Been coming to Warner pet Clinic for a while bring both of my dogs have great place great people.

I called this place and they told me to come in and park in the parking lot and call them so they can come in pick up my pet..so I did once I got there I was waited there for 10 minutes in my car and out side is 100ﾟoutside so I called couple times and they did not pick and I text them and no response. 1st time here and last I will never come back to this place!

Excellent. I drove from Oxnard to there because I had been told by numerous people they were the best to perform c-sections on frenchies. The clinic is on first come first served basis-no appointments. This was my first time going there and they were great. They follow COVID safety guidelines. You wait in car they come out to you. For me, service was fast, it was exactly how I had been told the time would be. The price was reasonable. The staff at Warner Center Pet Clinic are very friendly and professional. They seem to work well with each other and their operation of the clinic seems to run very smoothly. I was impressed. ** returned 14days later to have stitches removed. Again excellent service. Definitely I would recommend this Pet Clinic.

The Drs and staff are the best! They truly care about you and your pet! I’ve been coming to Warner Center Pet for 20+ years. I’ve never felt over charged or that unnecessary procedures were performed! I highly recommend!

Very disappointing after having read reviews about them and choosing based on the reviews. i called ahead of time and told them about my dog's condition and mentioned more than once that this was our first visit. Didn't mention what to bring and after having waited about half an hour outside after checking in someone called to see if we had been helped and when i said no asked me to wait again. after waiting another half an hour someone called and asked for all our information for a second time and then asked if i had my dog's vaccination information and when i said no she said that they could not take him in. i told her that i would've appreciated it if they had told me when i first called to tell me what to bring. She didn't sound that she even cared and her answer was that she didn't know who i talked to but they would not take him. I wasted in total about 2 hours of my time for no reason. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Been using Warner Center and Dr Debra Jackson for 17 years. I highly recommend them and refer to them often. Dr Jackson and her team are caring, reasonably priced and work hard to give every animal the best service despite the hardships the pandemic has put on the practice including Dr Jackson actually having suffered from COVID. No plans to use any other vet....ever.

I took my GSD there for his pain issues. They did blood work and X-rays for him, gave bunch of medication which didn't help him at all and charged me almost $2000 for it. Then I took him to another animal hospital and the new Vet requested copies of his previous blood work and X-rays, but they never sent it even though I requested it several times. At this point, I am assuming that they never actually did any of those things and charged me all that money for my desperation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who is looking for their pets to be treated well. They also rush you ALL THE TIME and give you attitude if you don't go along with it.

Warner Center Pet Clinic took my credit card information and swiped a transaction without confirming approval. That is illegal and very unethical! It is also abusive to new owners and their pets.I was recommended this clinic from my sister and was excited to start a new and continuing relationship with a vet and my dog. I got the puppy care after my sister sang their praises which she said included a checkup and nail trim. I went on a Saturday and while it is expected to be a little busier than normal, they lacked curbside manner ( as opposed to bedside) due to the pandemic. I had questions for the tech and she just took my puppy and didn’t ask about any other concerns. When she returned my dog I noticed his nails weren’t trimmed so I requested that also be done. When she returned the dog a 2nd time she came back with a receipt for the nail trim. I waited in the parking space examining the invoice and was so disturbed a clinic would take someone’s info and swipe a card on file without asking for authorization! I immediately called and the receptionist was not sympathetic only saying that it might have been a new tech. I said that was not good enough. I wrote an email to the owner to which I have heard nothing back. Again as stated before I should report them for taking someone’s personal information and abusing new owners and their pets. SHAMEFUL!

My basset hound underwent surgery here. He recovered very well and now is back to normal. The staff is really caring! They called me to check up on my dog a few days after sugery. I highly recommend this place.

Please avoid this place. 6+months after paying in full, I have started getting billed for things they say they originally forgot to charge me for, and charging interest since time of exam. I hope some the 5 star review are real, unfortunately for me I have had the opposite experience. Not only did I just receive this first statement for charges and interest for items they claim they for got to charge me for at time of the visit, but they also mis-diagnosed my pet which could have greatly harmed him if I had not had a second opinion elsewhere.

They will work with you for any pet needs very helpful clinic overall. Lovely staff members.

This place is amazing. My cat was very sick and they agreed to see him immediately. They took great care of him and he regained his health soon after. The price is very reasonable and doesn't break the bank. my previous vet was charging almost triple the price of this place so I am very happy I found the Warner center pet clinic.

Dr Jackson and her staff are Kind, caring and professional. My Yorkie has always received excellent care. I would never take him anyplace else.

Where do I start? Dr. Jackson, Walter and Greg are so amazing (and continue to be)! I've been a customer for quite some time now and I have to admit I have not received this level of care, customer service and compassion from anyone else (Dr. Jackson, Walter and Greg). My doggies have had surgeries, tick/flea removal, dental work, vaccines etc. etc. and I couldn't be happier. Every time I enter the establishment both my fiancé and I are received with a smile and a warm greeting, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Keep up the excellent work!

Ten Starts for Dr. Jackson and all staffs. I would trust no other veterinary hospital for my dogs. This place is super amazing!!! I’m impressed by the friendliness of the staffs, everyone is super kind and helpful. Greg and Walter are the absolute best technicians. I would recommend this place for every pet lovers.

I love this place. Such an amazing staff they have here, they're so friendly which probably explains why my pups love it so much. They really know what they're doing here Dr. Jackson is the best in the business always takes care of everything.

Was actually quite disappointed with my visit. Brought my dog in for tick removal. My sister and I found one and they said they would inspect/examine him for more and take them out. We told them where the tick was and when they brought him back out it was still there! We showed them and they removed it, however it is still really red and a huge bump and it still looks like there are teeth in there. They then gave us a pill and said it would kill any ticks left on him, and that the ticks would just fall off. After several hours we didn't see anything. I looked up the pill and I saw it was a pill to kill fleas, nowhere when looking it up did I see that it kills ticks. I was petting him later, then found another huge ass tick under his chin! I am obviously no vetenarian but I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Dr. Jackson saved my pet’s life when he had acute pancreatitis attack. I am so thankful. He was just 4 years old. He’s 8 now and doing well with a strict diet. Dr. Jackson was very thorough and careful, and I owe her so much. I recommend this clinic highly!

Dr. Jackson is the best. I don't think I have ever known any other vet that has cared this much. She has stepped up for my pets, my friends' pets, and my family's pets and has never turned anyone with an emergency down. Best doctor you can possibly have.
