Good, no nonsense old-school vet clinic.

Our Pitbull has terminal cancer. She would have passed three months ago but with chemo she is still with us happy eating well and always wants to play. We do not know how much time we will have with her but because of them we got to have a happy Paisley with is for Christmas. She loves her Baby Yoda plushy Christmas present ????

I called in to try and make an appointment for my dog and was ask if it was alright to be put on hold. No problem with that, but when the phone was picked up all I heard was someone say just hang up before the call ended. I don't know if they are taking any appointments as all I said was, "Hi I'd like to make an appointment for my dog."

Been taking our dog Thomas here for 16 years (yes, he is an extremely old dog haha). Really couldn’t ask for a better vet. They’ve treated him with so much kindness and do a good job every time. The doctors are extremely cordial and helpful with relaying important information as well. Prices are high, but relatively speaking, fair. If you’re in the Conejo Valley, don’t hesitate to take your pet here! Just to show everyone how good they do, here’s a collage of a healthy (lazy) Thomas:

Drs are great! Staff is awful! Can’t get in the door . Sit in parking lot 45 min at least . Non responsive . By phone from lit or when on phone waiting. Always some excuse! So Irritating! People go in and out i wait furnphine response which is not forthcoming

I work at the Goodwill Industries Thirft Store that is, next to the Veterinarian Hospital.

We have had several dogs and are very fortunate to have had Newbury Park Vet Clinic care for them- friendly, reliable, helpful. Over and above that, my family had to move overseas and our relo company was incredibly difficult with regard to our pet. They had numerous requests, changing direction, etc. The whole team at NPVC, but especially Karen, went out of their way to comply with all requests and ensure our pet was delivered safe and sound to us overseas. We will NEVER forget Karen for what she's done, and we will NEVER take a dog anywhere else once we're back in the US!!!!

I called to bring in my new rescue dog as I live very close. Their website said they accept new clients. The girl who answered told me they are not accepting new clients. I told her the website claimed they did. She showed no concern or empathy. I thought I had a new vet as I am new to the area. This Vet appears to not care

Treat people badly for no reason. If they treat the owners as bad what about our poor pets????? Waiting at the door?????? Shame on you!

Only been there once but what I can see from the outside when I walk by looks very professional staff and very safe for you and ur pets

I have several cats and dogs entering the end of life stage and these people have been wonderful attending to all their individual needs. They have been so great about explaining all my options in prolonging theirs lives in the best possible way.

My cat was very happy with his experience!!! Usually a stressful annual visit. This time calm and relaxed with the covid protocol!! Thank you

I've been going to this Veterinary for about 32 years now and they are the best that I've ever been too in years. Always happy and willing to help anyway they can. I have not ever had a bad experience. Very friendly and really cares about your pet.

Dr. Coscarelli saved my cat's life after she swallowed string that caused holes in her bowel. I really didn't think she'd live but over two years later Mia is healthy and I'm grateful every day to Dr. Coscarelli and Newbury Vet Clinic.

Friendly staff, very safe precautions for COVID, and our vet was super knowledgeable and helpful about our new puppy. Highly recommended!

Any Baja Fresh that is still open is outstanding in my book! The food is great! I just have one complaint. YOU NEED A BIGGER SIGN!!!! Even though I knew the general area where you are located, the sign is soooo small, I almost missed it!

My bunny was passing away and they did EVETHING they could to help her I appreciate them so much! We all have some good and bad experiences it's the people who love and care about them as much as we do.

Very professional and courteous staff. Brought my cat in for an infected cut under his eye and Dr. G cleaned it and prescribed some antibiotic ointment to heal it. Because of COVID-19, I had to wait in the car as a staff member took my cat inside but the whole process was safe and my cat is now healed. Very happy with NP Veterinary Clinic and will go there again if need be.
