I rescued two premature kittens. The clinic provided outstanding service and helped me in all of their needs which included full immunization and helping me to care for them. They taught me how to bottle feed and provided me with all the info and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. My kittens are now thriving and are happy and healthy and it’s due to their love and care and support. The staff are friendly and caring and genuinely have the well-being in mind of each and every animal that walks into in their clinic. I could not be happier and would recommend Arboles Animal Clinic to anyone without hesitation!!

AWFUL PLACE. I honestly don't know how this vet has so many good reviews. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable. My first experience there was a checkup after my dog got bit by a rattlesnake. The vet had no useful information other than pushing a steroid cream. I even asked if he could recommend anything at all that could help my dog to heal, any food or supplements, and he said "no that's not my realm I don't know anything about that." REALLY? Doggie immune system health 101 and you don't know anything? Not even that vitamin C or anything else may be good for healing? Ridiculous. The second visit (only returned because I live out of the area, and he was already familiar with her, thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt), she had broken out in hives and oozing scabs all over her body. I kid you not, he literally did not look at her AT ALL when we went in, not the sores, not her ears, not her gums, nothing, and proceeded to say he'd give a steroid shot and have her come back in two weeks. No tests, nothing, didn't even want to begin to figure out what was going on. And when I tried to ask follow up questions he was extremely rude and passive, like hey lady I know what's best so either do it or get out. I was so appalled it nearly brought me to tears, so disappointed and frustrated with the complete lack of health care. After one of the assistants checked in, the vet came back in to make amends and gave my dog a quick look over her body. Very insincere, and nothing came of it anyway. I even checked in with 2 other vets after that and all were shocked, said that other things should definitely have been done including certain skin tests. They just try to push their drugs/products for money instead of actually giving the animal care. Still had to pay for the useless visit, even after expressing my dissatisfaction. Please please, if you care for the actual health of your pet, DO NOT take them here. Complete waste of money.

Misdiagnosed my dog Alvin after looking at X-rays, saying there were no tampons in his body. Advised that he be given an anti nausea to prevent him from throwing up. Thank GOD I didn't take the vet's advise because not only did he consume 6 tampons -- what SAVED his life was that he was able to throw them up. If I had followed the vet's advice, he would be DEAD. I called to inform them of the misdiagnosis and they were very cavalier about it and would not refund me. HORRIBLE. OVERWORKED and UNDERSTAFFED. Lack of care.

When I walked into this clinic I noticed immediately the place had a caring vibe. I brought my dog (miss vida) in because she had been losing weight. Dr Bremer did blood work and other tests and found out she had an infection. After a couple days of hospitalization and I.v. Fluids she was good to come home. Sadly due to her chronic illness, we eventually had to put her to sleep. Dr. Bremer and staff helped us along the way with compassion and understanding. When we finally decided to put her down the staff was their to help and provide the comfort Miss Vida deserved. Fair prices with excellent care.

There are no words to describe the amazing people at Arboles Animal Clinic. Dr. Bremer is thoughtful, patient, analytical, and knowledgeable. He never gives up on an animal. There is no way that he and his staff are going to give up when something else can be done. Our aging poodle needs a great deal of care and kindness, yet he can be growly and snappy. No matter. He is welcomed whenever we come. Everyone is courteous, professional, understanding, and helpful. Laura does an extraordinary job on unpleasant tasks, and she always does it with a smile. Nate always figures out a way to squeeze us in when I'm frantic and don't know what to do. Robin is definitely a gracious, helpful person who, like the others, treats everyone like family. Renee is always positive and assists however she can. This clinic gives you options. You know that everything that can be done for your pet will be done. The prices are affordable, but it's the family feel and warmth that makes Arboles Animal Clinic so welcoming and special.

It's always a pleasant experience to come to this pet clinic. The staff is very compassionate and competent. They love animals, it shows in everything they do. I would highly recommend.

I love this vet. Everybody is so nice and helpful. I am glad I found them. They were so good with my dog, she didn't even realize they gave her a shot. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Bremmer and his practice have taken wonderful care of our dogs. We have a senior dog with the usual elderly ailments and a puppy. So between the thyroid regulation and puppy shots and spaying, they are handling it all for us. The staff is great and the dogs like them very much. So do we!

One of the best places to help you with your pets needs. I have been coming here for years with my dogs and always feel great after each visit.

Dr. Bremer is kind of a superstar. My dog, Rocky, has a heart murmur. His heart has enlarged. From everything I've read his days are numbered. I switched from a nearby animal hospital because they refused to continue a prescription after his doctor left her practice at that location just a couple of months after he'd been examined and diagnosed. More money was the name of the game. They were good enough to transfer medical records after a few calls. The people at Arboles Animal Clinic picked up the ball and their care and accomplished ability to remember Rocky's name and condition has been impressive. Dr. Bremer's care and compassion has made me a customer for life. Rocky's time is clearly limited; he's been prescribed a medication that will ease his life. It's a class 2 narcotic that requires regular written prescriptions. Dr. Bremer provides the written prescription monthly without additional charge or complaint. He regularly asks about Rocky's condition, and just today reassured me that quality of life is the key. If you want personal care - a staff that remembers your pet by name - Arboles Animal Clinic is for you! The prices are reasonable and they discuss them with you beforehand. Ask for Nate! I just have to say I'm so thankful for the staff at this animal clinic. Nate I have to say you are amazing and so helpful and the doctor that took care of my dog blue you are wonderful person for what you do and thank you again I will always be a faithful client to you guys and would recommend you to any one that I walk pass! Love, love, love this clinic! I was in and out of there in a skip and was very pleased with the small, family-like staff interaction. Laura treated my dog the way I do (with baby talk and gentle petting). This place is a gem!

Went here with my dog sadie and found this office to be the most amazing practice I have ever been too. Its a family run practice so thats nice. THe office is small but full of life. I will for sure be back here.

My experience at Arboles has been nothing but positive. I have hung in there while the hospital has changed ownership three times and am so glad that I did. Dr. Bremer is a keeper. He is attentive to the needs of my pets and treats us like we are part of the family. June, Laura Leigh and Nate are awesome…..always welcoming and compassionate. As my animals are aging they are needing more and more constant care. I call often for a word of encouragement or advice and it is always given freely. My prescriptions are always ready and waiting and they are always there for us. If you want to feel like part of a family where your pet will be, genuinely, cherished and cared for….you've just come home.

When we rescued our little guy, I wanted to find a convenient, clean, pleasant and professional place to provide care for him. We found the right place for Benji and our family. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable and I know that he's getting the best service and care. They are also understanding of our wants for the family pet and I really respect that.
