I came to get my Golden's teeth cleaned with K9 Grillz. I brought my 5 month old doodle and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The whole experience was amazing. And his teeth are so beautiful without anesthesia

I walked in wearing my mask and holding my 3 month old Husky once in there was Bull mastif approaching my puppy my mask dropped as I was controlling my puppy at that point I was holding the mask and trying to socialize the two dogs . I felt it was more important to control the safety of the dogs then try to put my mask back on . The girl behind the counter started to rudely yell at me to put on my mask . My reaction was I only have two hands one was holding my dog the other was getting a treat for the dogs . She was safe behind a counter . It’s not necessary to get rude animals are sensitive to it and can get set off . Seriously no people working in a pet store where animals are allowed should be allowed yo stress people out . Some of us have dogs to decrease our stress . Ever hear of being kind . You have no idea what people are going through . I will never give business to this store seriously I could talk to a Lawyer about this and might just do that so be careful how you treat people .

I would give more stars if I could! I have a new foster who’s super sweet but because he’s a senior pit/boxer, people are scared of him. Not here! You girls were soooo helpful and were so sweet to Rocky, I am still in a cheery mood from it an hour later haha I cannot wait to come back and get more goodies for my dogs and cat. I work at a local animal ER and I wish we had people like you :)

They never touch the face and clean around the eyes, They don’t know how to empty the rear glands, also since I took my dog she start scratching herself which I had to take her to vet The store is clean but I have no idea what is going on in the back , how clean are they is a big Question , after what happened to my little dog …

I love this place!! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable especially for my finicky dog who does not like a whole lot of food. The young lady Sabrina was very helpful!

Took our aussie shep here for a mud bath. Ya, even i dont get that treatment. Ncie clean dog spa and retail store for food and all things dog and cat. Hope it stays open!

I love the service. It seems the girls I dealt with really understood the products they sell . They are courteous and work fast. I would highly suggest this store for dog food and dog snacks, as they only sell the best of the best. Prices are more than PetCo, not by much.., but as the old saying goes...You get what you pay for. My five year old Golden and new puppy have loved everything we purchased so far.

Cool items for your pet

I love this pet store. I usually go to Pet Supplies Plus but they’re so far from me. So this is an adequate substitute. They have more boutique options which is nice and cute!! But they’re inventory is limited. I’ve utilized them for grooming my rather bratty Havanese. They handled her wonderfully... it was very expensive though. I’ll keep coming here because it’s convenient and I’m happy with the service. Can’t wait to try out their small dog day care!!

They have a nice variety of dog toys, leashes and collars. I bought my dog’s teal collar & the matching leash as well as a poop bag holder that attaches to the leash. They also frequently have events. I attended one near Halloween and they took my dog’s picture and one close to Valentine’s Day for doggy date night.

My dog loves the sweater I got her from healthy spot. Was awesome to meet another person named Sabrina and she was so helpful picking out the right size.

I came in really quick for some cat food. The prices here are very very expensive, but at least there is a healthy option for pet food! The employees are all very nice, and they even have a doggy day care on the premise, which is pretty cool.

Had a great experience with taking my two pups for their second real grooming. The staff was so kind and treated Bella and Beau with such care. Even though they had to get very short cuts due to matting, they smell good and are oh so soft. The first place I took them to earlier in the year shamed me for their matts even though I brush them, but at Healthy Spot I got none of that and assisted me with different combs and products to use to avoid this. I highly recommend this place!

They require vaccination information before grooming. My kids are vaccinated, but paperwork is inaccessible

I like to go here for my dogs, they always have the products I use for them. The staff is cool too they answer all my questions.
