I’m not sure what this woman’s problem is. Dr. Downhill is exactly that. A Downhill Downer. Easily the rudest “professional” I have ever experienced and will overcharge you every chance she gets. She gets into your personal life in front of others customers too. PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN !!! She does NOT deserve your business.

Kind, professional doctor with fair, reasonable pricing. We were originally a bit alarmed by the few negative reviews but Dr Downhill’s attitude and service totally exceeded expectations. Will recommend if you’re looking for a down to earth honest doctor

The vet is awesome. The staff is kind and perfessional. Would highly recommend.

"You've created a monster". These were the words the Dr. used. First our kitten is barely 3 months old. Second you don't allow pet owners to come in. Third you're wearing a mask, hat and you are a different race than us. Our kitten was scared and so yes he's going to swat and back away. He has never hissed at us, our son or guests that have come over. How about you allow one owner come in and help handle the kitten - I wouldn't let my son go into the Dr's office by himself expecting a nurse to handle him. $70 down the drain as we now have to administer de-worm solution. We will be finding a new vet that will have not only bed-side manner but empathy that a 3 month olds kitten might me scared with a stranger trying to handle him. RIDICULOUS!

The vet was kind rude to my family and I and they charged $175 for a blood test of my dog that I didn't consent to lmao.

The Vet was so Rude.. I'm not sure my pet was even treated well. She was super Super stressed out upon returning home.. I made an appt took 2 hours. Ive never had a Vet talk over me. Not listen. Say ive never heard of the pet food your pet is on Its instinct brand a protein rich $28 pet food. She treated me so poorly.. that in all honesty. I probably wont return. Told me to address her as Doctor Jaime. Mind you I'm a grown woman not a child.. I was referred to her but her bedside manner leaves alot to be desired.

My puppy hurt her leg and I thought it might be broken. I called and they found a way to see me right away despite their booked schedule. Thankfully nothing was broken! But it really felt good to be able to trust the vet and be seen immediately.

Very honest and affordable. Vet is very knowledgeable and educated and without a doubt will do her best to save ur animal. I highly recommend. She got a touch of gold and has helped me with few animals

One of a kind place, kind and professional. My dog had a swollen paw was limping pretty bad, I thought for sure it was sprained if not broken. Called around and this vet was able to fit us in that day when every where else was booked during this pandemic. I was nervous because I wouldn’t be able to go inside with my 60 lbs Staffordshire Mix, but the staff were so reassuring and kind. Turns out it was just a lodged foxtail in her paw, and I am so grateful that the doctor had checked before charging me who knows what for an X-ray. The bill came to a reasonable price, I was shocked. I am so glad I found this place, looks like we found a new vet. Always passed by, and know knew what a gem it was.

Our new cat had been in a cat fight and our regular vet could not get us in. Dr. Downhill squeezed us in, cleaned the wound, gave fluids, medication, and sent us home with antibiotics, all for less than $160. What a great experience, thank you. ❤️

Nice, attentive Vet and staff. My dog is well taken care of.

My wife took our puppy in to this vet . She said that they made her feel most unwelcome there.She took our 11 month bulldog puppy in to the waiting room . The vet came out to look at him. She did not even want to touch him at all. My puppy is very sweet and friendly . She put her hands up like He was diseased,made no a temp to say hello to him or my wife. Then asked her to move to the far corner of the room and walked away. I receved a phone call from the vet saying my wife had left and she was trying to stop a dog fight between my puppy and a golden retriever . This did not happen in the any way shape or form my wife said to me .

We had been noticing our poodle was not acting as her usual self, less active, finicky about eating, this went on a couple of days, then seemed fine for a few days and the go back to acting usual as described above, we kept a close eye on her and noticed a change in her eyes and called Fallbrook Veterinary clinic, we were told to bring her in the Dr. looked at her asked a few questions and told us she thought our baby had an infected uterus she took x-rays which confirmed her suspicions she performed emergency surgery on our baby girl, as it turned out our 10lb poodles uterus was so infected it weighed over 3lbs, when we picked up our baby she look so much better, the Dr. showed us what she removed it was amazing that thats was inside of our little girl. The Dr. Saved Leila's life that night Leila was whimpering I called the office at midnight to leave a message for the Dr. to call us in the am, to my surprise the Dr. answered the call. She was at the office checking on the other animals that were ill. We are so incredibly grateful to have found such a good and caring vet to care for our furbabies. FYI Leila's scar healed beautifully you can't even tell she had surgery, and at 10 years of age she is active and playful like a puppy.

My guinea pig had strain on his neck. I was waiting so long before I can see the vet. She didn't even take a look at him when I met her and kept asking about what I fed him. In the end she took a look few mins and that's it.

You know I've called the clinic way after hours (9-10pm) more than once and she was there caring for very sick pets. I thought I was going to leave a message on the answer machine and she picked up. She's taken my call, done phone consults and once had me bring in my severely injured dog, Libby, on her "day off". She was there caring for the sick pets in her care that couldn't go home. She even stayed after hours to do an operation on Mackie who couldn't breathe and paid an assistant to stay late and never charged a penny extra. I have had two old very sick invalid pets put down by her and she offered one of her office puppies to hold while I was crying. She even made a house call to a friend with a horse that had to be put down.
