Just got off the phone and the receptionist was rude. Was not helpful at all and kept cutting me off. Was asking if she could call my previous clinic to get the records and she was not having it or cared to listen. Pretty much felt rushed talking to her and we weren’t even on call that long. Called them at 9:40 am if her employer cares to address the issue.

I love this place. The vet tech is absolutely amazing (I think his name is Jake) and kept me very updated on my dog Lola’s surgery and called the next day to check on her. They are super great with the animals and staff is very friendly even the vet that did the surgery talks to you personally and makes you feel comfortable. The exam fees are reasonable and they actually get you in to be seen quick. I really do love this vet and haven’t had any issues or annoyances or been given the run around. They are very honest and helpful.

I have taken my pets to French Valley since they opened. There staff is so nice and friendly. I will always remember the first time I brought my husky in and he jumped up on the counter.

I have been very pleased with not only the care that my dogs have received here but all the compassion from the staff and the Dr.

I’ve been coming to this office for a few years now. They are always very nice and are able to get my dogs in wishing a quick timeframe. I appreciate how they don’t try and add more and more services to your tab, they let you know it’s an option but don’t force it on you. Dr Deol is very nice and caring. I continue to drive 25-30 minutes to get to this place even though there are numerous places closer to me.

My "Best Friend" had dental issues and due to age concerns I was very cautious for any and all procedures. FVVH went out of their way from initial exam to surgery follow up making sure Tucker was looked after and cared for as one of their own. He literally acts years younger and I am so grateful to the entire staff at FVVH.

Friendly staff! Quick appointment! Parked, the came and got my pet for her vaccine. Then done within 15 minutes. Highly recommended! Reasonable prices!

Wow! I can't express gratitude for the amazing vet team at French Valley Vet. They are a wonderful neighborhood vet! My boxer had an infection in his eye and Becky was able to fit him in due to another cancellation and was able to be seen right away. They took amazing care of him. He had to be sedated with my authorization but it really is the best way for the Doctor to examine his eye. Dr. Deol came out and explained everything to me and took the time for me to ask questions as well. They were also very considerate to helping me keep the cost at something we could afford, which is awesome! Becky was super communicative throughout the whole process and made me feel so comfortable. Knowing that we have such an amazing Vet team really is priceless!!

Other than they saw me same day, the staff was not polite and insisted my dog needed to be sedating for an ear cleaning. I pushed back and they finally cleaned the infected ears with out sedation as my pug with chronic ear infections has always had done. Between them pushing unnecessary medications and not polite staff I would not recommend this vet unless in an emergency.

A follow up to a review i wrote years ago. I bought my kitten in when she was barley a year old for a wellness check. Vets test results were that she was in kidney failure and needed to be put down. Based on the symptoms that they said she has, at this stage of failure, and what we witnessed in her we decided to seek a second opinion. Well my cat is now on her 4th birthday and has never been more healthy. This vet refused to send the files to the new vet for weeks until the new vet went to the office and demanded them, as is by law required once we had already granted permission. I highly recommend a different vet

My dogs nails were very long for a long time, and at this place they helped clipped his nails and didn’t charge us for it. Also my dog came out very happy and he lets people touch his paws now. Would definitely go here again.

They were able to give Rabies to my pup quickly. Jake has excellent bedside manner, and the doctor explained things very well.

Normally very happy with this vet but I tried scheduling online and when I called several hours later to determine if I have the appointment I was told they will get to me when they get to me. Customer service matters!

We have always got very good service from everyone at French Valley Vet. Love this place anytime. We take our GSD , He is cared well and all staff here have been always friendly.

Dr. Deal and staff are amazing with all my animals! My cat has stomitis for the last 6 years and they did all they could to save him from surgery. Finally after 6 years and COVID, my cat had to have 9 teeth pulled/surgically removed. My cat after a week is feeling so much better and will live a long life thanks to Dr. Deol and staff. They love the pets and clients and will work and do what is best for all. Thank you French Valley Veterinarian Hospital!!!

Our cat, who I like to call “the Beast”, has been going to French Valley Veterinary since we first got her. Other vets we were initially referred to never called us back (and they were much farther away from us.) I didn’t even know FV Vet were close to us; they picked up the phone the day I called and was able to schedule our cat’s appointment. She did great! She didn’t even put up a fight! We also got her nails trimmed here and were told she did very well. That tells us she’s in very good hands. We appreciate the professionalism, value and quality of work FV Vet has provided.

Very helpful. I'm new to the area so I called quite a few vets and this office was by far the most friendly and very helpful. You can tell by the vibe that they truly care about the animals.

Been going here since 2018 and they are super professional also during this time of COVID I love how the have you call and then come out to get our fur babies and take them and bring them back to us I never have to get down! It’s been great
