Had to put my 17 year old dog Doug down and they were very good, understanding, and kind about it all.

Sadly I've had to change my review for this company. Recently a family member brought their dog in to be neutered and they were less than compassionate. The dog was apprehensive about leaving his owner and they pulled him in. Since his surgery, both rear legs now partially dislocate due to stress. I'll never recommend this place... if they were only honest about what happened.

PLEASE READ: I HAVE BEEN LEFT TRAUMATIZED, SCARRED, AND WITH A HUGE HOLE IN MY HEART AND IN MY LIFE. . . For starters... I did like the gentleman vet. I very regretfully can't remember his name. Something like dr.witherby or... idk. That said, this clinic... this... "Animal Hospital".... Well be sure if your pet needs a hospital, its only during the week, and/or after 9:30AM. My BABY... I dont have kids... she was my baby... im still just... hysterical.... about her... she got me through so much and I failed her when she needed me the most. I wasn't even with her she was in the back seat alone while I was driving and screaming into the phone at the woman who answered my 3rd call saying oh yeah you could bring her in but there's nobody that can help her until 930 which isn't for over 2 hrs .. im screaming begging for help screaming as I begin to see her legs kicking and her eyes were so big she was so scared... choking... I can't get it out of my head. I've had that dog for the last half of my life... she was with me through boy friends and my mom getting sick... and dying.... she was so scared in the end And I couldn't help her.... Why is an animal hospital open... if there is no one there to help when my baby girl the sweetest sweet heart in the world (which i know everyone thinks this about their dog... but honestly just looking at her would break a strangers heart.... she was SO sweet...) NEEDED HELP!!!!! she died, convulsing, choking, and alone in my back seat at the end of their driveway while I just screamed into the phone begging for help.... If this place wasn't open.... I would've taken her straight to somewhere that WAS open.... that she could have been atleast in the presence of a professional who would have had an idea what to do.... she would have had her best shot at getting help... no in my backseat scared and choking to death.... with the woman over the phone just saying in return to my screaming help me please I need help please she just said oh... yes, yes you do.... Its been 4 days and I still haven't gotten her back.... where the f is she!!! Probably still in incompetent hands.... they said it could be a week.... why do they have dead animals piling up??!!! Im already SO TRAUMATIZED by this whole thing.... now I can't get the image of her dead frozen in place with bloody puke on her mouth and her eyes so wide if they were any wider they would have popped out.... just sitting in this.... "hospital"..... is she a science project now??? Or just sitting there for people to look at???

I love my vet Dr. Rusty and the entire staff at Clinton Keith Veterinary hospital!! My dog Hope likes it too! Dr. Rusty and everyone there has taken great care of my baby for many years now and when my girl was diagnosed with mast cell cancer, Dr. Rusty did surgery and saved her. She's 2 years cancer free and doing well! I am very happy with the quality of care at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Clinton Keith Veterinary hospital!

They helped my Sister with her dog when no other vets would help her. Her dog had puppies stuck in her. They saved her life and all 3 puppies .They care about you and your animals.

Great staff, only vet I will take my pets to.

This place used to be good but now its all about the cash grab and they don't care about the pets. Sad.

Love these people! They are so good with my pets. Friendly and they let you know whats going on! I have seen all the Dr's there with my 3 dogs. All very Nice! I have use these Dr's way before the moved. Wonderful people.

the wait was really long even though we got there on time. They did not do the exam in front of us so we don't know if the doctor actually did the exam; we waited in the exam room a long time as well, enough to notice it was not very clean in there and they were not thorough in their report after the supposed exam; how do I know what they did or didn't do with my animal when I couldn't watch them examine it? They even had a huge plastic curtain in front of the examination table separating customers from the exam area, why even bother putting it up if you're not going to use it? When I called a month prior to make the appointment they did not make me aware of their mandatory mask rule and yet there was someone in the waiting area as soon as we walked in without a mask on even though their sign on the front door BEFORE you come in CLEARLY said "no one is getting in without a mask"! Obviously they make exceptions so why make the rule? Coworkers were discussing personal affairs in front of customers and personal information from the customers files wasn't handled with privacy.

Excellent customer pet service. I love how attentive and accurate they are. They don't give you any mumbojumbo. They diagnose and treat asap. They get you in prompt too. Switching all my 3 pets here. So happy to have seen this place. It's big, beautiful, and CLEAN!

The staff was amazing and quick. We were in and out in less than 30 min and my pup came in for two shots.

We went to get our cat checked up from losing weight to fast, they ordered lab tests and neglected to tell us the results after the 24 hour expected wait! CVS (California Veterinary Specialist) called them and got the results back in less then 10 minutes but we the owners couldn’t?! My cat could have died cause it took this place more then 72 to give us the test results! Very unpleased and will never be coming back here!

Expect to sit on hold for god knows how long. Every time I call I'm placed on hold for at least 5-20 minutes. However when I take my dog in the office to be seen the phones are never ringing off the hook and there is never anything major going on. There are like 4 girls behind the counter. Get it together, not professional at all.

I found a kitten who was (we suspect) clipped by a car. I took him to the emergency vet where they amputated his tail and recommended his hind leg be amputated due to the severity of the break but also recommended I take him to my regular vet for this procedure due to cost. I took him to Clinton Keith and saw Dr. Rusty. He examined him and said he looked to be ok and amputation was far from his mind but wanted to check the X-rays from the emergency vet first. Dr. Rusty waited 5 days before looking over the x ray and then wanted to see the kitten again another week later to see how he was doing with no treatment or pain meds for this kitten’s “nasty fracture” he saw on the x ray. I took the kitten to Pet Wellness Center where he was scheduled for an amputation the next day. I feel the lack of care and treatment for this poor kitten was negligible and cannot trust this Veterinary hospital with my pets ever again. I have brought my pets there for the past 5 years (since I moved to the area) and am shocked and so angry by their lack of compassion and care for this poor baby who has been through so much.

Our family includes a German Shepherd and two GSPs; all have been to this clinic and we definitely will be coming back. Staff and Vets are very nice and attentive not only with us but with our pets as well. Price is a bit high but then again the quality of care and service is definitely on point. We certainly found our new vet office. Great parking. Facility is clean and wait time is not an issue.

Super professional and you can tell they care for your pet. Always feel welcome and relaxed, they seem super trustworthy and I feel like my cat is in good hands with them :)

They took care of our pup from the phone call all the way until the follow up visit. My wife loved them so much, she brought all the staff 2 boxes of donuts and thank you card. ????
