Pet Wellness Center Murrieta, California

Great people there, the love for animals and my yorkie bronx was amazing, they helped me get in when every vet within 50 miles including there's was full and they were great. They called the next day to see how things were going and then again a few days later with a text. I have never had a vet who will take the effort to see how things are going for your pets. They are a great facility the staff is super nice and they will be my only choice to take my little ones for help. I have lived in Murrieta for 30 years and they are the best of them all...thank you to Dr Fang and staff you show that you care and I really appreciate you. Stay well be safe. Regards Mike

Vet services are great. Doctors are amazing. Front desk staff is a different story. Sign on the front door clearly states that everyone must wear a mask including children regardless of vaccination status. However none of the personnel at the front desk wear a mask. I went inside to pay and was told I needed to wear a mask because they didn't know my vaccination status but all of them were vaccinated so they didn't need to wear a mask. The last time I checked the policy for all hospital and medical buildings is everyone has to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status just like your sign says. Either update your sign on the front door to state that employees don't have to follow the COVID-19 protocols or enforce your employees to wear their mask and set the example for customers coming into your establishment. Endosorb tablets was one of the prescriptions that we picked up today December 13th. This was also one of the prescriptions we picked up December 1st. However we were charged $15 on December 1st and $30 today. When we called back to question this my wife was given an attitude over the phone and told that the urgent care prices are set and they messed up on the charges for December 1st. This makes absolutely no sense to me considering our dog was never at urgent care. Both prescriptions were prescribed via email correspondence with the doctor. So what price are 30 tablets of Endosorb really supposed to be and how does a prescription price vary depending on what time it is prescribed if that truly is the case? Now the price that I've been paying for services and prescriptions for years is coming into question.

We took our puppy in with a hurt front leg and the staff, including the vet Dr Fang communicated clearly with us the whole time, and put us at ease. I really felt they care about their patients and I like that I can continue to keep in touch via email about my puppy's progress.

Every experience I've had here has been amazing. I've seen 3 different vets (Dr. Ross, Dr. Haas, Dr. Fang) and each has been kind and helpful and sweet with my dogs. The front desk staff and the vet techs are all so caring. I love that they have urgent care. The pricing for both regular visits and urgent care is very reasonable. My huge pitbull had surgery to remove 2 lumps. He's older, so it was very nerve wracking but they were so sweet with him and the vet tech did a great job on his nails and carried him to my car which wasn't easy. I have other vets in the area that we use for our rescue, but Pet Wellness Center has become my go to vet. You will love them!

We love this place. Dr and team are great. Very gentle with our small dog and they get you seen and on your way quickly with a treatment plan and mess if needed. Follow up phone call the next day is a nice touch. ????

Everyone handled my dog with such loving gentle care I felt confident leaving her in their care. And she had recovered from her surgery so quickly and comfortably I know she was in skilled hands. Everyone answered every question and the follow up was great.

Like most pet owners, there is a guarantee that at some point, you'll end up needing urgent care or at the least, a vet. Not all vets are alike and so far I'm impressed with Pet Wellness Center. The staff was courteous and really seemed to care for my four legged family member.

I recently changed vet services and have been with pet well. for 6 months and I am thrilled with the customer service, attention and caring of dr. and all staff. thank you it provides piece of mind for a per parent.

I took my dog here to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Every single person I came in contact with was sweet, patient and kind.

The doctor's here took advantage of me when my dog was sick after spending 900$ they sent me and my dog to a 24hr emergency vet where my dog had to be put asleep.

They are very kind and caring. They have taken great care of my cat each time we've been there.

Outstanding, compassionate care from a very knowledgeable veterinarian who obviously loves animals! Dr. Ross is kind and the staff is couteous and very attentive. The clinic is very clean but also has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend Pet Wellness Center!!!

They made us feel so welcomed. They answered all and any questions and gave us information. So glad I switched vets. The other place was like a factory.

Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to put our dog bullet down. Dr. Fang and the staff there that night made it as pleasant of an experience as possible. It truly felt like they cared and it helped my family get thru such a difficult time.

Given our households abundance and variety of animals, our visits to Pet Wellness Center are frequent. We have loved every result and feel the care given to our animals is superb. I am very grateful to have discovered Dr. Ross (long ago). He is a vital part of our lives.

I was recommended to come here by a vet tech friend of mine. Every single pet hospital and emergency clinic was completely booked. My baby (16 yo Chihuahua) was in some pain and I needed to find a place. Luckily Pet Wellness Center put me on a waitlist and called me the same day saying they can see her. I waited for and hour for her to be seen and then they took an hour to examine her (shorter than I expected, I'm glad they still took their time examining her). The doctor called me directly while I was waiting to tell me all of his concerns. He was very thorough and gave me amazing recommendations and was left with a happy pup. Right when we got home she started acting like herself again (it was almost immediate!) I'm so happy and thankful I came here.

We are so happy we found you! Thanks for all that you do from the front office to the Vet Techs to the Vets! We are happy to know that Teddy and Trixie will always be in good care!

The staff at Pet Wellness Center are one of the most dedicated and devoted groups to both pets and owners alike. Dr. Ross and his team are truly a marvel in their vocation. Any questions I have and emailed the staff, the response is timely. The skills that the veterinarians possess are genuinely remarkable, especially Dr. Ross. Dr. Ross is the type of veterinarian that was born to do what he does...thank you. Not to mention, his prices are fair, your pet gets exceptional care, and you wouldn't want to take your pet anywhere else. He took care of my cat when she had surgery, and his urgent care staff was there for Brooklyn, when she managed to take off her cone, and take out one of her stitches. I can see, that Pet Wellness Center will be a place that I will take my cat for years to come. Thank you sincerely for the entire team and staff...you're awesome ❤️.

The office staff is very professional and friendly, they seem to really know their system and communicate very well through email. Dr Fang was very supportive of our problem and engaging with Bella and myself. I highly recommend the Pet Wellness Center.

Took my senior dog(17 year old beagle) here when she stopped eating and drinking water was having diarrhea. Thinking I might lose my sweet girl, I was a mess.The staff were all very kind and helpful (to both of us!). I really cannot speak highly enough of them. They took great care of her. They gave her the meds and fluids she needed and she has been doing really well since her visit.
