The Vet here is Awesome, however, the office staff provides little to no service. My VM's I left were not returned and when I was able to finally speak with staff the personal sounded intoxicated and incoherent. I am glad calls are recorded and hope the Vet will review to hear first hand how their staff are handling calls. When I asked to speak to another personal so I could fill my pets prescription a supervisor answered. Immediately she was more concered trying to convince me her staff was fine then filling my pets prescription or addressing my issue. (At this point I asked for the Vet to contact me). She then continued to speak over me and when she asked to verify my contact number I repeated it at least 6 times and she kept speaking. I attempted to end the call several times and repeated my number for the Vet to contact me as she continued to claim her staff were drug free. In a manager position this is totally uncalled for. . . I will not recommend this facility. I do highly recommend the Valley Veternary facility in Murrieta. In less than 2 min the prescription was being filled and I was off the phone.

i have gone to this vet twice already and both times were great experiences! the staff was so kind and my cat can be aggressive but they still did their job perfectly. both times my cat healed wonderfully from their prescriptions. this is definitely the only vet i’ll be going to (:

Excellent care and service. Compassionate staff. Had to have my sick kitty put to sleep and they guided us through the whole process from diagnosis to final rest.

Great service, good prices, not overcrowded most visits. It's my one stop chop and vax place for all my fur babies. Friendly staff, always good at answering any questions.

Wow they were swamped when I was in. Office staff was very friendly and very helpful. I found the Vet's to be very knowledgeable. I recommend this animal hospital.

We always use Lake Elsinore Vets for all our pet needs. My dog had an injury to the top of his paw. The Dr. checked my dog's paw for any foreign pieces, not finding anything. Cleaned the wound and bandaged it. Giving him antibiotcs, sent him with instructions to watch him. Best news-my pet doesn't mind the bandage. The staff is very caring and takes the best care of my fur babies. I wish we could take them to Roseville with us as we are moving and will really miss them.

My case was bitten by a neighbors dog so we had to visit. The staff and experience were great other than my kitty being hurt. They took care of everything, and the price was fair. I will definitely return.

I wish I didn’t have to give this place even one star. Our experience was atrocious to say the least. My boyfriend and I adopted a cat from a shelter in Corona, but couldn’t take her home until her spay was completed, which was about a week from her adoption date. A few days after her initial adoption, our landlord offered us a kitten who was in dire need of a home. We decided to adopt our little boy, Wallace, from our landlord and immediately scheduled an appointment with this clinic for him to be examined and receive his first round of all available vaccinations. We had never been to this clinic before, but it was nearby and well reviewed. Unfortunately I personally wasn’t there for the appointment because I was at work, but I wish I had been, since the staff clearly took advantage of my boyfriend’s gentle demeanor. I specifically asked for this cat to be dewormed, since a deworming, flea treatment, and all vaccinations had been given to our shelter cat. I just wanted all the same things done to our little boy. They told my boyfriend they couldn’t deworm him until a stool sample was provided and charged him $55 for this service. A few days later our little girl comes home, and we are preoccupied trying to manage both kittens while keeping a close eye on her surgical site. At this point we have yet to collect and turn in the stool sample. A week later, my baby Wallace has been constipated for two days, and then presents signs of a tapeworm infestation. We call this clinic, and they prescribe my cat Drontal, which was the broad spectrum de wormer my little girl received at the shelter preemptively that this clinic WOULDN’T administer to our little boy a week prior. Come to find out, their stool sample labwork doesn’t even test for tapeworms. Had we turned in the sample, it still wouldn’t have prevented this situation from happening. They recommended x rays for the constipation, fearing a blockage, which were $275 as a base rate when every nearby clinic charges $100 less. I was furious that the dewormer was not administered like I had asked a week prior. My baby suffered for three days, and had they done what I asked this wouldn’t have happened. When I called to have it out with them, because I felt their care was subpar and that the staff was incompetent, one of their receptionists stated it was against state policy to administer dewormer preemptively and that a stool sample needed to be collected beforehand. This is not true. When I asked her, she could not find the title or section of this supposed California law, because it did not exist. When I spoke to a different technician, she just said that the stool sample lab work before deworming was in fact NOT a STATE POLICY, but just a protocol specific to this clinic. In short, this clinic is going to railroad you, misinform you, and rip you off financially for subpar and incompetent care. For the sake of your wallet, and more importantly, your pets well-being, go anywhere else but here.

I expected to much said it's the animals were about but like always it's money to much money $800.00 remove a cyst & not get my best friends hip back into joint. They want&1650.00 for that & only on there special payments. Animals = friendship, love compassion & people =s--t most of the time It was nice the owner text me back defending himself but a simple "we will work with you on payments would have reeled me in ,oh well off to San Clemente.

I called when I arrived to check-in was and put on hold for 12 minutes. We had an 11am appointment but not actually seen until 1145 am. The Vet Tech did apologize for the long wait and said it had been a crazy day so far.

Hours are listed on the door and website as 7:00 AM - 7PM M-S. Sitting in the parking lot and it’s 7:30, doors are locked, no staff in sight and no one answering the phone. People are under enough stress coming here, if your hours have changed then update your public records.

Hoping I can give a better review after our appointment. As of now it would rate a 1 star except this place came with high praise from the groomer nearby. But after 2 attempts on-line and a voice message left when they were apparently too busy to answer we still have not heard from them about getting our dogs in for a checkup. One more try and then off to another vet instead. Well, tried once again with total failure. See Ms Turpin review below, same experience. Forget using online appointment request - they simply do not respond. Guess I'm happy for them that they have so much business they can disregard any new patients.

I called this morning to see if I could get my dog in for an appointment. The representative that answered the phone sounded very irritated as soon as she answered. She asked if it was an emergency or if she could put me on hold. I said it was not an emergency and she just immediately put me on hold. I was waiting on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to someone. I finally gave up and just hung up and started looking elsewhere. Very poor service.
