I am very pleased with the good quality care that my pet rats received! I brought my rat, Nugget, in for some sneezing and general respiratory symptoms. Not only did Dr. Tran take her time and do a good physical exam on Nugget, she also noticed that his brother, Chicken (who came along for moral support but was not symptomatic to my knowledge), seemed to be breathing hard while in the carrier in the treatment area with Nugget. After I approved an exam for Chicken as well, it was determined that he was the one who actually needed to go on antibiotics for his harsh lung sounds and Nugget actually seemed healthy. Even though the initial appointment was not made for Chicken, I'm very grateful that Dr. Tran and her team noticed his abnormal behavior and wanted to care for him as well. The front desk was also very kind and helpful in scheduling my appointment promptly and making sure that myself and my rats were taken care of once at the hospital. All around great experience!

They are always so amazing with my pets!!! My dog had to have a mass removed today and they did such a great job. He seems very comfortable and happy.

I had a possible emergency with my cat. I was frantically looking for a Vet I could bring him to same day without having to go to an emergency clinic. 6 calls later, WVG got me in. They were compassionate, they listened, and were very understanding as I was a mess. Thank you for helping my cat. We have a new vet clinic!

This place has been nothing but helpful and informative despite how busy they are, I took my new kitten there and the staff was all super sweet and helpful on informing me of what was my best for my kitten. They made me feel like I was already a regular and not just a first timer. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone with a pet and they also offer very affordable care.

All the vets and staff are exceptional in their care and professionalism for your pets! My 3 dogs have all been given their best...and like all things in life, when trust has been earned you will depend on it. If you love your pets, like I love my dogs, you will find no better veterinary care than Westminster Veterinary Group!!

One star for these two specific encounters: I tried to make an appointment for a nail trim a while back and was told that the next available appointment for that would be in 3 weeks… I called back again with a different receptionist and was able to make an appointment the next day.. I understand capitalism causes procedures to be overpriced, but I feel like I get charged inconsistently for the same thing. Also, today was my first incident where I had to wait almost 2 hours just to make two appointments that took no more than 5 minutes. Other than that, the front desk workers are usually friendly and know what they are doing.

Brought my little dwarf hamster here for a checkup and a nail trim. The staff are all very courteous, professional, and organized. Seriously, everyone was so nice. I could not have asked for a better experience. The vet chatted with me about my hammie's care, answered my questions, and was very helpful and friendly. I'd happily recommend this place to any fellow hamster owners. ❤️

The best vet in town in my opinion! I know my cat is always cared for here. They are upfront and genuinely care for your pets. 10/10 would highly recommend them to anyone! :)

Staff here are extremely professional, and they truly care for your animals. I’ve been taking my pup to Dr Rettig, she is wonderful.

To start off, I NEVER write reviews. That should in itself show you how great this clinic is. My new baby bunny Uno started showing very scary symptoms. I called so many places, with no luck finding anyone to see a small pet on a Sunday. I am so glad I ended up finding Westminster Vet! They got Dr. Houston to see him as quickly as possible, and even waived the emergency fee since they had a cancellation. The entire staff is extremely kind, and everyone seems super knowledgeable! They even let me come back to give me a demonstration on how to give my bunny his medication. I will absolutely be coming here for all of his needs! <3

Absolutely WONDERFUL first impression. My guinea pig got hay poke and they treated her like a queen and they were so informative about how to give her eye drops... also the price is SO AMAZING especially for exotics. The relief I felt knowing I found a trustworthy vet is beyond words. Also thank you so much to Cindy for showing us how to burrito our Remy to give her the eye drops Much Much love!

Good service for my Boston terrier puppy!

This was my first time taking Q-Tip to the vet for a check-up (and to help with her nails). The staff there were all accommodating and extremely nice to talk to -- I appreciated their uplifting energy and personalities. The whole process went smoothly and I will be taking Q-Tip back for a check-up in the future!

This is the best veterinary office. I had an emergency and thank you to Lali for taking us in the same day we called. She helped me feel more at ease about my puppy being okay. I love seeing my dog being treated right and I can tell she is happy to go back every time. I appreciate the good service!!

They are money hungry and very rude people we lost a family our puppy and had no compassion in our time of great sadness

I have been bringing my 2 guinea pigs for over a year. The staff is ALWAYS great. On the phone making the appointment for nails or exams you could not ask for better service. All during the Covid crisis they have most caring for pets (and we pet parents too). I can tell each and every one of them loves and cares about my fur babies. The Doctors are great. Always giving me helpful hints and I can call if I am just not sure about anything. I am thankful for such a great place!

Way too expensive for the lack of experience with specific breeds compared to other vets.

First, the vets are terrific. They have good knowledge and good with care. The low rating is due to the incredibly poorly run front office. They gave incorrect information about after care. The first time they were sending us home with the wrong drugs, because they miss-reading the chart. The second time they did not know whether a med was already given, or just sent home - with the chart in their hand.

Very impressed with the good-spirited, very professional faculty... Experienced difficulties at another local vet so gave this vet a try... Couldn't be more happier, comfortable as well as satisfied knowing they care for your dear pets as if they were their own.... Thanx a million West Vet!

A long wait for a regular exam. So far its been an hour....total of 2 hrs. Not a fan of them curbside pick up.They did try and encourage " surgery of the knee" when there was not limping. When discharged..finally...they didn't give me any paperwork. Had to go back and ask for it.

They almost always have appointments available within a day or two of requesting one. They take great care of my bengal and my rabbit.

I wouldn’t trust my babies to anyone else. They have gone above and beyond my wildest expectations. They truly love all animals and have the biggest hearts. My parents have been going to them for years. Since my situation has changed and I’m back in the area I will never take my boy anywhere else.

This is my new vets office for my pets,everyone is super friendly and you can tell the people working there really care about the animals ,they're also small animal friendly.

They took care of my parrot in an emergency, I'm glad they were able to fit him in with short notice!

I must say Westminster Vet is absolutely wonderful. I took my little guinea pig Bear and they went above and beyond for him. I greatly appreciate all they did for my little guy. I highly recommend. Thank you!

This became our default vet clinic after adopting our cats from Wags, and it turned out to be a huge blessing. I owe Dr. Hueston one of my young cat's lives. The staff is friendly as well. Giving 5 stars on a Google review doesn't come close to showing how grateful my wife and I am.

Love them! Everything was clearly explained and all my questions were thoroughly answered! My bearded dragon does not like people, places, or things but he was practically glowing when the tech was giving him some love and explaining after care to me. The prices were more than fair for exotics and we'll definitely be going back!
