We have been going to TLC for over 15 years! Dr Kim is very knowledgeable. Everyone that works there is very nice! Love TLC Animal Clinic!

We have been in the area for a little over a year. We were taking the drive to our old vet in Rverside but knew we needed to find someplace closer. I was worried about getting the same level of care and pricing. Tlc set my mind to ease once we were there and were seen. The dr was very through and explained everything. He didn’t push for anything extra and I paid right about the amount I was expecting. I will definitely be sticking with them.

Started going to TLC for our two dogs when out over vet closed down during COVID shutdowns. It is close to home (in fact next door to their groomers) and they are able to get me in in a timely manner. Don’t know if it is a good value as the bills are always seem high for what I got done, however, that seems pretty much the same at other vets I have gone to anyway. Have to be willing to pay the price if you want to take care of your dogs :-).

The team at TLC Animal Clinic are so great. They clearly love what they do. The doctors are professional and show care when dealing with the tough times. I would recommend TLC to anyone because I have trusted them with my pets for almost 13 years now. They are the best.

I took my dog here for neutering. My usual vet is a low-cost vet but was fully booked for a while, so I decided to try this place out. This place is not a low-cost vet, so it wasn’t a cheap procedure. With that fact, it wasn’t the best experience. The employees didn’t seem the happiest bunch. When picking up my dog, the vet didn’t greet me. I asked the front desk lady various post-op questions which resulted in stares. I thought maybe she couldn’t hear through my mask, but the vet was around the corner and answered some of them. She stayed around the corner and didn’t come over. The post op sheet didn’t exactly match what the front desk lady was saying so I had to clarify a lot. I was asked to book an appointment for 10 days out to get my dog’s sutures removed. But, good thing the vet heard and told me they’re self-dissolving. How was there confusion there? I asked about my dogs excessive tears before surgery. The vet prescribed him antibiotic drops. I asked the front desk lady what the drops were for. And she’s like, antibiotics for the eyes. Then there was some back and forth. I’m like I know what antibiotics are. What are they prescribed for? The vet heard and told me for his eyes because I asked about his tears earlier, and sometimes tears are due to infection but his eyes looked okay anyways. I said he’s always had excessive tears, and was just wondering if there’s a solution. Nope. Then she walked away farther around the corner. If the vet did the post op, most of this would’ve been clarified without all my questions. I decided not to give him the eye drops because she said his eyes looked fine. Is she overprescribing to help with my worries? I don’t believe in using antibiotics unless it’s needed. (That’s how you get super strains!). But, my dog has gotten an eye infection before, so I decided to keep it in case, especially since I already paid. I said my thoughts out loud to the front desk lady and didn’t get any response. I wish they reminded me of my appointment. I didn’t get an appointment card. Or a call or text reminder. I had it on my calendar but I like to double check the night/day before. Before I realized that I didn’t double check, it was evening and the vet was closed. To summarize, if the vet did the post op discussion, most of these little things wouldn’t have happened and wouldn’t have summed up to such a not positive experience. I even called days before asking about what non low-cost vets do differently versus them. I was ready to change to a regular vet after reading how low cost vets can sometimes cut corners are doing some google research. But my usual low cost vet is great, which I chose for proximity, not costs. They aren’t in the best part of town, but their employees are the happiest bunch even with all the solicitors outside. They greet my dog with love. The vet always shows up with my dog when my dog is finished and goes over all post-op/appointment notes with me, ready to answer questions. All I learned from this is that low-cost vets don’t cut corners.

Quick check up and rabies shot. My cat trusted Dr Kim so much he was able to get him out of her carrier. (She is a bitter) Honest pricing and great service would recommend for all fur babies.

Was recommended by a neighbor to come to TLC Animal Clinic and it was the best decision ever. Unfortunately, my small dog was attacked by a pitbull and Dr. Lee performed emergency surgery on her the same day. He was extremely thorough and addressed all of the concerns I had. I can tell they really cared about my dog and their prices are affordable. Their office is clean and organized with happy cheerful staff. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here. They’re the only ones I would recommend and trust them with my dog’s life!

I found aTLC Animal Clinic by luck when trying to find a Vet for our new puppy. From my first telephone contact and first visit I was very impressed with the compassion and quality of service from TLC. Dr. Lee is amazing! We have ad a few scares and Dr. Lee was compassionate and reassuring when it came to our puppies care and our concerns. I highly recommend TLC Animal Clinic.

My experience with TLC has been amazing. My cat was attacked by a dog and they were the only clinic that was able to take him in immediately! I felt really comfortable with all of their staff and the Dr.’s work healed beautifully all of his hair has now grown back and there isn’t a single trace of a scar :) recently we took our pup in to get flea treatment and meds, AGAIN wonderful customer service and the front desk staff even asked how our cat was doing. This is a wonderful clinic with all-around great staff and pet care. I recommended them to my mom and she has also switched veterinarians and takes her dog there now too. We will continue to bring our pets here for their care :) Thank you very much from the Sainz family.

We’ve been taking our pug to Dr. Kim since she was a puppy and could not be happier. The technicians and front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim is very patient with questions and has a terrific bedside manner with both pets and people. Not to mention our little pug loves everyone there as well. :)

TLC has always been a great place. They are thorough with the treatment of your pet. Dr. Kim is a true animal lover. You can tell by the way he treats your fur babies. Benn going to him for 10 yrs and will probably go another 10.

Dr Kim, Dr Lee and staff are the absolute best caring for my shihtzu’s needs.

TLC animal clinic is truly a hometown veterinarian. The staff is VERY kind, friendly, and always sensitive to my needs. They always remember me and my pets. The doctors are professional yet personal. I have been to many veterinary clinics prior to finding TLC and I will never go anywhere else now. The cost is very reasonable and I have never felt overcharged. They very recently helped us guide our cat over the rainbow and they were very very professional, helpful, and compassionate. If you are in need of pet care I absolutely recommend TLC.

My dog Duchess loves coming here to see everyone. The Dr and and assistants are very knowledgeable and very kind. This makes it easy for us to come here knowing Duchess will get the best care and she trusts them and likes them very much.

TLC provides great care. They have expert knowledge and are always gentle with our pets.

I have been taking my grandpups since they were young for over 10 years now. Dr Brian Kim, Dr Lee and every other doctor we have seen are absolutely amazing and has lots of love for my dogs. They are now 17 and 15. They both have cushings, arthritis, heart murmur, enlarged heart..... and the list goes on and on, but with their care it seems like every day they are getting better. We just started them on k laser treatment for my chihuahua’s spondylosis. It seems like she is getting better. Front desk is also always friendly and makes going in to the office easier!

The service was amazing. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. I took my dog in for an infection and we got the proper medications to get her back to her old self again. Thank you guys so much and I will be coming here for all my pets needs I highly recommend this place.

Delightful place, friendly staff, they had fair prices and really seem to care about the animals. Only complaint is that their exam rooms have poor ventilation which causes them to get stuffy, especially when wearing a mask
