I adopted 2 kittens from wags wags one was OK the other 1 I got 2 to 3 weeks later Within A-day or 2 the kitten got very sick and very lethargic I immediately took her to the vet she has an upper respiratory infection and eye infection and herpes she also was very contagious and has now spread it to the other kitten within the last week I have been at the vet 4 times with both kittens and am well over $900 in vet bills I called wags several times and when I did reach someone the lady who answered said what would you like us to do That she would note it and give it to her director at minimum have the kittens checked because they're all sick especially if it's extremely contagious I sent text messages and I have left messages and have not received any response so with adoption fees of 189 each and over $930 in vet bills im $1300 in to two kittens be very weary the animal hospital said they get many cats and kittens in from this facility

Got our sweet kittens here and they were well taken care of by Wags. Staff was helpful in taking care of them after adoption too with help for their cat colds.

Terrible service. The most difficult place to try to adopt a pet.. They have you call or text a number. If you call, they will answer and tell you to text them. They then send you a link to a questionnaire that is very exhaustive and will ask everything about your living conditions to know if the pet will have a good home or not. Questions from how many rooms, who lives with you, who will take care if the pet, etc. Then, you submit it, and I never got a text or call back from them allowing me to go see the pets they have. I waited for 15 minutes outside. 2 other families arrived while I was waiting and frustratingly waited alongside me outside. Save your time, go elsewhere. I ended up leaving. Poor pets.

I love the fact that we could go in and meet with the cats before we actually decided on which one was perfect for us..

We arrived there before 12 and we wanted to adopt a cat. We didn't have an appointment but we did ask the lady if it's ok to adopt a kitten without a appointment. She said yes so we submitted an application. A lot of people arrived and a lot of them also did not have an appointment. We were at the sun waiting for them to let us in and we noticed that the people that arrived 30+ minutes after us were being let in. I would not recommend visiting this place at all during the pandemic UNLESS you submitted an application to adopt prior to showing up. They do a poor job of checking the Order of arrival and won't attend you unless you stand at the entrance in everyone's way that is entering and existing the building. Not against adopting or anything but they are handling entry poorly during these times. Never coming again.

The guy working here is so rude to each and every person that comes in here. Such a bad attitude, and if you don't have an appointment forget it! He'll mock you and treat you badly!! ???? Go to the OC shelter in Tustin instead.. definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I love wags. I think what they are doing is so incredible and important. My problem isn't with the animals or how they take care of them it's the customer service. I went in today to see a pair of dogs that I wanted to foster and the lady at the frunt desk was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Even on the phone when I called to let them know I was there she was so rude to me. She completly talked down to me and treated me like I was a little kid. It's really disappointing. UPDATE: The supervisor called me and apologized. It made me feel a lot better about the whole situation. She was super helpful and assured me that it won't happen again. I want to give wags another try for fostering and hopefully my next visit is better.

The staff were all very friendly I just don't really like their policies. Don't expect to be able to adopt a puppy from here without extreme luck.

The staff is really friendly and your can tell they love the animals there. The employee they helped us adopt our dog knew all about her as how many other families had seen her. Our dog was healthy with all her shots as has been fantastic. She appears to have been treated very well while at WAGS.

No kill pet adoption, serves Westminster pet control. You can donate time money food anything you want to help the animals here. The staff love animals! Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a forever companion look here first, there are so many options of loving pets.

My son surrendered his cat because she was unable to handle an additional cat and a year later, a baby. She wouldn't eat, drink, and over groomed. He thought that if he surrendered her she would have a greater chance at being adopted by a single person with no other pets. He was assured of that by WAGS. He repeatedly saw pictures of her online and felt that this would be her best chance at a forever home. When he went to pick her up to be adopted by a family member , he saw a very different cat. She was emaciated , severely jaundiced, and could hardly walk. She no longer recognized him and urinated while laying down. THEY CLAIMED that all this happened the day before. They had not performed any tests and had not had a vet look at her. They said that she had been thrown in with many cats and could not tell if she had eaten, drank, urinated, etc. because she was housed with many. This is a cat that could not function with ONE additional cat!!!!! Her future is uncertain due to the neglect even though she's getting the best care now. I urge anyone that is thinking of surrendering a pet to stay far away from this torture place. Your pets will NOT be cared for and you can't believe anything they tell you. They will die a slow, agonizing death if not immediately adopted. .

Workers who really care about animals! They work hard to find homes. They helped my family. Please consider adopting from them and donate when you can. I still do. They need and deserve the money, etc.
