There are several vets in the area that really just want your money, but this is one of very few places that seems to actually care for your pets and their health. I'll recommend Dr. Aziz and the whole Magnolia staff to anyone looking for quality health care for their pet.

The team here is fantastic. Dr. Aziz is the PM Doctor, my favorite. He is so gentle and kind to both fur babies and us humans.

This place is just getting worse and worse. They overcharge you for every little thing. Not only that but the staffs are Very rude and condescending with you when you ask them about the bill. Please look at the 1 star reviews before coming here. Idk how they can have 4 star reviews. They used to be a good vet but ever since the beginning of the pandemic they have just been going down hill…I advise you PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER VET CLINIC

I have a strong feeling that this animal hospital is adding extra unnecessary expenses on top of everything. Vaccination visits and check ups, per animal, would come up to be AT LEAST $80 each. I think the vet makes any and every excuse to inject anti-biotics into my animals. I know this because I jumbled between this animal hospital and another one. First instance of adding unnecessary expenses: I adopted a kitten, let's call him Cat A. Cat A has a deformity on his hind legs. I originally went to a different animal hospital, not Magnolia. The first animal hospital I went to just gave me what I wanted. The FVRCP vaccine. No extra costs besides the first exam. The Doctor was concerned for Cat A's condition, but did not push anything I did not ask for. I go to Magnolia Animal hospital for Cat A to get his rabies vaccine. The vet pushed for anti-biotics and ointment on top of the vaccine. My total cost for the visit was $84. Two different animal hospitals saw the same cat, but one pressured me to spend more money for things that were ultimately unnecessary. Cat A healed from his irritation with bandages. That cost like barely any money. Second Instance of adding unnecessary expenses: I adopted Cat B after my first cat. Cat B had just finished getting spayed and had scabs from surgery. Went for a check up and vaccine. The vet, pushes me to pay for anti-biotic injection because the incision area of her surgery seemed irritated... my vet visit ended up being $75. Last instance of unnecessary expenses: My family's dog, Dog A, has always had allergies and itching problems. So I went to Magnolia Animal for a check up.. My visit was $487. They pushed for him to get a blood test, a collar, shampoo, vitamins, medicine, and 2 injections ($61 and $81). They said Dog A had to be on a cone for two weeks. The thing is, I went to a different animal hospital for Dog A after that. For the same reason. My visit with the other animal hospital was very transparent. No cone, no blood tests, no extra BS. They ended up treating Dog A for anxiety too. And guess what? The price of the visit and everything was LESS THAN HALF the price of Magnolia Animal. They saw the exact same dog! Customer Service: Magnolia Animal made me feel pressured to go forward with unnecessary expenses. For Dog A, I asked if I could just do the other stuff and not the, yaknow, $200 blood test. They said no. I had to spend the full amount in order for my dog to get treated. They were talking aggressively and stern to me and said I couldn't just provide vaccine records for Dog A. I did not feel like they were being understanding towards me and I definitely feel like they should have talked nicer to me. The doctor: I could only speak to the vet by him calling me. First of all, the audio of the call was so bad quality I could barely hear him. But it just ADDS to the issue that this doctor, sounded so rude over the phone. He talked to me in a way that made me feel like I'm wasting his time by asking valid questions about my animals. He sounded like he didn't want to talk to me. He made me feel like he wanted to end the call as soon as possible. Here's the thing... I have every right to ask as many questions as needed because this is about the health and wellbeing of MY ANIMALS. The fact that I felt discouraged from having an actual conversation about the treatment of my animals is horrific. I genuinely feel like this doctor is a bad doctor because another animal hospital saw THE SAME animals and didn't add extra injections/treatments to waste my money. I think he was trying to make a quick buck out of me. I was so repulsed by my visits that I never ended up going to my follow up appointment. It's basically signing up for hundred dollar visits and injecting your babies with anti-biotics they don't even need. The other vet actually let me come inside made me feel safe to ask questions. Go see another vet that will PATIENTLY listen to your concerns and THOROUGHLY explain your animal's needs.

Called them to find a way to put my old dog to sleep. Was told they are not taking new clients and they can't do anything. Why be a hospital if you are going to limit your patients. You guys are horrible. Front desk didn't even want to help me find a place that could take us.

Dr. Aziz and his staff are truly amazing. Whenever I take my pets in, the staff take their time and care and I want to add they always find a quick appointment time slot for us. Dr. Aziz is thorough and very caring, I couldn't be happier and will continue going forever!!

Dr. Aziz couldn't be more wonderful, and every member of the staff is consistently helpful and so incredibly friendly. Our dog has some reactivity issues, and the Magnolia staff always goes above and beyond to ensure that we (and their other clients) have a safe, smooth, positive visit. We feel so lucky to have Magnolia taking care of our babies!

Junk is the only way I can describe them. Just moved to the area, my dog was feeling ill and they literally told me they would not be able to see him. Take him to his old vet because we don't know what could be wrong with him. I'm no rocket scientist but, isn't a veterinarian suppose to figure out what's wrong with the animal. Would not recommend this spot at all

I’ve been to several vets over the years and this one by far is the worst. They don’t care about your pet as much as they care about getting the money out of your wallet. Pricewise they are higher than other vets that I went to and they want you to make unnecessary appointments so they can charge you for it. I wanted to pay for a renewal of my dogs flea medication and they said I needed to pay for another preventative check up first! Every six months I have to take her in and pay for a checkup when there’s nothing wrong with her just to get flea medication that I’m already paying $30 a pill for?? And to top it off the lady on the phone was rude about it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We love Magnolia Animal Hospital! A friend recommended them after the vet we use to use completely let us down. Dr. Aziz went above and beyond to help our little guy! He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We have nothing but praises to say about him and his staff!!

My vet for 30 years, they really know what they are doing. Reasonably priced, honest, trustworthy, excellent staff, family owned and operated....Love Them!!!

My mom used Magnolia Animal Hospital for years and I've been taking my dog here since he became mine. They have never once tried upselling me on unnecessary x-rays or procedures. My dog wines when he has to leave because of the nice and friendly staff and doctors. Go here to get solid advice for a fair price.

THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY KOOKIE SUE (TERRIER). MY PREVIOUS GROOMER WAS MEAN AND ROUGH WITH HER WHEN SHE WAS A PUPPY, SO SHE DOESNT LIKE ANYONE TO CUT HER NAILS. THEY ALWAYS TOOK AWESOME CARE OF HER AND SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY. PRICES ARE GREAT ALSO!!! LOVE THEM!!!!!

If I can give 10 stars I would for this EXCELLENT Animal Hospital. My baby Mona was not eating nor drinking and losing weight. I was looking for a good and most importantly honest vet for her, and I did. The nurse Amy was very gentle, nice, and understanding. When I called yesterday morning she advised me to come asap at 10:15 am. I was thrilled!!! I mean I did not have to make an appointment and wait days for my girl. When I arrived everything was ready for my Mona. After examination, Doctor Shokry called me and gave me a plan, blood work and digestive meds, and it WORKED!!! the same day. My girl drinked for the first time after 2 weeks and ate. She feels better and alive finally. I FOUND my vet hospital, and will stick to it. Never will change. Their price is affordable. You can feel that this hospital will not take advantage of you. Thank you Amy and Doctor Shokri.

Overwhelmed with volume stacking appointments on top of each other .... had appointment for 715 still sitting here .... staff telling me I can wait or not... not their concern

Tall blonde woman who works there is terribly rude and unprofessional. When I make an appointment I expect the staff to be attentive and kind. Not to be told to get back in my car and wait because they clearly overbooked appointments for the day.

We love this place and so does my little dog, Scrappy. He recently had surgery on his knee and is doing great. The whole staff is awesome. They are doing the best they can during this covid crisis. They are still very polite perky and friendly. I would advise anyone who loves their little fur babies To give them a try. We love Dr. Aziz.

I have been going here for several years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The veterinarians are very kind and caring individuals. They want to do everything to help you and your pet have a happy and healthy life! I cannot say enough about the girls up front! Staff is very professional friendly and generally cares! This may sound odd but they've kind of become like family to me! I trust them completely!
