The doctor and her staff are very nice,very helpful ..

I had an appointment at 10 am and had been waiting for almost 40 minutes. I went to check in after 30 minutes if I was going to get seen someone who came after me had gotten called. Then when I go inside to check the girl who told me they were going to call me she was eating and talking to me without a mask very unprofessional. Still went outside came back for the second time and told me I was next waited an additional 10 minutes. I’m just getting my dogs last sets and not coming here again very unprofessional doesn’t respect appointment time and not even an apology for waiting too long!!! Disappointed in customer service!!!

I love this place, I took my cats here, one of my cats was in love with the vet, haha. Recommended, the service is good, assistants, receptionist and doctors are kind, care for your animals and the price is okay.

Getting the service that our dog needs.

I was referred to Pico Rivera Animal Hospital by my vet for my six year old Chihuahua's broken leg. They did surgery on 11/01/2021 and fixed a dislocated shoulder. She is making steady progress in walking and I hope she returns to her former self.

They always treat our mini schnauzers with care.

Everyone was nice and caring. The vet was very helpful and answered our questions. My senior pooch is already feeling much better.

The staff were very friendly, professional and very caring of my dog during my first visit. The doctor was also very friendly, professional and had great "bed side" manner with my dog. They are very reasonably priced and did not try to upsell me at all. The facility is also very clean, updated and they even have an outdoor patio area for waiting to be called. I highly recommend this hospital!

They ask for 50.00 Deposit Then they don't give you services needed. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE....BEWARE

Outrageous prices for little service

Had to drop off my cat at 8am for surgery before work employees didn't arrive till 8:10. Maybe would schedule them at 7:30

Our experience was succefull,perfessional and more importantly caring.Our Alvin is a very aggressive dog and needs extra cation when being swing by the vet.Thank you again Pico Rivera Animal Hosp for making my dog's life more comfortable.My family appreciated you all.

The people here are UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had an appointment at 12:00pm for my dog, and to my surprise the doors are locked, I finally see a nurse, and she tells me to come back at 2:00pm because EVERYONE is on lunch. AND to top it off, the waiting area is DISGUSTING! There are roaches everywhere. This is absurd. Never coming back ✌????

No parking .Had to park the next block over behind building and walk around block through an alley to get there.

Drop off my CAT for exams She feels sick, looks sick

Negligence by the Vet has incurred further illness upon my Son's dog. Transferring to another Vet.

I came in to have a quick check up on my puppies swollen cheek and face. I called and there was no answer. So as soon as I got into the clinic I waited for a good amount of time and nobody was there to help me out or nobody in the front desk. I came in 1 hour before close time and still nobody was in the front desk. Called about 6 times no answer.

They were very helpful and saw our pup as soon as possible for an allergic reaction. Thank you for your help. Will be coming back again.

This vet is the worst vet in the world my dog was dying and they refused they’re service and said they were in lunch and couldn’t save my dog this place is the worst wouldn’t recommend at all.

Very helpful we had to put our dog down and they sent us a simphaty card to our house.

Never answers phone calls and It is difficult to communicate with the vet.

I have been a long time client taking my dogs to PRAH, I have to say disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.And some of the Staff should focus on work not there cell phone, the Job pays the bills not your cell phone.

The visit was fast. To expensive though.

Was very close to home. Convenient. However, my cats services were now, not 10days later with "only appointmnts only".

Great veterinarian to visit! It's a decent price to pay to my budget especially for my half Chihuahua, half German Shepherd. Weird mix, but he's a handsome looking for his look.

I been calling them for almost 20 minutes been on hold ....was disconnected and this is just to ask a question...are they too busy to answer ....
