1st time based on reviews. A little pricey, but staff and Dr Gindi actually seemed genuine despite being understaffed. Ill be back a 2nd time for sure. Thanks guys.

Great experience, you can tell they care. Didn’t upsell or over-diagnose. My cat was happy, I was happy, and the whole experience was affordable. 10/10 would go back again

Dr. Gindy and her staff are always very professional and patient with my beloved Honey. Honey gets very anxious and they accommodate us in room while waiting.

Surf City Pet Hospital was able to accommodate a last minute boarding request and they were so loving and welcoming and attentive to my dog while she was there. Amazingly friendly and caring staff, and the doctor is very communicative and informative. Will be going here from now on for all my needs.

I take my Doodle here 1x per year for his annual teeth cleaning. The office is always very professional and appear to take great care with him before and after his procedure.

They have been real good and personable with one on one. They are polite and easy to talk to. and their service is great.

Excellent teeth cleaning for my dog Buddy, less than $200 and the teeth looked whiter than the veterinarian who used to do it for more money. She cares about your pet. Highly recommend!

Update: it's been 4 years and now I drive 45min to keep having Dr. Gindi as our Vet, my dog's health and my piece of mind are worth it. Dr. Sally Gindi is very kind in our visits. Appointments are always on time and when we needed a emergency she accommodated us with no problem. Our dog is not afraid of her or the staff which makes visits go smothly. We've been taking him for over a year now and do not intend to change.

I called with a sick dog, they were fast to get her in, and found things going on with her that 2 other vets never even saw. A happy dog mom❤️

Surf city pet hospital has been attentive and super responsive to our little baby of 15 hrs who has breast cancer. They have let me come in everyday without an appt to get her looked at bc we weren’t sure. They answered multiple questions over and over without any frustration. Our other baby of 18yrs loves his mommy and no one else…. He tries to bite even with no teeth but he lives the staff at surf city pet hospital. They are kind and patient with our old man. Our grumpy old man. Bring your pet here. They make you feel like your the only patient. The dr is attentive and calls with updates. I am so glad we switched. Love it here!

Dr. Gindi and staff are excellent. I have been taking my two chihuahuas to her for years. I am dog sitting for a friend who went on vacation. While walking his dog at the park the dog stepped on a bee and was stung. I rushed him to his regular vet and was turned away. They said they were booked. I rushed him to my vet, Dr. Gindi, and she took care of him and he was better in minutes. This is truly a caring group.

We were on vacation and my cat needed a check up and special diet. Doctor was thorough and I returned to pick up a healthy cat!

I have been talking my pets to Surf City vet for years and have always been pleased with quality of care provided. Comparatively prices are better than others (I checked around once). Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I started coming to Surf City Pet Hospital during COVID. This made me nervous as I knew my last vet very well and all the staff. Because of COVID I've never been inside and have only spoken to Dr. Ginidi over the phone. The staff is extremely professional, polite and takes their time to talk through everything. On top of that, Dr. Ginidi calls and take her time to explain all the details and is extremely personable. I am so happy that my fur babies are in great hands everytime I go there. Thank you for being so great to the animals.

I will never take my animals anywhere else now that I've found her.

When my pup was sick they listened to what I was saying and looked for ways to help Very kind, professional, not pushy. They really made me feel my pup was being looked after and they followed up with me to see how she was doing. I would recommend going to Surf City Pet Hospital!

Dr Gindhi is a very honest & caring Dr.; she & her staff take great care of my cats. She is a skilled dentist/ pet oral hygienist too! Highly recommend!

Kind, prompt, effective, honest, affordable, transparent, great hours, and they always answer their phone. My little baby kitty feels much better now that he's been in their care. Also, tons of parking around.

We have been using Surf City Pet Hospital for many years now. So happy with our service with our two little Chihuahua terrier dogs, we chose to use them as well for our new boxer puppy.
