Worst customer service. My dog had a medical emergency she’s on the banfield plan. My dog is bleeding blood I was advised to take her to the emergency room instead of them seeing her. This was during business hours. When I asked what’s the purpose of the banfield plan-she said I was being rude and hung up on me. Stay away!

I like that they are open on Saturdays, very friendly veterinary staff, always greet you with hello, plus the veterinarian doesn't rush the visit, answers all your questions

Front desk girls are very friendly and helpful. I hate not being able to personally talk directly with the vets due to Covid restrictions. They have been very helpful in caring for my little girl, Bailey, a Bichon Frise.

Dr. Lee and his staff is amazing. Very thorough. My pet is older and wasn't feeling well and they were on it! God bless the staff here

Two star for the friendly staff and the clean place, but pricey and most of the time i have to wait for the veterinarian to see my dog 30 minutes or more , rbut they don't wait 5 minutes for you.

Unfortunately my kitty was in kidney failure and I decided to let him go. Both the doctor and staff were kind and respectful. I was able to hold my boy before and hold his head as he passed.

They hurts puppies, after I take my for a simpler nails clipping, she was so hurt I have to take my baby to hospital with a fractured back.

This seems like a better location with a separate entrance. Doctor is thorough in the phone talking with pet parents. Medicine samples seem kind of expensive, so check in online if possible.

I have a diagnosed (from here) diabetic dog. Cam to get a refill on her insulin and i was denied. They have to recheck her now and i have no medication now for my pet. Never coming here again! I cant afford these "rechecks" i just need insulin for my pet. horrible customer service.
