Dr. Jen has been great with my Rabbits. She is super helpful, very professional and I love that I can email her a question and she responds as soon as she can. I love that they're honest. I've called other vets in the past to ask them a simple question and they always want me to take my pets in for something small that can be treated at home with home remedies. I highly recommend them.

We love Dr. Kumar! We have an exotic and she's super kind , knowledgeable and always takes the time to be sure we fully understand our little guy's issues and treatment options. He's had a lot of different health issues going on and she's always on it and knows how to treat them. Highly recommend. :)

This is the best vet I've ever worked with. Dr Kumar is our usual, but the whole staff is professional, effective, and friendly. They are reasonable with treatments, respect your input, and always are responsive/reliable. Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Excellent! Dr. Meredith is wonderful! I never feel rushed in explaining my pets illness. She is very patient with questions and takes the time to listen and ensure you understand ALL of your options and the treatment plan. RECOMMEND! - Only down side is they don't take insurance up front. But other than that, its wonderful!

The staff at this place are top notch. Dr Kumar, who runs the practice, is one of the best veterinarians around. She really cares. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies!

I had to call to let them know that I was outside with my cat for my appointment. I called and they put me on hold for 5 min. I hang up and called again... after multiple calls someone answered and want to put me on hold again and then I said it was just to let them know that I was outside and the lady hang up on me. SO RUDE!!! Finally I saw one girl that works there going back inside and I had the chance to let her know that I was outside and she took care of me. I’m kinda afraid now of how they treat the animals behind our back.

They are quick to attend to you via curbside services and Dr. Kumar is great with my exotics! They're always organized and attentive.

We are furever grateful for the pawsitively furnomenal care that you take of our sweet pitato Penny, whether treating allergies, ear infections, uti's, or our latest crisis, successfurry removing the mast cell tumor and delivering the incredible news that our canine cancer warrior is now cancer free!!!

The staff truly takes great care of your pets and they are very friendly as well. I would recommend them to everyone.

My dog has been a patient at Baker Bristol Pet Hospital for about 7 months and he has undergone a neutering surgery and a couple of doctors visits. I would like to say that after today, I feel very confident with the doctors and the staff/vet tech support are very kind and hospitable. They know my dog immediately and all stop by to say hi to him. They squeezed my dog in when it was an urgent situation, on a Saturday double booked. The staff works super hard and they work hard to make sure your pets are well taken care of.

The staff truly cares about my pets and not just to make the cash register ring. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my pet friends.

Said my dog needed an operation- went to get a second opinion and found out she would be fine. Not only did this doctor try to give my dog an unnecessary surgery for thousands of dollars- they called animal control and tried to get my dog taken away! Psycho! My dog is fat, dumb and happy today no thanks to this vindictive hospital. Buyer beware!

I love Dr. Mackey. He takes my calls when I get really worried about my dog.

Dr. Mackey is very friendly, helpful, and wonderful to my little dog. The entire staff is attentive and kind, making this an overall great experience. I think we found our forever vet. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Both Dr. Mackey and Dr. Kumar are the best experience I have ever had with a pet hospital. They show empathy towards your pet with their conditions (my dog Reese is aging and on medication) They have treated her so well, and I highly recommend Baker Bristol Pet Hospital for your pets. Thank you Dr. Mackey and Dr. Kumar! Even after moving, I still continue to bring Reese, as I could not imagine going to another place.

They have been wonderful with are dogs. Helping us get are big dog back on her feet. Also giving us choices on what action to take and the cost of the different choices

You'll never find a more reasonable, responsible vet. He truly cares for animals and takes a graduated approach to my pet's health problems. His conservative opinion is welcomed. I have 5 pets so appreciate his prompt availability when issues arise. The facility is older but you won't find a better vet.

Our 4 y/o 100 lb Lab has been coming here since he was ten weeks old, and we have always felt welcomed. My furbaby is super skiddish when it comes to vet visits. All his training goes out the window as soon as he gets to their door. The way the staff handles his anxiety (and mine!) is not just professional, but kind as well. I highly recommend them.
