My dog has been a patient for the past 6 years and the past 4 visits have been so ridiculous I'll no longer be back. Dr. Gregg himself was not gentle and caring with my pet - he seems over his job. When we asked questions about a couple problems he shrugged them off as if we were overthinking. I decided to bring my dog this June 2021 for a check up on said problems and was so happy to be seen by a new doctor (I didn't even know there were other Doctors available). I asked for updated vaccines because I was going to be boarding my dog. Everything was fine til I found out my dog did not get his updated vaccines (even though they should have flagged a vaccine was due the following week! RIDICULOUS. So now I find out he's not updated with his vaccines, they kindly take my dog in last minute but charge me ($2 off) even though they didn't fulfill my request the first time and ultimately their fault I'm having to come back.

Unprofessional and rude customer service! I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. Had an appointment for 9:20, needed to wait 45 minutes and remind them that they forgot about me. The receptionist or whatever she was there was very rude and didn't even apologize that they left me waiting in my car for 45 minutes. Would never go back there or recommend to anyone!

Just don't go here. My family started going to see Gregg when his clinic first opened in 1964 and we were always happy, but the last 5 years the service has declined drastically. My mom has been charged for extra services that didn't need to be done, my brother being told they don't need to check the large lump on the back of his kitten's head dispite it growing, splitting open and getting infected and my step-dad being shamed for bringing in elderly dogs who can no longer walk, see and are in desperate amounts of pain, because we made the hard decision to end their pain. I am so glad my grandmother passed on in 2019 so she didn't have to see what this place has become. My family and extended family have all found a different vet and suggest you do as well

I was referred to Gregg Animal Hospital Inc. by my niece for my Shih Tzu. I was feeling scared to go to a new Vet since I had a bad experience previously. My appointment was wonderful from beginning to end of my appointment. The front receptionist was very nice and helpful with my questions. Both my Shih Tzu and I were treated very friendly. Meeting Dr. Gregg was a great experience. He took his time and was nice, caring, and concerned about my dogs health. I loved our new Vet, Dr. Gregg and the whole staff and would highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to the Gregg’s since May for my first kitten, Woojoo. We started with the kitten package which the price was very reasonable. Due to covid-19, I couldn’t go in with him for the visitations but all of the staffs were very kind and answered all the questions that I had in mind. Most of all, I was a little worried at first because Woojoo was still couple weeks old with some health issues. But I can see him that he feels very comfortable going to the Gregg’s. Very pleased to be one of the patient from the Gregg’s and is looking forward for our next visit. Thank you so much for your hard work!!

Great doctors and good prices. Best in the area in my opinion. The doctors are very caring and put you pet above money. This is not to say they don't charge, but they go above and beyond on taking care of your pet at a very reasonable price. We have unfortunately been able to try several vets in the area and this place is way about the norm and don't try to up-sell you. They do the tests that are needed to diagnose the problem and no extra tests so they can charge you more. This is our go to Vet for both our dog and cat.

Greggs Is the best of the best, I’ve taken all my animals there for over 20 years, I couldn’t go anywhere else, I’ve moved and drove to them, Everyone Is kind, professional, friendly place and I know my pets are In the best care, Even with the COVID they still make It as easy as possible,

They took care of my puppy so well, he was there for 8 days and they were supportive and caring and every time I called, they made sure that I have all the answers that I needed. When they said they will call me back to get more answers, they always called me back within 15 mins. The girls that work there are so sweet, no attitudes, very kind and it’s rare to receive that type of customer service. I never had to worry about my puppy being there, he was in really good hands.They treat Luka like he’s there own, I will never go anywhere else. Really good prices as well, I HIGHLY recommend ????

Everyone knows Birdie (our 4 month beagle) and treats her like their own. They are patient with all my questions and very straight forward with pricing . They never try to talk you into things but simply give the information and always go the extra mile. Very happy here!

Love this place! I have taken both of my cats here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Love the Drs and their staff! I’ve been to a lot of different places, but this place just feels like home. They make you feel like they are part of your team. ❤️ And that’s a rarity.

The best Vets in OC maybe SoCal. Friendly staff, experienced Doctors and the best prices in town make this a 5 star choice. We have been bringing our animals here for over a decade now. Never a bad experience and they never try to up-sale you with test and things you don't really need.

The girls at the front desk , made my final decision. I had visited 5 different Vet hospitals and they made all the difference. I am and will continue to make the 2 hour commute just to stay with this hospital. Along w meeting the tech assistant for Bears first visit. Hands down love Gregg Animal Hospital. My babies are my whole world and all that matters is Gregg Animal maintains their health. I can't express enough the gratitute with the initial welcoming. I felt I was back home in my small town. Phone Call Info on Walk In Cremation (Small dog): $22 group cremation, $30 paw print orders are taken on Monday/info when receive on Mondays. Covid times: Walk in, or meet outside to fill out forms. Staff can pick up your baby from your car.

Dr. Gregg and Dr. Wilson care so much about animals. We started off going to Dr. Gregg SR back in the 80's and they have cared for all of our animals for the past 30 or so years. I trust them immensely. Our animals are family and we will not take them anywhere else. Over the past two weeks, Dr. Gregg has poured his heart into our little Missy, who has been very very ill with a mystery illness. Dr. Gregg has not given up on her and the look of compassion on Dr. Gregg's face when he sees Missy is truly touching. He has so much heart for what he does and the same goes for Dr. Wilson. We have been there every weekday for IV fluids, and a couple of times I was told she would be seeing Dr. Wilson, but low and behold, Dr. Gregg walks in. He even came in on Saturday to see her. He has personally taken our Missy girl under his wing and though Missy is not out of the woods yet, I feel confident that Dr. Gregg is doing everything possible to get our little girl better. His staff is amazing and caring and I really don't know what I would do without this outstanding team! Thank you everyone who works there for your care and investment in our fur babies. You really mean the world to so many of us.

We really appreciate having such a kind, professional, and reasonably priced vet in our neighborhood. Gregg Animal Hospital has always felt like a family doctor for our dogs, not just a vet. The staff is friendly and we've always felt like we are given good advice on how to care for our dogs. We highly recommend them.

We brought our kitten, Lux, for his vaccinations last week(late April), of course due to covid restrictions we weren’t able to go in with him which was super saddening for us. BUUT, the staff made us feel SO comfortable. They called during his check up reassuring he was doing great! I appreciated that so much! I felt he wasn’t scared or being ignored which was my fear if I wasn’t with him. He came back to us his playful, happy self. I can’t wait to meet the staff more as we go in for future appointments! Their service was quick & communication was definitely thorough! Thank you for taking good care of our baby Lux!

Being new to the neighborhood,I needed a new pet dr. When my furbaby passed away, my daughter in law, referred Greggs Animal Hospital, Brenda was absolutely right ,she had high praise for all personnell.They showed me their compassion,caring nature at that emotional moment as I handed over my deceased furbaby. They're kind caring , very informative and professional manner sets me at ease when I have to have treatments for my other furbabies. If you care for your furbabies as I care for mine,this is the place you can trust with your furbabies.

I have been coming to Dr. Gregg and have recommended many pets. I realize times are tough, but seriously overcharging your clients... up selling products and I’m not even sure my dog has examined. We waited over an hour in our car, yes I realize with Covid-19 this is a safety precaution, but overheating is a concern as well. Back to my rant two weeks earlier I Purchased my Bravecto two weeks earlier from them... even though it cost $20 more than Chewy.com or Walmart pharmacies where you can order the same product, so when the girl brings me my receipt, she has charged me for this... I question the charge she goes in to remove it and comes out... my bill is actually more not less, well she explains she charged me for one pill not 14 of an antibiotic and then I notice there is a charge for $35 Omega3 fish oil, I ask that she remove that from my bill and while she’s literally gone for a half hour I notice my dog’s ears are not clean... yet I was charged $30. So I call inside and speak to a office manager, who explains they were unable to clean her ears and apologized for charging me, but for some reason can’t refund my card until tomorrow, my visit cost $278 for maybe allergies, but no one could give me a diagnosis and my dog doesn’t have a skin rash... looks like mosquito bites or bee stings on back hindquarters... I’m so angry I wanted to speak to a doctor and guess what... no doctor was available.... so what did I pay for? What is the medication for? I looked up antibiotics and Apoquel, I paid $112 Chew.com sells for 2.29 with $5 delivery charge... I have tried calling Dr. Gregg to discuss and am awaiting his call back. I’m very disappointed. This has never happened before I assure you!

We love Gregg Animal Hospital. We've brought our pets there for over 10 years and are always appreciative of the care they give each individual pet.

Came here with my 13 yo chihuahua who was experiencing some discomfort in his mouth, but wouldn't let me look. The team here, especially Natalie and Dr Pravez (forgive me if I spelled wrong) were so endearing in their relaying of my pups medical needs and at home care. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the service received here. I truly felt that they were treating their own pup with how thorough and tender they were with our concerns.
