Amigo Animal Hospital Westminster, California

I have been going to Amigo Animal Hospital in Westminster for several years. I bring my cats in once a year for an annual exam. Dr. McInroy and the rest of the staff are very professional. They are kind and caring. They answer all my questions and take care of any needs that my pets have. I would highly recommend coming to this veterinarian. I feel that their prices are reasonable for exams, annual vaccinations and any other tests that are needed for your pet.

Great place if you love your fur babies

They will try to make you pay for treatments your dog doesn’t need. They also refused to care for my dog unless I did exactly what they wanted, which would have been an impossible bill to pay. There are better vets all over OC

The staff is very attentive and Dr Pam includes a personal visit to discuss all of my dog’s needs. She even personally followed up with lab results the next day.

Best bet for the best vet

Our dogs and cat have had conscientious care for over 10 years at Amigo. They’ve boarded them and taken care of everything from vaccines to surgeries

We took our cats to Amigo based on the referral we received from our store we buy our cat food. We were SUPER IMPRESSED by this staff and Dr. -- If you value your animals and are you treat them like part of the family, you will be thrilled at their services. This location also has boarding services, which we are so happy to know -- THANK YOU for being AMAZING! It honestly helps when you TRUST the team that take cares of your furry family.

I had a little bichon who had a lot of medical problems, including being diabetes. This hospital took the greatest care of her. Always very friendly and confident. I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire staff seems to love animals. They are thorough and do not recommend unnecessary treatment. They were so sympathetic when my cat had to be put down due to cancer. And they have given good puppy care to my new dog. Recommend Amigo whole heartedly.

Our beautiful lab was having difficulty breathing. We brought her to Dr McInroy for a dental cleaning and while under anesthesia she was diagnosed was laryngeal paralysis. She went over and above to get her to a specialist for surgery the next day. Our pup is on the mend and getting back to her old spunky self. Thanks so much to Dr McInroy and her caring staff.

Hands down the best customer service. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and upbeat. Had my little guy neutered, deep dental cleaning, and microchipped.

Always friendly and considerate of us and show genuine concern for our pets. Even though there are vets closer to where we now live, and even though our pets definitely do not like the car ride, we feel it is worth the extra drive.

Woofer has been coming to Amigo Animal Hospital since we rescued him 17years ago. Sadly Woofer is no longer with us. During his last year of fighting renal failure Dr. McInroy was amazing with his care. We can’t say enough about the great team she has. The friendly atmosphere, the professional staff, and amazing vet! Doctor McInroy is very thorough In examining and testing Woofer. We would not take him anywhere else.

Dr. McInroy saved my dog. Not only did she perform the test to confirm the issue, she contacted the surgical group for both a consultation and surgery the next day. She and her staff went above and beyond all expectations. I highly recommend Dr. McInroy. Her service and care = priceless.

It is always a great pleasure being here, not only with Dr. mclnroy but the whole team. My standard poodle had surgery recently and the whole process was so smooth and reassuring. Both Dr. mclnroy and her team answer all my questions in great detail and acknowledge my concerns without judging me. I simply enjoy their professional demeanor and also how passionate they are about animal care. They are extremely accommodating and I feel all my 5 pets and I are taken care of and they tailor their care according to you and your pets needs. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I go as far as driving out from Irvine to see them. Truly a gem.

Amigo Animal hospital has been great since the day it came recommended. It's a bit of a drive from our home in Costa Mesa but well worth it. Dr. McInroy and her entire staff have taken care of Bentley's every health need. And today, add her dental hygienist to the list for his non anesthetic teeth cleaning. Benny has been feeling under the weather so he underwent some tests and blood work last week also and the doctor herself called me to see how Benny was feeling and to read me his test results, that thank goodness were excellent! I encourage anybody needing a great veterinarian to consider Amigo for sure. Thank you! Bravo!

We like the staff and the doctors. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Our only wish is that the costs of some services would be lower.

We have had very good experiences with Amigo. Latest was surgery on our cat. Always very good follow up, always returned our calls and always answered our questions. Covid protocols are in place for pet owners.
