Regularly come here for nail trim for both of my dogs. I’ve always tip well, even for a simple trim. Today I was unable to have their nails trim even though the salon was still opened. This is the second time I’ve been turned away at this salon. I wont be back. Thank goodness for PETCO on Doheny. Took us right in!

The girl who works here is so nice and basically did all the shopping for me. If you're an Instacart customer or shopper definitely make sure you tip extra because the people here are just so good and really take care of the customer and there's definitely enough people working here to make sure that happens which is a smart move. Why wouldn't you want to come to this awesome shop?

MATTHEW IS A HERO. Roxy, my dog went missing for 2 days. If you have experienced this, you know the trauma. I hope you never do. I got a call from Matthew, a groomer at HS WEHO. Matthew was on his break and noticed Roxy outside, off leash, playing with some other on leash dogs. He had the presence of mind to ask the people if she belonged to them. She did not. He jumped into action, grabbed a leash and a treat and gently grabbed Roxy. That phone call was one of the best moments of my life. If you're near by, please stop in and tell Matthew that he is a true hero.

Awesome staff and they carry the zigniture dog food my dog's absolutely love and its really good for them I have to say I'm totally impressed after years of looking for the perfect dog food I got my fingers crossed that I finally found it peace and blessings...

I'd like more information about the class action suite started by the pet parent who used to take their dog to this store. I took my dog here, until the one on Beverly opened.

Healthy Spot is the best but his Healthy Spot location is even more the best! Our dogs strut out of there like they are Alpha Wolves. (They are fluffly little puppers who are not alpha anything.) Grooming is on point!

Great selection of foods, treats, and toys.

Good folks. Great grooming. Fun day care. Our pooch loves going to play with the other dogs there no doubt.

The groomers here are always so professional & friendly, and they do a fantastic job with my pup.

Healthy Spot WeHo to the rescue! Our 70-pound, senior pup, Olive, had an accident in the car yesterday; it was everywhere! We live in WeHo and were about 30 minutes from home. It was near closing time when I called Healthy Spot and told them our situation. They told us to come on over and that they’d give her a good bathing. Boy did they! She came out smelling great and looking so happy. Bravo to our new hero, Leo, for taking such great care of our girl, to Koko for being so lovely and placing a beautiful silk flower on her collar and to Skyler who so graciously helped me figure out what the appropriate tip would be for such an extraordinary situation during these beyond-extraordinary times. Bow WOW, Healthy Spot!

I work in dog rescue and have ordered dozens of ID tags from Healthy Spot. Everyone has been perfect, never a mistake.

The Manager is great and really assured that I was happy with the results.

I can only speak to the dog grooming service, wiich is why I go here. They do a wonderful job with my Chocolate Labrador. And what I particularly like is you can schedule a specific time and they honour it. They will call you 15 or 20 minutes before the your dog is ready, So you can basically pick the dog up without it having to spend time in a cage waiting. They are a little on the pricey side but the groomers are all wonderful and the service is 1st rate.

I love this place and it's clear the staff love the dogs that come in. The grooming and daycare is excellent, which is saying something because my dog can be difficult. The staff are always friendly and recommend good products.

I've been bringing my dog here since he was only 4 months old. All of the staff treat my dog Latte like he's part of the family. His whole body wags show that they treat him really well! The quality products, the super friendly doggy daycare, grooming and retail staff make this place awesome and it's always a treat for me and my pup!

Helpful staff but groomers are not the best with grumpy dogs.

I brought my puppy for his first haircut. The staff are nice and professional. The place is clean. It was very crowded when I arrived and chaotic. I requested a trim to half his fur length but it is still too long and getting matted by his hind legs just two day later... it's expensive but I feel like he needs another trim....I am grateful for the 1st time customer discount.

With every wash and cut ear cleaning is included, 3 times now they have not cleaned my dogs ears until we bring it up to them, also we pay extra for teeth cleaning twice they have not done it until we bring it up to them ( something for other customers to look out for). Also just be aware if your dog actually takes a good amount of time to wash and cut they well cut corners make sure to check your pet. They do an uneven cut them brush the fur over to hide it (Something else to look out for). Sometime they don't want to deal with it and finish a 4h job in 2 and say they are (Clear sign to look out for). A after many disappointing visits this was the last one bye health spot of poor work ethic.

Fantastic place for dog food. The employee's are exceptionally well attentive and professional. I very much like bringing my friend's dog here when I sit for him.
