I’ve been taking my dog here for regular baths for a few months now. Each time I call, they are kind and flexible. Harriet always leaves happy.

I’ve taken 2 dogs over an 8 year period to get their teeth cleaned at Pet Wash. Am very happy with their service. I DO recommend them highly. And my dogs aren’t unhappy about going there for this experience. So all good.

I have gone to the big name places and they barely brushed out my dogs. This place brushed them out, cut their nails, and did everything I asked. The price was super reasonable and I highly suggest it.

This is the second time our kitty cat ???? has been there for grooming. He loves it and we love it as well! They do an excellent job grooming Phillip, he comes home smelling and looking fresh! He gets a head to toe treatment!! We have recommended the place to a few of our friends! Thank you!

Pet wash on sunset and Martel is the best place in all of Hollywood/ West Hollywood to get your pet groomed. Here are only my top 3 reasons why. 1. They actually take their time and groom your pet with precision. Just walking Jeffrey home from his grooming he got more compliments than ever.with any other pet groomer. 2. The customer service is amazing the groomer that day actually asked me how I wanted his hair cut and did it perfectly. And she was even understanding when I was a lil late to pick Jeffrey up.I owe her cause that was very nice of her not to call me every ten mins and tell me Jeffrey was ready. Very good customer service. 3.On top of all that still…… hands down . THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN!

Wasn’t careful with our pup and cut his tongue then accused us for not training our pup properly. Customer service is bad - never taking our pup there again. The price is good, but not worth it when they’re putting our pup in danger.

this place i used to like , theyve changed their prices without alerting the customer when you book services . i paid 50 dollars originally for my dog to get hair and nail trimming . for an average job they decide to spring a ten dollar cgarge , making the cost now $60 dollars , the girl tells me look its on our blackboard , in my world you alert a customer to a price increase when they are booking the services on the pnone , you dont spring it on them at the last minute. not only is that wrong , its not proffessiuonal and its quite fraudulant as far as my business savy is concerned , thumbs down , no longer will i go to this place w my pet . dissapointed . they were quite rude about it to . what happened to good customer care , it no longer exists . these people think their doing you this huge favor , im paying you , no favors being donr here , rude!

I am a dog nanny, trainer, and sitter (Happy Heart Pet Care ) and I have been taking not only my own dogs, but have referred many of my client’s dogs here. Their prices are reasonable and I’m always satisfied with the services I receive here. Highly recommend them!

Bad customer service. They never like to take accountability when you give them feedback for something that went wrong. I’m surprised they have been so nice and careful with other dogs. They accidentally cut my dogs tongue and was rude when I gave them feedback about not being happy with my dogs haircut.

This was my very first time at a Pet Groomers. My cat is 13years old and I wanted to treat her as she is getting older and suffered from failing kidneys. I was extremely scared abs nervous taking her as well as leaving her alone, along with uncertainties of her behaviors with outside people. I was assured she'd be fine . In the end she was cleaned and nails clipped fine. I'm first time at a Pet Wash was excellent and plan to be a study customer, who will refer my friends and others. Great staff and excellent service.

Took my DSH kitty here when we were in town for the weekend, he is fine with water but absolutely hates dryers, and the lady who washed him was so patient and accommodating! really nice to know find a place to go for cats in LA!

What a great find! They were able to squeeze in a grooming of my Samoyed a few days from when I came in and he was a different white fluff when he came out from the ragamuffin that walked in… they clearly love dogs there.
