I was very impressed with the quality of care and customer service of RockStar Rover. I booked my appointment a week in advance and brought my shared dog Chevy (a Burnese Mountain Dog) in on a Thursday morning. This was the first time we have ever gone to this groomer and it was a fantastic experience. We checked him in and they immediately went to work on combing him out (a very difficult task). Altogether, the whole appointment took about two and a half hours and the price was surprisingly reasonable for all the work they did. He still smells like lavender and his shedding has been almost non-existent for the past few days. They took wonderful care of this little pupper and I couldn’t be happier.

THEY DONT HONOR THEIR OWN GIFT CERTIFICATES. They also claim they dont keep records of their transactions. SKETCHY BUSINESS. A friend gifted me a $200 certificate and now they WONT HONOR IT, claiming I am trying to get free services? THEY ROBBED MY FRIEND OF $200. Which is completely illegal in CA.

The best cleaning my dog has ever gotten. They brushed him until all the loose hair was out...AND he's still soft 3 days later! Plus you can tell they really care and enjoy what they do.

I wanted to thank the team at RockStar Rover for their wonderful and consistent service. Although Rover is part of their name, they could not be more thoughtful and kind towards the treatment of my cats.
