Groom - Dog Care With Love West Hollywood, California

We have been trying to find a good groomer for our two standard poodles for 6 months and we finally found the right place…Groom! I was a little worried when we arrived and they told us they had only scheduled one dog and couldn’t do our second dog that day. We were very upset because the appointment had been scheduled for almost a month and we even confirmed through text the day before that we were bringing two dogs, even gave them both dog names. So needless to say we were not too happy, but it all worked out because a woman at the back said she was just stopping by to drop something off and she agreed to do our second dog. We tipped her graciously. The dogs were ready in about 4 hours and they looked amazing!! They gave us exactly what we asked for which unfortunately has not been the case with the other groomers we’ve visited in the past several months. No messy long patches around the feet, face, or sanitary areas. They even plucked the ears like we requested. Great job Groom! We will be back!

I've never written a review but felt compelled to because I love this place so much. My dog, Pippa, is like my first born and as a rescue, she's naturally very anxious. I'm very sensitive to taking her anywhere she's not accustomed to, and like a lot of dogs, she doesn't care for groomers. That said, GROOM made both her and I feel so comfortable. I love that they're small -- the place feels quiet and tranquil and they go out of their way to get her done quickly and schedule her during their slower times of day. On top of all that, the work they do is far better than anywhere else we ever took her. I only wish I had discovered them much sooner.

I came across this gem on my social media, after I had a horrible experience with another groomer. From the start my dog loves going here!! We get greeted every time by Tony. Tony is the sweetest and the most helpful! She is the store owner and does an amazing job communicating with me of how my dog is doing and when she is ready for pick-up! My dog gets groomed by Ana. Ana is the most gentle, the most friendliest and the greatest listener! She grooms exactly how I describe and how I envision my dog to look like after a hair cut. :) Also, my dog is a social butterfly. She gets to make so many friends while getting beautified. THERES NO BETTER PLACE! No better place to take your doggies to! You won’t regret it! ❤️ Thank you Tony and thank you Ana for everything! You two are the best duo!

Nice grooming place for dogs. We have taken our Yorkie there several times to see Ana. It is very easy to schedule appointments with them and they are always on schedule. Price is also reasonable compared to other places in the area.

We love bringing our two dogs to groom, it’s a personal experience for the dogs where they get special love and attention and we always love their haircuts and how they come home smelling ! We know they enjoy going to as they get excited when they know we’re close - makes you feel very relaxed as a dog parent ! Toni is awesome too and always so helpful in trying to schedule appts and making it work for us with our crazy schedules. We are so thankful we found this place and our dogs have somewhere to go that they enjoy and takes such good care of them ! ????????❤️❤️

Groom is a great find! It’s a hidden dog salon tucked in the heart of West Hollywood. The people are really friendly and take extra care of their pet clients. Ask for Pua, she’s amazing! We’ve tried a few different grooming salons and at many of them our golden doodle gets nervous before entering the door. At Groom she doesn’t seemed phased at all and has built a relationship with the people there.

They’re the greatest! No cages, which is very important to me. Everyone is pleasant and my little girl, Radish, doesn’t have anxiety attacks when we go into the shop so that proves how gentle and caring they are. It’s also very clean and bright which I like a lot!

Warm staff, super chill and calm vibes, exceptional grooming skills (esp Greg!) ????????

Of course our dog is the most important thing in our lives today of course besides our kids haha. It’s such a pleasure to bring Lewie to Groom for his fluff and buff. Facility is spotless and the Staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. So glad Pua moved there.

I love this place so much! Definitely worth the money. Greg is so great with my dog, Baxter, and it’s always easy to book an appointment with the extremely friendly front desk staff.

Groom did an amazing job with my mini schnauzer! They gave my boy the perfect Mohawk, and he now prances around the block like he owns the whole street! Lol

Groom is a great place to bring your pet. I have a 13 year old beagle who has had lots of medical history and he hated the idea of going in a van that traveled to us (a mobile groomer couldn’t even touch Bailey, he howled crying too much so that option was out). I was on a mission to find a boutique-like experience and THIS is it! Groom is tentative to the needs of your animal, they take into consideration what you are concerned with (ie. my dog had back surgery) and when I leave my dog with them, he doesn’t seem rattled or scared as he has with other places and he comes out smelling and looking like a fresh dapper beagle ???? This is the only place I’ll bring my dog! Thanks Groom! ❣️????

Luigi and I LOVE Groom. We’ve been seeing Greg for quite some time now and Luigi has hearts in his eyes every time we see him. We have sent many friends their way! Greg let’s Luigi sniff around and feel comfortable every time. No cages with is a total plus. After getting butchered by several others in the area, Luigi’s cut is always on point and we receive a health inspection status upon pick up. Toni, the owner, couldn’t be more cheerful and accommodating.

Pilot’s first ever haircut was here and we can’t wait to go back. Groom is wonderful.
