If you have a big dog with lots of hair, I don’t recommend this place. From the second I walked in with my goldendoodle. They immediately asked me if my dog was matted. He has curly thick hair but I brush him multiple times a week. They said they would have to completely shave him. I’m from out of town and my regular groomer never once said that before. The feeling I got was that they didn’t want to take the time to groom my dog. Maybe this place is just for small dogs. I was very turned off by the service. I wouldn’t come back nor would I recommend this place for bigger dogs with a lot of hair. I would have gladly paid extra but I just didn’t like the feeling I got from this place.

Our dog Ruby just LOVES Puppy Castle! She gets so excited even when we even say we are taking her to be groomed there...she knows it by name! They do the best job ever! If I could rate +5 stars I would.

What a skilled groomer! Our dog Sam received the first good haircut in at least two years. No lazy buzz cuts here, just real attention to quality.

I've been here a few times, and I really liked it there so nice great customer service. The good listeners and is close to my house I should have tried this place years ago.

Fantastic. My dog always goes crazy when we clip his nails. Every other place we’ve taken him has given up but they persevered and clipped his nails even though he was pooping and peeing while they clipped them. I would absolutely recommend them to get your chihuahua mixes clipped.

A little more $ than my last place, but worth it. They are great and the cut grows out so well I don’t need to take her as often.

1st time experience, very Happy! Bath, Ear cleaning, Cut, nails package= $60 for 28lb dog. We'll definitely go back there from now on ❤ Thank you DD!

This place is GREAT! We have a 12 yr old and a 7 yr old, we have lived in many different states and this place by far has done the best job. Thank you Puppy Castle Grooming... see you in a month!

Oscar & Stella loved their spa day at Puppy Castle! I am so happy I found a place close to home that took such great care of my fur babies!!
