We have been using Doggie Glam for a few years now. We haven’t had no problems and my dog always comes back looking nice and clean I highly recommend!!

Omg they were so professional and kind to my grandmother's old dog she has bad anxiety and also has arthritis but she loved every minute of her cut, trim, message and flee treatment. These ladies are my number one and only dog groomers for my grandmother's dogs from now on

My cat was able to be shaved down just in time for summer! Doggie Glam does an amazing job leaving my pet in the best condition. Would recommend to anyone who has a nervous feline in their house!

Blanca is very sweet and takes her time to make sure your kitty or doggos are safe and cared for. Who does well with my nervous short hair cat and she talks to my pomeranian as she groom him what's not to love about her.

HORRIBLE service. I made arrangements to their appointment available. Cancelled all my day off appointments just for my dogs grooming appointment AND guess what! I called and text to confirm the appointment 30min prior and no response until 5 min passed our appointment time. Staying they had a flat tire. The texts seemed very unprofessional and not interested in my business. This lady is not reliable what’s so ever.

Very amazing service! They left my baby looking so good! Normally she gets sad and anxious but they made her feel very comfortable. All around very good experience with them and will definitely have them groom her again!

Doggie Glam has got to be the worst dog groomers ever. They gave my shitzu poodle a haircut. It was a nightmare. My puppy is usually a happy hyper dog. After his experience with them he has not been the same. He has developed two ear infections because of the cleaning. He is constantly shaking from the pain and is anxious. He doesn't sleep well, because of the discomfort. Please be careful with them.

Bad customer service. This company is not worth calling. They over charge for a service that was not provided and when it was brought to their attention not to do it for the next appointment, she pretty much said that's the price take it or leave it. I was not asking for a credit and just wanted to make sure they didn't charge for a service that was not provided. The appointment was set and they didn't show or call

They up and beyond basic service for my dog.

It says Selma is the groomer but her mother took over and she said she knew how to handle puppies n when she tried to blow dry my puppy (about 4 months old)my puppy got scared and the groomer lost control of the rope she was tied to and it choked her. Had to take her to the emergency vet because she couldn't breath. The straggling caused fluid to build in her lung. She was in a breathing incubator for 3 days and now has damage to her vocal cords. I would never use this groomer again. Very inexperienced groomer. If I could give zero stars I would. Its been a few months but I have been to upset to post this when it happened.

NEVER EVER, have I come across a business that is so UNPROFESSIONAL in my life!!! First, the original owner (daughter) was the one who began this business. Sadly she had to leave to college (at least that is what her mom told me). Second, her mother is now "in charge" and running the business. Ever since she took over I have been dealing with poor unknowledgeable, inexperienced, unlicensed groomers. You ask her to PLEASE NOT trim to much hair off my dog and she did!! You ask for a specific dog groomer who IS EXPERIENCED and she sends her BROTHER or a new groomer who has NO EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER!!! She sends family members because she CAN'T seem to keep her BEST GROOMERS!! Finally, when you text her, because the company NEVER EVER answers their phone's, she takes hours and sometimes day's to text you back!!! I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WHO SHOWS UP TO GROOM YOUR DOG! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Sofia loves her bi-weekly grooming. We specially request her to get her side nail filed down as it grows very long very fast. Also love the photo shoots that the groomer Amanda does during the change in season and specially holidays, please see Sofia “fall 2018” photo :-)

I called they had a canceled appointment and was here in five minutes very nice And they were very gentle with the dog we have a Chihuahua

My doggie is a very nervous dog and can bite, however our grommer did a phenomenal job trying to calm him down and making him look very cute. Thanks a million, already scheduled another appointment to maintain his hygiene. Very good experience!

I have been using this company for quite some time on a monthly schedule. I usually like the first appointment available which is 8am so i can get my dogs grooming off my checklist. They always arrive a little before 8am which is fine with me. Fuzzy always looks fresh and happy when his grooming is complete. Very happy with the punctuality and convenience of the service and they have very competitive pricing to grooming shops where you have to drive and pick up your dog, in your car. I like to save time and keep my car clean and free of hair.

Great service - I needed a last minute appointment this week and they worked with me. Listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Rocco, my Schnauzer, is completely blind and they were patient with him. I really do appreciate it.

WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER.... I just wanted a flea bath for my Labradoodle. I specifically said that I DID NOT want her trimmed, but they did it anyway. She has very little hair left on her muzzle & what hair is there, is uneven...they also cut off all her feathering on her legs. Also, the woman never even asked for her vaccination records. I asked for the manager to call me, but they haven't even done that. With so many choices out there, you would think they would be more professional and be a little more concerned about their reputation.

Great service makes my life easier since I don't have time to take my dog to get groomed. They come to your house by appointment. The groomers are very friendly and they do an amazing job. I recommend this for anybody that loves their pet especially if you don't have time
