My Red Nose PitBull Chase had a expanded stomach. We took him to Country Club Animal Hospital this was our first time dealing with this Vet. as our normal Vet was swamped and they said come on next week. I did feel comfortable with that suggestion. I contacted CCAH and Kim said bring him in and we will take a look at him. The Dr. there preformed blood work and they did Xrays the spline was enlarged and the Dr. wanted to perform surgery on Chase to remove the spline. The next day the dr. opened up chase and called me and said that it was his liver and the spline was leaking and he cotrized it the best that he could but the liver is the the reason for his illness but it was spotted and the dr. Could not do anything since his liver was failing. I told the Dr. To stich him up and I am not ready to put him down, Chase still had some fight in him. Couple of weeks went by and his stomach was swollen again so we went back to CCAH and the Dr. Sold his practice to Dr. Jong Shin he mentioned that he read Chase's file and wanted to drain the fluid in Chase's stomach and try some holistic medicine since he knew my Wife and I was not ready to throw in the towel on Chase. This all happened in the middle of Feb. Jong Shin offered his experience and ideas to help chase slow down his liver from taking Chase's life. Weeks go by and Dr. Shin would drain the fluid month after month by June Dr. Shin mentioned I cant believe Chase is still a patient of mine I told him that we are following your practices to the tee but you know it wasnt always Roses and Rainbows he said but Chase is a fighter. In July 16 2019 Chase's liver took his life. I want to tell you if you are looking for a caring staff and a wounderful Dr. Shin is your Vet. Please understand that the Dr. Shin cant create miracles and it will always be the will of God and the will of your animals and you......

I took both my kittens here since I adopted them from the shelter. The Dr is really patient and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Also, he always throughly checked them. I will continue to take them here only! Also love the low cost Wednesday vaccinations!

Called to ask simple question in regards to animal services. The rude lady name Kim who answered the phone continued to ask if I had a pit bull before she answered any of my questions. I replied saying regardless of my breed do you offer these services she chuckled said "Then no we dont" and hung up on me. I don't own a pit bull and regardless the breed of any dog, isn't a veterinarian office suppose to provide care for all types of breeds? I called back asking for a manager she chuckled again said no and hung up on me a second time. The whole conversation was polite on my part and the girl named Kim is doing nothing but chasing away there possible clients and business coming in. I would never take my dog to a veterinarian that stoops so low to hire ignorant childish girls to answer there clients phone calls.
