My 6mo old puppy had parvo. Dr. Kim took his time to explain everything to expect throughly. I've been to other vets who up sell but Dr. Kim offers alternative treatment when possible less expensive and let you decide how to proceed.. 4 stars because staff takes a long time between treatment and payment.

Best animal care around. The doctor is wonderful, caring and goes the extra mile. My little Sophie was extremely ill one year and the staff literally saved her. I love this hospital♥️

Very poor customer service. They hide behind the glass and come out to greet you when ever they feel like it. They never hold true to thier appointments and always run late. So bad you never even meet the vet. They take your pet and go inside with it and bring them out when they are done.. Who knows what really goes on in there. They should change thier name from a pet hospital to a clinic because hospital they ain't. I seen them turn soo many people away for emergency services and send them far out places. I just feel that certain bussiness have lost thier touch with customer service and blame it all on Covid. It has made lazy employees even lazier.

Been bringing my fur babies here.for 2 yrs. The Staff is super nice. Takes at least 4 days to get in but with my work schedule it tends to work out.

Communication was horrible, management needs lots of training. We were very loyal customers. Until these last few months. We miss Dr. Lee he was amazing.

I was recommended this place from Bark Place groomers, they said he was very good, however I brought my dog in for a removal of a cyst, so long story short 2 blood tests 1 x-ray special dog food plus medication and over $400 dollars later my dog still has the cyst, it seems like they're just out to get as much money out of you as possible, pet owner beware.

The Vet care a lot about the animals. You can tell they do this because they love their job and animals arent money bags to them. The Vet won’t try to sale you on something that you’re pet doesn’t need. I been taking my dog here for about 4 years now.

Takes all the necessary precautions during this pandemic. So far no complaints on that. Did great work for me and my dog so I would definitely recommend! All workers wear a mask and a face shield and also gloves. All customers are required to wait in their cars while an employee will come to handle your business. Very good precautions for a time like this

I had a teacup maltipoo puppy. I had taken him in to get his first set of vaccines. My puppy was around 11 weeks. He only weighed 3.4 pounds on the day he received his first and only set of vaccines (he died shortly after). I remember I had called the vet to schedule an appointment and had told them that my puppy is very tiny and if the vet had experience vaccinating small dogs. The person who answered (she was a female) had told me that when dogs are small sometimes one vaccine will be administered at one time. I also know that you do not dose a 50 pound dog the same way you would dose a 4 pound dog. When I had arrived to the appointment the vet had checked my puppy by doing a physical examination and said the puppy is healthy, and then he gave him 2 vaccines and a dewormer. My puppy ended up dying 2 days after. I believe and know it is from the vaccines. Shortly after the vaccines, he stopped eating, had diarrhea and then when he was taken to pet ER, where unfortunately he had cardiac arrest and died. He died before any tests could confirm anything but he had fluid in his stomach. My dog experienced a severe allergic reaction to the vaccines and died on 09/24/2020 because the vet dosed my puppy wrong!

Dr. Kim is pretty straightforward and listens to your concerns/questions. The staff is also patient and caring. They have reasonable prices too. Thank you for taking good care of Lulu and Angel!

I been going and recomending Dr kim for a decade .....sadly last experienced was money more than taking care my baby ( who had past ????????????) the front desk manager which I had already made a complained to the Dr. About her ,...she has no Custumer skills ( no ethic) ...she still rude ,unpleasent lady .....maybe she does not like me......????????????....I hope Dr. doesnt change and be the angel he always been to my babies .....and I also hope ! He keeps making a difference to trust him again ???????? and the rest of the stuff who works there????????......I do not recommend this hpspital until they proved they care about animals not about "money ".....and to the manager ....I always had paid with my money ...not yours!!!!! So be thankful u have a job and without animals in needs ...you would not have a job at all.....change ur attitude ...You arenot doing me a favor ????????
