Madeline is the best! She is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the pets in the store. Her dog Apex is very friendly too.

They have the worst grooming. I have emphasized a couple of times not to cut my dog's hair too much because it is winter, and I showed them the picture of how I want my dog’s hair look like for Christmas, but they did not pay attention, and they cut it too short that I can see my dog skin. I am very angry since they are irresponsible and inexperienced. I wish they had more attention to their customers needs.????????????????????????????

Lots of selection, a little confusing on the dog food area. I didn't realize there was more dog food in the back area, but found it???? bummer though, I wanted a size 8 shoe, the box was there but no shoes????maybe next time. I'll be coming to this store for my kittie food since it is prescription food and this is the only place I could find it, ya.

Grooming Department staff is amazing. I will never ever recomemd any other location than this one, and no other groomer than Angela!! Shes AWESOME MY ANIMALS ALL LOVED HER. AND MY UNCLES AND MY PARENTS OH AND MY NEIGHBORS TOO.... ALL OF THEM!!! ANGELA IS THE BEST!! TRY HER EVEN IF YOU HAVE A SHORT HAIRED OR LOW MAINTENANCE ANIMAL THEY WILL ADORE HER GENTLENESS and calming aura.

I came in to ask a question and look at cat trees. I bought one on-line that my cat does not like. I wanted a smaller one. The employee who helped me was great. She informed me I could return the tree in-store and she assisted me with my purchase. The customer service was great.

The cashier rang me up for a 20 dollar donation without asking and is claiming she doesnt know how it happened. I can imagine how this was done on accident. Fortunately my son caught it as we were leaving the store.

The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I know these big chain pet stores get a bad reputation, but I knew for a fact that every staff member I've encountered here genuinely cares about your/ all animals.

Staffs are friendly. The veterinarian explain things in details and not try to have you spend unnecessary lab tests on pet. Overall good visit.

I am tired of dealing with excessive charges in a private practice vet (which I understand that they have to make ends meet for a private practice but I do not want to or have the money to support them so much)

They always take great care of our dog when he gets a bath and trim. He is very happy when he is done and is looking so handsome. I highly recommend Petco's grooming team located at 1301 S. California Blvd.
