The first thing you did is hire people who know what they are recommended and very knowledgeable on all products you sell. I apologize I forgot his name but without him taking charge and his training and always a smile on his face , he is the customer service is fantastic. This is the only reason I shop there twice a month, it's your kind hearted staff that keeps me loyal to your store. Thank you Lili Katona.

I can't speak to anything about this store except that they ONLY are for CATS and DOGS, so if you think you're going to get good protein for your birds, reptiles, or other critters, it won't be here. Perhaps a better business name would be a more accurate one, Protein for Cats and Dogs Only.

I just popped in because my hair stylist is right around the corner and was pleasantly surprised! I don't have a need for their dog food (didn't make it back there even) but I did spend some time up in the front buying a couple of toys and perusing their "Chew Bar". I wanted to go this evening, but of course I looked 20 min before they close. Definitely going to support this local business ongoing!

I can't I feel confident with a food I am purchasing there for my pets, all of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and everything seems much more healthy to me than from the grocery stores

Small, niche dog and cat food store. Great for frozen raw dog food and bones, and Answers raw milks.They have a good variety of kibble as well. Staff is very helpful.

They sell high end dogfood at a good price.The sales people are knowledgeable about their products. They send me emails when the products I use go on sale.

Found a mix of wet and dry food my picky dog continues to enjoy month to month. Cute small store with good customer service.

This is an organized and well stocked place. I came in and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful Jeremy was. He helped me find what I was looking for and offered up some additional products which were an excellent addition to my probiotics purchase. He even graciously and gregariously entertained a puppy love conversation where we shared stories about our fur babies. Thanks Jeremy! ????????????????

Good variety of raw diet brands for cats and dogs. They've got a customer rewards program.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you get something and your pet doesn't like it, they will exchange. Well, at least for the canned cat food flavor my cat didn't like.

I frequently visited their store and bought cat and dog food, real bones for the dogs and dog treats. I am very sad our location in Rancho San Diego has permanently closed.

Sunday morning went there for food for my dog and employee turned me away at 9:57 said they open at 10. Really?? I guess her Facebook was more important. Lost a customer.

Nice to have in the neighborhood but the clerks here are clueless. Would be nice to be told the difference between two of the frozen fresh foods was they are two different animals.

I was so happy when they first opened. No more driving to Carlsbad. I support local shopping but I no longer can shop at this store. They overcharge me every time I go in. Prices on packages and computer never match. I noticed a lot of products don't have prices on them. There online delivery is always shipped wrong. I walk with several other dog owners and they too have stopped shopping here. Such a shame. I hate to think that amazon is going to take over but believe it's possible with the 100% accuracy they provide. I now also continue to drive to Carlsbad where I can shop with convinced.

The crew at Naked Dog Vista is fantastic. The design and layout of this store works. The product in stock outstanding and their private label brand is now my preference in nourishment, value and taste for the preferred palate of my pack. Love This Place (p.s. and they deliver!)

Love love love. I can't say enough how much I and my dog Abby love this place. Maria is amazing and the selection of food and toys is amazing.

I absolutely love their dog food selection, especially the variety of raw foods. Though I wish their customer service was better. Unfortunately I have had multiple incidents of my home delivery never arriving or delayed because of lack of communication between employees. Believe me I hate to say something negative towards this place but to not be able to communicate to your customers when something is wrong with an order or unable to make a delivery is inexcusable. The original charm for me to this business was the fact that they offer same day delivery with online orders , since I have a hectic work schedule this service has been so convenient. As I mentioned even this service is recently beginning to disappoint me. I hope in the future I have better luck with my orders.

Protein for Pets has an amazing selection of local and natural pet foods. They also have excellent customer service, offering same day home delivery. I highly recommend this store for all local pet parents!
