They were quick and easy for my pups vaccines and spay. Much more affordable than other clinics and have good packages.

Best prices by far. Really good Vets in my opinion, for what it's worth to you. Big "O" now, and 20yrs. From now . . . Like the place a lot. D.

Had appointment that had to be cancelled. The staff contacted me several times concerned about my animal. Most Vet offices don't do that let alone the ASPCA. I was impressed with their level of follow through. If you can get an appointment, go for it!

So I just got a new rabbit through a rescue that use this clinic to spay/neuter their rabbits. This clinic has now lost three rabbits in nine months, mine being the latest. I had my rabbit for a year and she was my pride and joy. According to the rescue, all of their neuters with this clinic have gone well. If you’re considering getting your rabbit spayed here, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere, or not having the procedure done. We had a highly esteemed vet tell us there were risks, but we figured this place might know what they’re doing. The rescue I go through is now not using this clinic. When they brought my rabbit out, her name wasn’t even on the bag. Maybe that’s me being nit-picky, but it felt so impersonal. I just had a pet die under their care, and all the bag said was “bunny” (her name was Foof). I don’t know how their other procedures and services go, but I don’t recommend this place for a rabbit spay. I know of other clinics that have a good record of rabbits surviving spayed. This place just doesn’t have a good track record and I wish I had known this sooner. When I was told of the other deaths, it was assumed to be stress from the car ride before hand. My rabbit didn’t have a long car before hand at all and she wasn’t easily stressed. I don’t know what happened, and maybe it isn’t their fault, but I just want to pass this information along. There’s a place in Monterey that has a 100% success rate in rabbit spays and neuters.

Surprised to see five stars for this facility. It’s a shame they are affiliated with SPCA, when many of my experiences with them have never been to benefit the well being of animals. They have shown me and animals in need, time and time again that they simply don’t care. They just want your money. And management cannot handle honest feedback. They refuse to service your pet(s) if you give them critical feedback. Unprofessional and very cruel to pets in need. Management takes feedback personally instead of professionally and punishes animals (pets) instead. Five star reviews are very suspicious based on my experiences with this facility. Look for help with SPCA in Fresno instead—they are professional and attentive to your pets needs. SPCA Fresno actually cares about animals from what I’ve seen. Valley Oak in Visalia, not so much. Also HOPE in Fresno also very helpful.

They are so kind and so so helpful. Ready and willing to answer questions you might have even when its not about the pet you are taking to them! They're affordable and super friendly as well. I'm a lifetime customer from now on!

The staff is very friendly and I loved that they have the rooms separated, dogs in one , cats in the other and sick pets in another area. Prices are good and to top it off nail trimming is included.

I've rescued a mama cat from a house cooler, she turned out to be pregnant. Now I have 6 that need to be fixed, Valley Oak will charge upwards of...$150 ea. I needed help so i called Valley. I was thinking tnr...and low cost fixing. But no way. Disappointed I'm still looking.

They were so friendly and it was REALLY fast getting a appointment online and when I went they gave my big dog her shots with no problems and she is not real easy to get to know. You can tell they care for and love animals. Thank you to everyone at this clinic. I'm new to the area so I will be using them in the future for my cats as well.

Theyre good with your fur babies.

Money would be better spent at an actual vet office. Staff has little concerns for patients and their owners. Didnt listen to owners concerns but was talked down to for having such concerns.... medicating a dog into constant sedation isn't a proper life.

We found a kitten and took him there for the first set of vaccinations. They come to the car and take your pet in and returned him promptly. It was very fast and efficient. It was my first time there.

Due to covid it was a drive thru clinic. Very friendly staff, they were very efficient, waited about 20mins but overall definitely was a great experience and will be returning

I reported a dog tied up just outside a municipal pump station. As I understand it Exeter is not necessarily in their jurisdiction, however it was only two tenths of a mile farther than the local which was closed. I was informed that the info would be passed to the field officer and to expect a call from restricted number. Three days later (when the animal control officer returned to work) the phone call came in. Hopefully the dog was being cared for by Exeter's homeless person (btw homeless people, by definition, can't take care of THEMSELVES) and with any luck it didn't go without water to the point of discomfort or death. Keep up the underwhelming work Valley Oak.

They took good care of Hannah. Visit was smooth. Pricier than the quote but money doesn't matter when it comes to my baby
