Their name says it all, every single person that you interact with from beginning until end CARES!! The speed at which they able to get us seen, to the procedures and surgeries that were preformed exceeded expectations! I am so thankful that these doctors and staff truly love what they do, because it shows in their work. Forever grateful our fur babies have such a caring place to go, where they are taken care of as if they were their own.

I had to put my 16v year old dog Sophie down which was by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Being that it was the day after Thanksgiving most vet offices took the Friday off along with the weekend following the Thanksgiving holiday however care veterinary clinic was open and worked me in with their already busy schedule to have my baby put down. I honestly had dreaded this day mostly cause I had a different idea painted in my head of the situation all worked. But to my surprise I was very pleased and grateful for staff and their compassion and understanding knowing what i was going through and my dog having never been a patient with them. Treated us with the upmost respect and made be feel very welcome and comfortable with my decision I had made. Thank you for showing myself and my baby Sophie girl compassion and care. I recommend their office to care for anyone with animals.

Everyone at Care Vet is so caring. They make sure you are well informed and taken care of. All the doctors are great. My personal preference is Dr Proctor. You can tell the staff really loves the animals and want what’s best. I’m so blessed to have found the office.

I have taken our dogs here since I have lived in Visalia (6 years). Recently my rottweiler had ingested rat poison and needed to be seen. The office told me that they could not see her as she hadn't been sick in 2 years and is considered a new patient. I had to take her to the hospital which by far more expensive. The hospital advised she would need to be seen in a week and to follow up with regular vet. So I called and they told me sorry there was nothing they could do.

Care has wonderful kind doctors and staff. They have been my Sheltie family doctors for many years. They truly care about the animals.

Dr neu and all the stall are very nice. Recently I took my two dogs there for a check up. Dr. neu tried to call me to give me the results of their bloodwork and couldn’t get me so she left a message. The next week she called me back, because I forgot to call her back, to give me the results of the blood tests. I thought that is going above and beyond since she already tried to call me once. I feel better knowing that that make sure my dogs are healthy.

My cat Lucy‘s health started to drastically decline from a mystery condition. She went from ten pounds to five in a short amount of time. After my own vet told me that it would be a month before they could get me in, I started making calls. Care was the only vet to call me back and get me in that week. Dr. Martin spent every appointment answering my questions, running tests, and brainstorming what might be going on. This meant a lot because my last vet never spoke to me face to face and took the cat back to another room. Dr. Martin gave me the time, called me with results, and did all that she could. Unfortunately, Lucy‘s condition did not have a cure. We had to make the hard decision to say goodbye. All of the staff at Care were supportive, professional, and respectful during this process. I got the feeling that they truly cared about their jobs and our pets. Dr. Sunderson helped us say goodbye and sent a sweet sympathy card after. It was a terrible experience to have to go through, but it was made so much better with the support of Care and the peace of mind that we truly did all that we could.

We had an amazing visit at Care Vet yesterday for our little Yogi. Janae and Dr. Proctor were both so thorough and compassionate and treated our lil guy like their own. Dr. Proctor went above and beyond to assure that Yogi gets the best care!! Will definitely be returning!

They're very loving and caring about your pets

This is the only place in Visalia that I'll take my dogs. Dr's Proctor and Sunderson are top notch care providers. Highly recommend.

Dr. Asento is great! She was so caring and very patient! She was also really gentle with Margo! She explained the process of it all so well! The clinic was clean and inviting! The staff were so nice and helpful! Our visit was under 30minutes which was great! Overall we had a great experience! Thank you Dr. Asento, Stephanie and yulissa! We’ll def be back!

We’ve been using them for years, cats-dogs. They’ve always been kind, supportive and understanding. We’ve put fur pets down, got spayed and nurtured, parvo, shots. They’re great all around. Only place we will go to

I have been taking my animals to Care since Dr. Proctor started his practice there. Whether your furbaby is going through tough times or they are visiting for check-ups, Dr. Proctor and his staff give the animals and their 'humans' the utmost care. The doctors are great about explaining everything to you. I can't thank Care enough for the care they have given us over the years! Several years later and I still feel Care is the best! Dr. Proctor and his staff continue to give wonderful care to our animals. Even during the midst of the pandemic, they continued to care for them while still being extremely safe for their owners and the staff. It was muc appreciated.. I seriously could not ask for more. Big thanks to all of you!

We’ve taken our dog here several times and always had a great experience with multiple different vets. They are so caring and really listen and spend time with you and your animal. They explain things thoroughly and follow-up when they say they will. I wish people doctors were more like this!

If you are looking for a Veterinary clinic to care for your animals, look no further. Care looks after your animals without question. My wife and I just moved to Visalia 2 years ago and have been taking our pug Pesto here ever since. This clinic knows what they're doing and works to making your pet feel well again!

There are great to work with was kept informed of the process during surgery and received a follow up call from the vet. after surgery to see how my pet was doing.

What an AMAZING staff! From the receptionist answering the phone, the technician taking vitals and the technician explaining meds, this facility is top notch! But I have to boast most about the care and concern Dr. Asento expressed for our two pups! Not only was she thorough but she gave attention to her patients (the pups) first! She even sat on the floor to get to their level... what a comforting experience! Although I shared these thoughts with the staff, I felt compelled to spread the word about this professional, caring, and attentive facility!

I called for a friends’ pet that I was going to take in to be seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering my concerns. I like that they informed me that I would need to be on the account to take the pet without his human ????

Great caring staff. They show a lot of compassion when you are at you lowest. This was the only place that allowed me inside to stay with my dog so she wouldn't have to be put to sleep alone.

Our dog Dobbie received excellent care. Dr. Krumheuer was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The support staff were friendly and professional.
