I have been going to Hanford Veterinary Hospital for years. On 11/11/2021 I went in for routine check up for my dogs and saw Dr. Fausett for the first time. I honestly did not know he was the owner. I was shocked to find this out after the visit. He told me that he was too busy to write a food authorization for my dogs. He said that they were healthy and that I needed to pick another brand. The time it took him (15 minutes) to lecture me about the food authorization is the time he could have spent writing the food authorization. He didn't really even do a check up on either dog, teeth, ears, etc. and wrote down that he did. He didn't even ask about my dogs disc issue and needing his pain medication refilled. If you are looking for a caring veterinarian, Hanford Veterinary Hospital is definitely not it.

Great veterinary clinic! I’ve been taking my cats there for over 9 years. Dr. Swasey is the best! He cares for his patients and always tries to find the best treatment plan based on your pet’s needs. Dr. Gray is also amazing. I’m glad we have this amazing veterinary clinic in Hanford!

Love this place for my dog! I don't even live in town anymore but purposely choose to come here to update vaccines when I'm around to visit my parents. On occasions, I have made a 4 hour drive to come here for an appointment. The staff is so kind and professional and the facilities are top notch. One of the better hospitals I've been to. Thank you HVH!

Donna in the front office is amazing. She is so caring and helpful. Dr. Clark is also great and does home visits. We haven't met Dr. Faucett yet but he has been very helpful as well (Donna was able to consult with him between surgeries.) These people love animals, and that really makes a difference. We took our dog to another office in town where the vet may have been knowledgeable, but didn't talk to or pet our dog, just coldly clinical and seemed to just care about $$. We will definitely stick with Hanford!

I have been going here for years...there is A lot of staff...gets crowded...

I have been taking all my pets to this clinic for over 10 years. I got a new puppy a few months ago. When I called to schedule an appointment for vaccines they wouldn't accept "new patients". I will no longer take my pets to this vet.

I had to recently make the hardest decision of my life, and decide that it was time for my big baby to cross over to the rainbow bridge. During the last few weeks of his life, we saw Dr. Walts and received the best care and advice. My boy ended up not responding to his treatment. The day I noticed he was only declining, I called to seek more advice. I was told to come in right away to see Dr. Mupfrey. During our appointment I felt nothing but love and caring hearts from each person we crossed paths with. I had hoped and prayed, that if this was my boys time that we would have a smooth process. I was given all of my options and supported 100 percent along the way. Making the decision that my boys quality of life was no longer enjoyable was heartbreaking. I cannot thank the vet tech and Dr. Mupfrey enough for being such an amazing support system. Thank you to all of the staff, from the bottom of our hearts. All of you will always have a special place in my family’s heart.

Pleasant experience! Excellent staff & great Vet ! Everyone seems to go out of there way to make you feel at home! It was a pleasurable visit! The Vet went out of his way answering questions!

Love the care they give my animals. Even the teeny, tiny ferals I drag in there all to often recently. How they answer my questions and concerns. Give me support with difficult instances. They manage to work me in if someone is really sick. The friendliness of the staff.
