This is the best quality of care I have ever received for my dog. I took him to 2 differant vets. They had all his xrays and could not figure out how to help him. Ark Vet saved his life. The min they saw xrays the new what was wrong. They treated my dog like a human and showed love and concern. No other vet cared. They did. The wait is worth it. I will never go anywhere else. I love this team and am so greatful

I have to say one of my semi feral cats was sick , went to one vet blood work alone 400 . Went here the care for this cat was over the top. blood test, ultra sound x-ray,. 2 vets looking at her . Great office help. End result had cancer. Nothing i can do to change that. Did pass on in a couple days. Over the top care here. I was looking for a vet in the desert , I know where to go now.

Go to place in the area , great honest Vet and Techs , rare breed of customer service here excellent ! They acknowledge you and listen.

The owner's wife has a very nasty attitude We decide not to do business with them but the doctor has always been really good with us

Grate place to bring your little friends, this place really takes care of your animals and they have excellent stuff to help you.

Front staff is so so depending on the day but then again most of them are fresh out of school and interning so you got to give them a break the doctors and vet techs who have been there for a while I couldn't give them any more kudos they are amazing they love animals and might not be always that informative and that's only because of how much work they take on and how many emergencies that come in there on a daily basis but your baby will be in the best of care!!!

We had an appointment yesterday that we've waited a couple weeks for just for the front desk nurse to tell us she couldn't take us in because they were full. I then asked why no one called to let us know and all she could tell me was that "someone was meant to call you" and "there's been complications." Mind you, I'm 9 months pregnant and had to take my dogs as no one else could. Very unprofessional and so disappointing. Not only that, at our last appointment, they charged my fiance twice for an IV drop he didn't approve of, and when asked, all they could say was that the "doctor approved it," and they can't do a refund. Smh

Don’t bring your pets here. Awful wait times, ignorant front desk staff. I have been here twice and won’t be going back.

I went here on Friday to help my dog because she was sick. when we got there the lady said you need a appointment, they never do appointments they would always treat my pet without appointment and all of the sudden they want appointments. I called yesterday to make a appointment they left us on hold two times first time they said “okay wait” Next hold they said “are you still there” we said yes and they left us on hold again my dog died today. If I could rate this place a zero I would I’m so mad because they didn’t want to attend us. I feel sick to my stomach right now.

The staff was very nice

We had an appointment at 11:00 am for a physical and check upon a tumor growing on our dog. It wasn't until 1 pm that our dog was seen. Within less than 15 minutes we were told to go to another facility to stich the tumor up. It is now 5:00 pm and the dog still has not been seen. Ridiculous! I've never had such poor service at an animal care facility. Hmmm 6 hours???

The doctor actually does love the animals. He has to run a business so can not give care and treatment for free. But you can tell it breaks his heart to have to turn people away due to finances! He is a dying breed of vets that are ACTUALLY in to help animals !!! And tbh... his prices ate the lowest I came across in the high desert. Yes, they are always busy it seems. Bit he has a small facility and it is obvious he DOES DO HIS BEST!! THEY DO CARE ❤ MORE THAN I CAN SAY FOR MOST PLACES THESE DAYS!!

Dr Paul is amazing and saved my blue pit boy from tongue lacerations all other high desert animal hospitals were to busy even thow I told them all he was bad bleeding out and probably wouldnt make it ark hospital is my top pic for the fur children

They took care of my little doggy he was bitten by an inconsiderate neighbor's loose dog

They are very busy. But the are very caring and truly care about your pet. The staff are very polite

Visited first time. The wait was surprising short and the doctor was patient with our 1 million question about our new dog.

I took my dog here to be spayed and they said if she was pregnant it would cost more. Well sure enough they said she was pregnant which was not possible and they couldn't show any proof that she was pregnant. They charged me the additional fee which I had to pay to get my dog. The wait time is horrible as if you have all day to sit there while half the staff do nothing.

Customer service was outstanding. Very reasonable price, had to go in as a emergency visit for two of my dogs and only paid $150. My dog even had an accident after he had his temperature done and they were quick to clean it up and even apologized. I will definitely go back and refer them.

Office staff and the Veterinarian are very knowledgeable and compassionate. We're definitely coming back here for any of our pet's future medical needs.

1st time there...got my baby girl spayed. Customer service was great. The staff member listened to what I wanted, excellent pricing, she did not try over selling. Baby girl is home safe and the surgery went well.
